Who would win in a fight?
Duel: Sirius. No doubt about it. Like, my girl is powerful sure but she doesn’t like fighting and she has very little experience with it, whereas Sirius fights for the order in the war so he does. She’d stand her ground for a while but he’d definitely win.
Regular argument: To be fair most of their arguments WILL turn physical (in the sense of, there’s gonna be some smashed vases and black eyes at the end) at some point, but I feel like they’d go pretty even in them. They’re both way too eager to hit these super low blows that they KNOW are going to hurt the other so much and it gets very ugly? Either of them could win, kinda depending on the subject of the argument or who just feels like giving in first.

You're right and you should say it. I mean, why else did she follow the mayor so deeply, if not for that fact that he treated her *like* a daughter (which she craved)
Exactly! Like, can you imagine if Giles also showed her an ounce of attention? Faith is as loyal a person as Buffy is! Sure Buffy would get jealous and petty because she’d go from an ‘only child Slayer’ to having to share Giles’ attention but then she’ll get over it.
Maybe the whole accidentally killing Alan thing would play out differently. I mean, I do love how Faith’s redemption eventually plays out and how Faith’s story connects to Angel the Series in a way that really rounds out the world. Faith was the real connective tissue between the two shows, which is why it leaves a sour taste in my mouth that Eliza Dushku wasn’t invited to the 20th anniversary reunion issue.

I’ve had a few spinal taps done :/ the good thing about the clinic is they often know what they’re doing because They do them fairly regularly. Hospitals I found usually had a doctor who’d never done one before and always missed the spot :/ and then blamed me. Like mate, this isn’t my first time but it sure is yours
yeah, this is actually going to be my second with the same doctor. They have a little x-ray machine now to show where to position the needle so they never miss the mark. Didn’t feel much of a thing just had to lie down the rest of the day. Really not so bad.
I just want the head headaches to go awaaaaaaay

what's your coven au about?
OKAY SO! people obviously know about the existence of witches, theyve coexisted with humans for thousands of years and recently were exposed and made like a whole separate government for witch issues but for the most part they live side by side humans with no issue.
but then the luthors come along. they run a big corporation and they’re profits are falling because people are just going to witches for things their medicines and technology previously could only fix.
so lex is this big witch hating fucker. hates all of them, thinks they should either die or be detained. and so of course he puts these ideas into his little sister’s head. but lena doesn’t really get it like she doesnt care about profits she just wants to learn and build shit.
and while lena is living in this shitty lil world made by her brother she runs into the danvers sisters. two sisters who run a herb shop in downtown national city. kara loves it she’s an elemental witch so she can rapidly bloom flowers, heal the earth, etc. and lena is trying to see the effects of modern prescriptions mixed with magical herbs to see if they work better etc. (dont tell lex)
and lena runs into kara more and more as she gets further into her experiments because she needs new herbs and even though there are a dozen herb shops, some much closer to the luthor home, kara happens to be cute and nice.
and lena starts learning that all of lex’s beliefs are bullshit. kara shows lena that there is such thing as bad magic but most magic is to heal and help. she explains how witches are the boundary between the natural and fae and some people abuse it but more people try to do good than bad.
but of course its not all sunshines and rainbows as lex attacks the national city witches council building and takes three elder witches hostage. now kara gets upset because lex came through an entrance known only to this certain level of witch who are like prodigies (the danvers happens to be two) and kara happened to tell lena about this entrance and now alex thinks lena was lying to get info. but lena wasnt using kara she loves kara and kara loves her but now theres a fucking war in national city.

I was chatting with @motherconfessors and we were saying it’s likely Lilith’s powers are more than they were before now, that she’s certainly almost-celestial in power because she drank all Lucifer’s blood for herself (and drew the blood with the spear that could kill him, which is important to the attack too), enough to leave him powerless and enough to give her the power to banish a celestial with a single command. Like she had the power to banish Lucifer to the mortal realm and to wander like a beggar. I believe only the False God has ever banished Lucifer anywhere.
So I definitely have that as canon for my blog, that Lilith’s powers have just way upped the ante.
Also, we decided she totally got herself an entirely female council in Hell now that Caliban and the Plague Kings are gone.
