The answer is: I love both!

For coffee, my go to is cold brew iced coffee with caramel + skim milk. I like frappuccinos and hot coffee too.

As for tea, I LOVE iced unsweet black tea. Just about everyone around here thinks unsweet iced tea is nasty, but I love it. I much prefer it to sweet tea, which is too sweet for me. Hot green tea is also really nice, but I don’t drink it that often.
