Caregiver Katsuki Bakugo Headcanons
A/N: Hey!!! This is my first like. Writing related post. In a WHILE. Sorry about that!! But please feel free to request anything, I’m kinda bored. :P
Warnings: Minor swearing but I think that’s it ???
Bakugo is very aggressive. We all know this. Pretty much all the time, he’s aggressive and seemingly angry. And this does not waver or change, even when you’re regressed. So if you’re super sensitive, he probably wouldn’t be the best for you.
However, that’s not to say he doesn’t care. Quite the opposite, actually. He would die for you and actively goes out of his way to protect you.
Oh, he would get SO mad if anyone ever said anything remotely negative to you about your age regression. He wouldn’t even try to reason with them or have a debate he would straight up just tell them to kys 💀 (me core)
He does better with toddler or kid regressors, but baby regressors are fine as long as they can tolerate his naturally rough and callous behavior.
He did not know what the hell age regression was before he met you. Honestly, I feel like he’d come off as judgey at first. He doesn’t mean to, it’s just how he is. But then he’d go and research it a bit and realize that it’s not anything weird or fetishy and is instead a healthy coping mechanism.
He’s a little hesitant to be your caregiver at first. He says it’s because he isn’t sure if he wants to focus on anything other than training right now and being a caregiver is a lot of responsibility. That’s partially true. But it’s mainly really because he’s afraid he won’t be good at it and will just end up hurting you and potentially ruining one of your only healthy coping mechanisms.
It takes a lot for him to be able to open up to someone and take care of someone like that, but eventually, he does it. And he finds he enjoys it. He finds your little antics and your dependency on him really adorable.
He’s not embarrassed or ashamed that you age regress. I feel like nearly half of class 1-A regresses so it’s not unusual at all for you two to be in the common room, you sitting on his lap with a sippy cup in hand.
Sets you up on play dates with Kaminari and Mina all the time. He wants you to have fun and interact with other littles. Plus, they’re his friends and their caregivers are his friends too.
Takes a little bit to get used to nicknames as well. But finds he likes parental nicknames a lot more than he thought he would.
The first time you called him dada was something he will never forget. You were half asleep, snuggling in his chest, when you realized you were thirsty. You lazily grabbed his shirt and gently tugged on it and went, “Dada…juice…?”. He immediately knew what you wanted and he gave you the juice. He didn’t even register the nickname until a few seconds later and was really shocked. He didn’t say anything about it in the moment, though. He talked to you about it when you were big again and he clarified that he was okay with it and it didn’t make him uncomfortable.
Midoriya and Kirishima are his go-to babysitters. Mainly Midoriya because he’s more responsible than Kirishima. But Midoriya can get busy quite a lot. And Bakugo’s also a little anxious about you possibly liking Midoriya more than him, although he would rather die than admit that out loud lol.
He can cook. This is canon. This mf can cook like a 1950s housewife it is INSANE. He makes all your food for you, especially when you’re little. He likes taking care of you, even if he won’t really say it.
If you’re like me, and you tend to have really bad rage episodes and outbursts when you’re overstimulated or upset, he’s got you. He knows how to deal with that. He’s got a punching bag in his room that he lets you beat the shit out of if needed. He can make you laugh too. You’ll be beating the fuck out the punching bag and he’ll pretend like it’s a real person and say shit like “YEAH‼️‼️‼️ BEAT HIS ASS‼️‼️‼️🗣️🗣️🗣️” and it makes you giggle.
Surprisingly okay with physical affection. You wanna cling to him? That’s fine. Just listen to him if he tells you to get off of him. Respect his boundaries and don’t get in the way when he’s doing something important and it’s cool. 🙏

It’s not a surprise that this man is a CG, to both children and age regressors!! He’s a big softie despite his scary and extreme persona as Gang Orca, but being able to be that comforting presence to people who regress to a younger age and find protection in him?
Means the ABSOLUTE world to him
Easily picks you up no matter how big or small you are. Easily rests you on his hip and will press kisses to your face. He’s just so happy to finally have someone not be so scared of him and be able to regress around him 🥹
Is easily flustered by PDA, so he doesn’t really partake in it. Buttt, on another note, he will keep you close. A hand gently holding yours in his massive palm, keeping you close by and safe despite however rambunctious you might be
He also understands how difficult it might be to focus, so he often tries to direct attention back to what the main focus was, but if that doesn’t work, he understands! Will give you his phone to keep yourself entertained so you don’t wander off
Just don’t go into his pro hero work please OTL Best Jeanist will never let him go about the time Kugos age regressor messaging him about how their day is going and what they colored that day
Often takes tips from his age regressor on how to be a little less intimidating when it comes to other age regressors and actual kids, but it sometimes doesn’t work in the end 💔
Will thank his age regressor as his tiny places small heart and star stickers along his head when he mopes about scaring others
Very sentimental whenever his baby brings him anything. A drawing? In a drawer safe at his office. A beaded bracelet made from them? Constantly on his wrist and will have to be pried off of him, and in that case, good luck mate.
