irritated and impatient, he grabbed your face and blew a smoke onto you.

your cheeks were pressed together without warning and you coughed at the ill-scented smoke of the cigarette as you closed your eyes.

“what the hell are you doing wasting your pretty lips talking to a stranger?” his tone pissed off and firm.

“he was just keeping me company. i thought you weren’t coming!”

“well, i am here. and he won’t need to keep you company anymore. he’s in my way.” he said, looking annoyed, as he pushes the stranger away from you. the stranger gives you a dirty look and left the bar.

he then took a seat beside you and placed both of his hands on your knees.

“did you miss me?”

you chuckled in amusement. his confidence and ego is something else. it’s fascinating.

“you’re lying! if you didn’t miss me why would you be smiling?” he said smirking, leaning his head closer to you. his face just inches away from your own.

with an eyebrow raised and a sip of out your drink taken, you asked out of curiousity. “enlighten me then?”

he leaned back into his seat and ordered an ale from the bartender. he waited for his drink before taking a sip and looking to you.

“the way to make you love me is to make you jealous.” the gent turned to your other side and smirked at a lady that was looking in your direction.

he then turned back to you.

“did it work? you’re all mine, your attention is on me and me only, baby.”

“why would i be jealous when you’re not even my man?” you deadpanned.

“oh really? maybe we should fix that then, darling. wouldn’t you want me to be your man? to spend nights with me? to be with me 24/7?” he said as his tone dripping with arrogance.

“i can quit, i promise. if i quit, would you date me then?” he said looking genuinely interested and no hesitation.

“date..?”

“what? did i say something wrong?” he asked looking at you as if you’re being a bit ridiculous. “you’re acting surprised when it should be the most obvious thing in the world, i can see and feel the flirting from both parties. it’s not like anyone can deny the chemistry we have. you obviously have a crush on me. don’t lie.”

you left him on heard as you let his words sink in.

the chap’s face dropped as he watched you drink quietly, before he spoke again. “fine, you want to play the hard-to-get game do you? it might make me want you more. but know this, no one plays the game better than me, and i know how to win.”

“i won't stop until i get what i want.”

you let out a scoff as a way to taunt him. “sure.”

“you like to play dangerous games, huh? good thing i like the danger.” he chuckled in amusement.

you take the cancer stick out of his mouth and push it on the ashtray with a smirk. you’re going for the kill now. “danger? like your past days?”

his face dropped as you killed the cigar, he let out a quiet chuckle before looking down at you and clenching his jaw in annoyance.

“what do you know about my past?” he looked at you firmly, waiting for you to answer him and it’s the first time you saw his mood change.

you simply shrugged your shoulders as you drink, hiding a smile. oh, you got him now.

“you aren’t exactly good at hiding that enormous tattoo on your body that’s peeking its way into the world.”

he kept staring at you and you saw his eyes looking over you, judging you to see if you were actually truthful or just bluffing. he stayed quiet for a moment.

“you were looking at my tattoos? you must really like me, sweetheart.. now, explain to me what you know about my past, or you’re leaving the bar with one less tooth.” he was smiling but his gaze was still sharp and intimidating.

you laughed quietly. “is that a threat? i wasn’t even judging you.”

“oh, you have no idea how threatening i could be. so, do talk, my dear,”

he kept sitting right by you, and you start to feel him get a lot closer as he takes a puff from the cigar still blowing the smoke on your face.

“and you know i can be a bit violent when i need to, but to someone as delicate and cute as you, i will make an exception. now tell me darling, what do you know?”

you rolled your eyes. you’re starting to believe that he’s just all muscles.

“and here i thought we were getting onto something. it’s not that hard to open and read the newspaper or something. i’ve seen those tattoos on the news alright? chill out.”

“and you know those tattoos are associated to gangs, right? so i must be quite dangerous then.. don’t you think?” he smirked as he continues to stare at you.

“tell me one more thing, do you like dangerous men?”

that caught you off guard and you actually broke into laughter. “you- you really are something!”

