The least sexual word in the English language is, of course, "Distinguished." In a compliment form, one might say, "You look very distinguished today." In insult form, one might say, "You do not look very distinguished today."
Just make sure you say all the syllables in quick succession to avoid any sexualization of the root words, such as "I rode his cock until dis ting guished all over him."