Keeps photos of his small, both in big space and littlespace, in his wallet. Will look at the photos whenever being a pro hero feels heavy on his shoulders and he needs a breather.
He’s very structural! Has a small list of what to do in the morning, like brush your teeth, make sure to have a good breakfast, comb your hair (or let him do it for you. He thinks it’s very sweet and will be gentle with tangles), and such. Also has a little reward chart, and will always give small rewards whenever they maintain the structure of the list! Often as small treats to the aquarium, maybe getting a new toy, or whatever his little would want!
Though he loves taking them to the aquarium:
Love love loves teaching them about the sea creatures and life at an aquarium or just in marine biology itself. Will often share facts while he’s settling his age regressor down for a nap or for bed <3
Anyone even dares to talk shit about his age regressor, he’s there LOOMING. Will not tolerate any disrespect to him or his age regressor, immediately in papa orca mode.
He is a bit firm. Wont let his age regressor walk all over him. They don’t wanna go down for a nap? Well that’s too bad cause he’s gonna pop a squat while they fuss and kick until they wear themselves out, “are you done? Let’s get you lied down seal pup,”
Will call his age regressor sea related names. Sea bunny, seal pup, squirt (his favorite imo), or jelly fish :3

Little!Hawks hcs cause he's all I can think about right now!!! x3
(Disclaimer, I insert a lot of my own personal hcs on what the commission is like + spoilers for liberation arc and post liberation arc)
→ He usually regresses to around 3-6, but if he's under a lot of stress he regresses way younger.
→ At first, he regressed involuntarily. Mostly when he got back from a mission or one of his particularly difficult patrols. Sometimes he'd go back to his apartment and just cry.
→ Sometimes he'd regress around his handlers(involuntarily), which ended poorly for him most of the time.
→ His first caregiver was Twice, who started taking care of Keigo just after he infiltrated the LOV and he met the rest of them. I'd like to think that Keigo never killed Twice in this world, but unfortunately that's not the case. Sorry!
→ When Twice was alive, Keigo would bring him lots of little shiny trinkets and gifts! Twice would keep them and show them to Toga(though he never told her where he got them).
→ Keigo's a shy kid, though when he's older he's a bit more rambunctious! He likes to cause a little bit of trouble, but the kind where it's easy fix and handle. Like hiding things from Twice like a book or his spoon he's using to eat his food!
→ When Keigo regressed particularly young Twice would sing him lullabies and songs in order to get him to sleep.
→ Considering their situation, Twice was never able to get Keigo a pacifier or anything. So he reluctantly let Keigo suck his thumb or sleeves when he was under 2.
→ His second caregiver(more like Hawks accidentally regressed while the guy was visiting and he took care of him) was Aizawa, who visited him in the hospital after the liberation arc. It mostly consisted of Hawks crying and saying he was sorry. Aizawa didn't know what for and just petted him and stayed with him until he was better.
→ When Keigo was discharged, he spent a lot of his time sitting in his apartment and crying.
→ He tried not to regress for a while, because he didn't want to put his little self through anything, but most of the time he failed. Especially after going to his mother's house.
→ His current caregiver is Tsunagu(aka Best Jeanist)! He first regressed around him while they were in his mother's house. At first Tsunagu didn't really know what regression was, so he went Aizawa about it. That's where he learned most of his information on it.
→ Keigo is REALLY clingy with Tsunagu, always clinging to him and wanting to be held. Mostly because he's scared he'll leave and won't come back.
→ Tsunagu never asked him who is old caregiver was, but he has a vague idea of who it was.
→ Keigo wasn't as eager to cause any for Tsunagu, but once he got comfortable and felt safe enough to do it he would play small tricks and stuff, like what he did with Twice.
→ Tsunagu absolutely SPOILED Keigo with lots of toys and little supplies, he made sure he had anything he could ever desire. He, rather reluctantly, got Keigo Endeavor theme sippy cups, bottles and toys!
→ Keigo LOVES playing pretend with Tsunagu, he loves to pretend he's Endeavor and he's saving kids or children from bad situations. At first it made Tsunagu a little worried, but he learned to get used to it.
OKAY!! this is getting way long, and I could honestly yap about this guy for forever cause I LOVE him but this is where I'm gonna stop.. Caregiver!Tenya Iida Headcanons
A/N: This isn’t something anybody requested, but I’m really getting back into MHA, and I love Iida, so I’m gonna write about it anyway. <3
I don’t think Iida knew about age regression before he met you. But once you tell him about it, he researches more about it as soon as possible. He loves you and it sounded really important to you, so he wants to fully understand what it is.
