8. Have they had struggles with their identity, be it due to internal or external reasons?

for the murder boyfriends.

.......I FORGOT TO LIST. THEM. but yes ok perfect ty. answering for their status as of the end of part 1 (2 & 3 take place years after and there's little change).

So for context: the murder boyfriends exist in an alternate universe late-1950s america that got split more or less in half back in the 19th c, and they live in the eastern half (the less gay friendly half. but not by much. nuance etc + utopias don't exist).

Eugene: he is transgender and extremely lucky and he knows it. Struggled with his id until after his parents' sudden traumatic death kind of wrecked him and keeping it secret suddenly seemed less important - but he also lived with Tom's family, and Tom's mom Bess is a known queer rights activist, so while he was worried he wasn't worried MUCH. Naturally keeps this id quiet given where he lives and how public a figure he is. Sorting out his bisexuality was a cake walk though. I will say that the more I write him the more I realize he does have an asexual lean in terms of sexual attraction (isn't) and seeking of sex (largely doesn't), though he does enjoy it.

Tom: despite having a queer activist for a mom and being in love with Eugene for years, was literally too oblivious to realize he was gay until his girlfriend pointed it out and dumped him(gently.ish). once he got it though he didn't struggle with it as much as he struggled with the whole pining after his bestie thing. He cares more about other people's struggles, which he gets from his mom tbh.

Trying to think if I've forgotten anything but I don't *think* so. So uh tl;dr - yes. But also no. But also yes.

Introduction to the Jellijaws/Chad Ask Blog!

Woah! This is new! I'm glad boss smuggled me and Max in here. I can't wait to meet everyone!

Welcome to my Chad/Jellijaws ask blog! I will be roleplaying and answering questions as Chad from The Amazing Digital Circus, who I like to call Jellijaws since it works with Gummigoo's name, and I thought Chad deserved an iconic name as well. (I will probably be using both names interchangeably though, since I do like both)

This is part of an AU I have with my friends where Gummigoo successfully integrated himself into the circus, only returning to the Candy Kingdom to retrieve his two lads Jellijaws (Chad), and CandiCroc (Max) to smuggle into the circus with him.

*Note: Since we don't get a lot of deeper character development from Chad in the show, I will mostly be running off what I have interpreted from his character as well as adding on to it with head cannons and such.

I am Mod Murderboy/Jelli, and I go by She/her as well as any other pronouns (my gender is fluid)
