Ho già accennato a questo pensiero per cui io credo fortemente che nella società odierna ci lamentiamo troppo, di tutto, senza fine e senza soluzione.

La mia migliore amica dice che lamentarsi è un diritto e che è giusto farlo, che spesso è solo dimostrazione di un disagio interiore che si prova, per cui è giusto esternarlo.

Inutile dire che non sono d'accordo.

Pure io mi lamento, sempre e troppo e specialmente qui ho esternato un sacco di disagio sul lavoro che faccio, sulla vita che devo passare sul treno, sulle ore che non dormo ecc.

Ebbene, non so nemmeno io come sia riuscita a farlo, ma la scorsa settimana ho completamente switchato mentalità e non mi sono lamentata più nella mia testa. Ho cercato di vivere le cose come erano, non per forza saltando di gioia, ma vedendo i piccoli dettagli belli: la giornata di sole, la colazione con calma, le risate con i colleghi, l'esercizio con le lingue ecc.

È stata sicuramente una settimana pesante, però l'ho vissuta con tutt'altro spirito... e voglio che continui così.

Cosa ha detto la mia collega? "Dobbiamo rispettare le 8h perché altrimenti gli altri pensano di dover imitare e doversi impegnare di più" (come abbiamo fatto noi in questo caso lavorando 30min in più).

In questo paese infatti ogni cosa che fai in più ci si complimenta con 偉い erai.