After he’s done researching, if you don’t bring it back up for a while, he’ll just come up to you and ask you if you have a caregiver. When you say “no” he just asks “well, do you want me to be your caregiver?”
Just. Casually. Like it’s nothing.
And of course, you say yes.
It’s a learning process for both of you when you first regress around him. He immediately asks how old you are and you hold up 2 fingers.
You’re so little, he panics a little bit. But it’s fine! He learns what to do eventually.
He’s so gentle and kind. He’s LARGE and STRONG so he’s constantly worried about accidentally hurting you.
Buys you literally anything and everything you want. He’s rich, so he can afford it. He barely even looks at the price before he’s adding it to his cart.
If you ever feel guilty about it, he always assures you that it’s fine. He’s more than well off. He’s got more than enough money to handle it.
He’s VERY strict. You must got to bed by at least 10pm, wake up at 6am on school days, eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day, and drink enough water. You also have to give him an update on your day at the end of every day. And you aren’t allowed to play until you’ve finished your homework. He always helps you, though!
He loves to call you “sweetheart”. I dunno why but I think he’d use this pet name A LOT.
Always holds your hand if you guys are going in public anywhere or really just outside of either of your rooms.
Like, he’ll be gripping your hand even if you guys are just going into the dorm common room.
The first time you gave him a picture you drew/colored, he almost fainted. He felt so special. He keeps it on his room in his wall.
Whenever he can’t take care of you, either Midoriya or Todoroki take care of you. You started calling them your uncles. Midoriya makes it clear that he really likes it and feels honored. Todoroki seems indifferent but secretly is very happy about it.
Sometimes they’ll all watch you at the same time. That’s always fun. Especially when you make them play with you.
You always manage to stay up past your bed time whenever they come over.
Midoriya is a sucker and when he watches you, it isn’t hard to get him to let you bend the rules a bit.
You can’t tell Tenya, though. BOTH of you will get a lecture and Midoriya might not be allowed to watch you for a while.
Tenya likes being called parental names a LOT. But, if you just wanna call him his name or a different name, that’s fine! It’s about you and your comfort!
He picks you up. A lot. Like I said, he’s super strong. He uses it to his advantage because he knows it makes you feel even smaller.

this is rlly self indulgent but when have i cared?(this is also specific to my trauma and experience with it)
It was... Tuesday? Or maybe it was Wednesday? You couldn't tell anymore it had all started to blur together at some point. The cabinet next you sat open as you layed on the floor spralled out on your back, you wanted to remember but you also didn't. It was a weird paradox you constantly found yourself in, wanting to know would no doubt hurt but your imposter syndrome could only be cured by knowing every detail, even if that meant never being able to love again.
"Love is such a funny thing" you thought as you looked to your right, your head hurt from laying on the hard tile in the kitchen but it was also grounding.
"People love to hurt you then say they did it 'out of love'" the tears stung your eyes as the fuzzy memory resurfaced. Along with it came another detail you hadn't seen before.
The world felt too big and you just wanted a warm bottle and to crawl into bed to cuddle with your stuffies all night. You wanted your papa but also wanted to be alone, you felt so alone laying on the cold kitchen floor, you had come in for a snack but everything was overwhelming.
You curled in on yourself on the hard ground, everything would be okay if you just layed there and collected yourself, you just needed to find the glue to fix your broken mind.
The floodgates opened when your frontdoor opened.
"Baby! I'm home!" You papa had come home, you were so excited! But afraid you didn't want anyone around right now, what if they did the same thing? You could only sob quietly and hope he went away.
"Baby what's wrong?" He found you. You didn't want him to find you, it seemed like he didn't like you anymore, you felt like such a burden.
"If you do icky things to me will you like me again?" You asked with hope, but you didn't look in his eyes. Before when you asked this people had reasued you they wouldn't hurt you but the look in their eyes said otherwise, if someone was gonna hurt you they should at least be honest about it.
"What are you talking about pebble?" Kirishima asked and tried to put a hand on your back, you flinched but couldn't move from your ball on the floor. He took his hand away when you flinched but you couldn't tell if you wanted that or not.
Everything was too much and too big and too bright and too loud, and you didn't want to make any choices you just wanted to be okay.
"If you do the adult stuff to me will you like me again?" You asked again like it was the most normal thing in the world, this time you did make an effort to sit up. You pulled your knees to your chest and dried your tears.
"Why would I do that to you?" Kirishima asked in a gentle tone, almost as if his voice would make you shatter into a million pieces.
"Cuz that's what people want from me, they like to do gross stuff and so I let them cuz I want the people I like to be happy" it was so obvious and it always worked so why was he looking at you like that? With that look on his face like you were so fragile and broken and just needed pity, you didn't want pity you just wanted him to like you again.
"Baby I'm not going to do that to you okay?" He said and grabbed your hands, this time you let him. You wanted to belive at least for a little while that he meant it.