“why is that so hilarious? you’re not afraid of me?” he asked, visibly confused. it seems your reaction is something he did not expect but he was still grinning.

“why should i be? you’re just a man who have moved on from the things that you did back in those days.. right?”

“you’re a very perceptive woman, i’ll admit.”

“the past is the past, it stays in my mind but i won't let it stop me from living in the present.”

the gent smiled, reaching out to pat your cheek, his fingers brushing against your soft skin.

Mucho shows his love in the things he does for you.

➼ Before you started dating, Mucho admired you quietly. Though usually stoic, he smiles a little whenever you’d talk to him. If you’re a lot shorter than him, he leans down a bit to listen to you. Sure, he stares too but not too long that anyone would notice. He offers to carry your stuff, give you rides, reach for stuff you’re too short to reach, etc. Whenever you thank him, he only nods in acknowledgement. No one was able to tell that he liked you until he actually confessed.

➼ When you do get into a relationship, other people may find him cold. They don’t see him being outwardly affectionate to you. But hey, he cooks for you, picks you up from school or work, takes care of you while also helping keep your place clean when you’re sick, and assists you with any stressful task you might have with a massage offer afterwards. ➼ From time to time, he likes to just sit down with you and do your hair. Mucho’s pretty skilled at braiding, and he weaves your hair into these intricate styles that make Ran envy you. Sometimes, he weaves little flowers into your hair as well. He smiles proudly at his work when he’s done.

➼ When texting, he responds with either one-word responses or complete sentences with no attempt to lengthen the conversation. You eventually learned that, well, that’s just how Mucho is. He says a lot more when you’re together in- person.

➼ Won’t let you fall asleep in an uncomfortable position. He’ll gently readjust you so nothing would hurt when you wake up. If you’re in a car or bus, he’d let you lean on him, then he’ll wrap an arm around you.

➼ Dreams of running his coffee shop with you in the future. He actually thought a lot about your future together. I feel like falling in love would make him want to leave gang life behind and start getting his life back on track. He thinks a lot about how your married life is going to be.

➼ Your relationship with Sanzu is a bit tense. The guy was possessive and protective of Mucho. Mucho has tried to get the two of you to be friends, and you did try but Sanzu wouldn’t return the same energy. (It’s like he sees you as an evil stepparent or something.) After some time, he warms up a bit but it took you so long to get there. Even then, you still don’t quite know what he’s really thinking.

➼ Would teach you how to play Shogi so you could play together instead of just watching his games with Sanzu. You’ve actually played against Sanzu once–who, by the way, got very competitive. You and Mucho play together too. Sometimes, you may or may not notice but Mucho intentionally prolongs the matches because he wants you to stay around a bit longer. Shh, that’s our secret.

Mikey and subtlety should never be in the same sentence unless not is in between them. He doesn't mind that at all. He's so in love with you and everyone should know it, including you! Baji has a rough and soft side. It's a bit of a ride for you when Baji's in love with you, but would you want him any other way. What other guy is going to give you chocolates after beating the shit out of someone.

Smiley might also have a smile on his face, but that doesn't mean he's happy. With you though, you're gonna see his all new attitude. He didn't care at first when his subordinates stated you were not in the right place. They already used to say things like this to many foreigners and it never went too far so Mucho didn't bother telling them to $hut the fu©k up. When they said that you did not fit the beauty standard Mucho gave them a tough look, glaring at them with emotionless eyes. You smiled at him as if you weren't upset at all but truth is, you wanted to cry your heart out. You ignored them and made your way to your boyfriend's car while he had some matters to settle. You had waited about 2 hours before he got in the car with you. You were scrolling on your phone when he opened the door. One of his comrades looked at you with a concerned face. He was one of Toman's (here Toman is the top criminal organisation, the characters are eventually aged up) executives.

“Isn't she a foreigner ? Wow Mucho ... I didn't know you were looking for that kind of chick !” he laughed.

“Hmm.” Mucho replied without much concern.

“Bet you thought she could be strong enough to endure your judo holds. Do you use her during your trainings ?” a smirk was born on his lips.