"Okay..." was all you said.
"Is it okay if I pick you up?" He asked.
"Okay" He picked you up and honestly you hadn't realized how tired you'd been from just laying on the floor and crying, he was carrying you into your little room.
"Why?" You thought, you were perfectly ok to sleep in the big bed with him. Maybe he didn't want you there with him? Maybe he did think you were a burden. You begane to whine agaisnt his shoulder and when he set you down in your crib you started to fully cry again.
"Shhh it's okay baby I just want to get you in some more comfy clothes okay?" He asked but it wasn't much of a question. Most had just gone ahead and changed you by now, that's when you realized it was a question. You shook your head no, you were in comfy clothes. Your comfort hoodie and some pajama pants.
"That's okay, would you like your 'Uravity' paci from autie Ochako or your 'all might' paci from uncle Deku" He held up the two options for you to point, you chose the 'red riot' one that was still sitting in the crib from this morning.
"Aww okay pebble, it's late so do you wanna cuddle with papa or do you wanna sleep in the crib here?" He asked and once again waited for a response, you made grabby hands to say you wanted cuddles.
The night ended rather peacfully, crying had tired you out and before the episode of 'Bluey' your papa had thrown on the screen you were out like a light. Your red teddy bear kept you company in the fitful night of sleep you had but you wouldn't change it for the world cuz everytime you woke up from a nightmare still regressed your papa would comfort you untill you were back to sleep.

That's... a few too many characters for me to answer all in one ask, so let's limit it to just The League sense they all go together well

4. Does your regressed f/o collect things? If so, what is it and how much do you enable it?
I'll enable my League babies in anything and everything, first of all. Second, the only one of the four who actively collects things is probably Himiko. She's a bit of a hoarder of anything she deems cute and tends to just pick things up and stuff them in her pockets.
Not an active collection he does on his own but Tomura has more Dog stuffies than much anything else, though he does also have Pokemon and Minecraft ones his older self has placed on shelves he can't reach because they are Mint Condition back at AFO's manor. He use to get pretty fussy about that some times, but it's become less of a problem sense moving to the Bar.
Jin and Dabi don't collect anything, nor do either of them have much that could be considered a collection (or much at all)
5. Does your regressed f/o have any gear that they want really bad? If so, what is it?
Tomura and Himiko both get everything they want without question, so neither of them have anything they really really want at the moment and are rather satisfied with their little gear at the moment.
Jin is constantly back and forth about wanting a pacifier. He's worried he'll chew right through it and ruin it, but it'd make it harder to talk making the other him less likely to say something he doesn't agree with (tantrum triggering when they fight), but also he'd have to take off or at least lift his mask to put it in his mouth which can easily trigger an even bigger meltdown than infighting does, but also also he sees his Big Sister Himiko and Baby Brother Tomura each with want and his tiny baby heart is just so over come with jealously he can't contain it. If I got him one, I'm almost sure it'd fix the whole thing, but just cause another problem, so I'm waiting patiently for him to decide himself what he wants.
Dabi doesn't have any little gear and refuses any I've tried to gift to them. They try very hard to push their regression down and ignore it, and they don't want me or anyone else in the League to be apart of it. I try to give them space, but I have hidden a few of little Dabi's favorite snacks around their room, along with some sparklers to play with. They seem content enough with that for now.
6. What is your favorite thing in your regressed f/o’s playroom?
For Tomura it was back at the Mansion, he had a crib with a mobile on it, it was the only thing his father had ever contributed to his Regression space, so of course it was his favorite. It played a lullaby as it spun I'd never heard before, and always put Tomura right to sleep. I wonder if it's still there...
Himiko has a lot of toys, most of which she's stolen from dollar stores and gas stations, but one Jin got her; A 4ft tall Valentine's day Teddy bear. It's big and soft baby pink holding a big red heart. I ended up cutting the heart free from the bear's stomach so now Himiko can wiggle herself behind it and sleep in the bear's arms. It's very cute <3
Jin doesn't have playroom per say, he doesn't have a lot of gear either. Rather than sit still somewhere with toys and games he'd rather follow me, Magne, or Himiko around while regressed. Though out of the few things I've seen him get attached to I think my favorite is the baby blanket Himiko got for him. It USE to be soft baby blue but he won't let me wash it at all and carried it everywhere with him, cries into it, uses it to cover his face, and sleeps with it, so it's gotten pretty grimy and is more of a muted color now. Himiko thinks it's gross now and won't touch it, but I've convinced her not to comment on it, sense if she doesn't like it, Jin is likely to throw it away... and then regret it.
Dabi, much like Jin, doesn't have a little space or many little items. Usually when they regress they lock themselves away in their room and don't come back out until they come out of it, so I don't know what their little space looks like, or anything they might comfort themselves with... I hope they're okay in there...