“I think it's enough Kokonoi.” mucho stated with a stern voice. He stared at you and thought that you really were mentally strong by just not breaking right now, instead of that you greeted Kokonoi with a wide smile saying good afternoon Sir. Koko grins at your docile soul.

“She may be a really cute and obedient one in bed.” he added.

“This is none of your business Koko.” Mucho replied before entering into the car and closing the door. You waved a goodbye to kokonoi and asked to your boyfriend where he was driving you.

“Well, I have a big issue with Sanzu, remember ? The pink mullet man.”

You nodded. After a certain time of driving you arrived to Sanzu's penthouse. It was 7pm and you were exhausted at this point. Mucho proposed you to go see the other executive with him and you accepted. When you entered Sanzu's penthouse your eyes widen in shock when you saw the amount of pills on the central table. Sanzu has greeted you with a glare and you sure were oppressed by his presence. Your boyfriend noticed it and pulled you close to him.

“Is she your wh0re ?” the man asked to Mucho.

“No she is not.” he sighed.

“Um... Ok. Anyway, let's begin with first case. This bastard didn't want to cooperate so....”

You stayed near Mucho, sometimes taking his arm into your embrace. When they finished it was past 8pm. You returned to the car and Mucho catched a sad pout that you swear you tried to hide.

“Any problem, love ?” he kindly asked.

You smiled to him and get in the car. It was silent on the way home. When you two reached the penthouse he carried you to your shared room and dropped you on the bed.

“Is everything good ?” he asked again.

When he realised that you weren't going to replie he started stroking your hair and gave you a peck ont the lips. He surely wasn't going to let you in such state during a hole night. Even if he was exhausted he didn't want to let things get worst nor wait for your problem to get resolved by itself. He decided to take matters in his own hands. That's when he carried you to the bathroom. He was not the kind to smile but he wanted the concerned look plastered on your face to get the fuck out.

“Let's juste relax before going to bed, okay honey ?” he cooed.

“Babe, I'm fine, so let's get this shower real' quick m'kay ?” you replied.

He didn't respond. Instead he started running the bath while you were undressing. When he turned his head to get a look at you he found himself thinking about how small and kind you were. You were such a patient person when it cam to him or his colleagues. He didn't understand why people wouldn't want to stop the hate. You were such a fragile bird, he didn't even want to hold you because it could mean hurting you, judging by your skinny form. In fact, he also noticed how you lost wait this last month. He thought you were starting to suffocate with the toxicity people would have when it comes to you. He started to undress and when you looked up in the mirror to see his reflexion you started blushing. You really felt honored that this big boy was actually your boyfriend.

“Mmh.. Mucho, do you think we are equals ?” you said calmly.

“Girl, what a cheesy question. You're really overthinking sometimes.” Mucho replied with a laugh. “Just chill out my love, don't make this bath so deep.” and with this he gave you a wink.

You laughed really loud since, in fact, it was a corny question. Then he entered the bath and you followed, your back on his chest. He gave you feather kisses on the neck and you smiled.

“Mucho ?”

“Yes honey ?” he replied while slightly caressing your thigh.

“Can you teach me judo ?” you spoke out with much joy.

He burst out laughing.

“Why not, I'll even bring you to the gang's gym and give you some protein and preworkout. If that's not love then tell me what it is” he tells you.

The following day he brought you to the gym and also taught you some judo moves. He eventually made you meet the floor but you eventually were fine with that since it was not hurtful.

You were laying, your back on the floor with Mucho straddling you. You grinned at him.

“Yesterday you said I overthink too much and that my question was deep. Guess what else is.” you announced with a teasing grin.

Mucho was a blushing mess, everyone was looking at you two.

“Mu-” you tried to speak but Mucho started kissing you. You grinned to yourself knowing he didn't want you to say anything else. As he kissed you, forcing his tongue in your mouth and pinning your hands to the floor, he glared at his comrades. He noticed how Sanzu was staring at you and thought that, maybe... Maybe the gym you were in was not the place to do judo.
