Sometimes you just gotta make do with what's accessible to you.
I have to take meds first thing in the morning. If I don't eat food first, I'll be too nauseous to function. So I (sleepy and unmedicated) need to complete the tasks of feeding myself (triggering) and swallowing pills (complicated) at around 6:30 am (inhumane).
My daily breakfast is a Clif bar and an applesauce pouch. Sometimes also a Poptart (for morale).
Yes those have single-use plastics and foil pouches and aren't recyclable where I live. But right now they're accessible. Feeding myself independently, cheaply, without dishes, without triggering myself, so that meds get taken, is more important.
For anything else, I (sleepy and unmedicated) would have to venture into the shared kitchen (scary) and wrangle refrigeration, reheating, pans, and dishes (complicated) while remembering the meds (hard). Keeping easy food in my room next to the meds eliminates all of that.
So relax. Choose sustainability in every way you can, but accept imperfections. You don't have to crawl a thousand miles repenting on your knees etc. etc. Remember corporate greed is the worst polluter. Your personal needs are important. It's okay to make do with what you can, with what you have, where you are.

when you and kento first start dating, it takes him a bit to adjust. he isn't sure about his approach towards his affection, of how it has him hesitating; the honesty of it is burning even to him.
he’s constantly thinking of you. its in little ways, but that sort of thing adds up, sneaks up on a person when they least expect it.
how’s he meant to go about his day normally when he keeps passing a boutique with heels that would look perfect on you? another with a blouse that would flow off you like it wasn’t made for anything else. another with classic winter gloves that look fashionable but warm.
the thought of dressing you doesn’t come out of any malice. there isnt anything wrong about your choice of clothing, it matches you, even links arms with his the slightest bit. but the thought still occurs, and he still walks by those boutiques thinking about you.
eventually though, he must stop thinking. because he’s walking back home with fancy bags and placing them on his kitchen counter. he forgets that you’re waiting for him at home that day.
you’re curled on the couch with a magazine in your hands. kento doesnt catch the title before you set it down on the coffee table at the sound of him entering. you’re up and kissing his cheek before he can second guess the look of the paper mache sticking out of the delicate bags.
“welcome back.” you loosen his tie for him when you pull away, pluck his glasses off his face and set them aside for him. already he feels less tired. “how was your day?”
“shit.” he deadpans. you simply hum as a response, a little smile painted across your lips. “how was yours? any better?"
your hands are off him now, the two of you are divided by the small kitchen island. you haven’t made note of what he’s bought, either purposefully or because you feel like taking things slow this evening.
“too fast,” you sigh. “someone spilled coffee on me. it got all over my blouse.”
kento’s eyebrows peak, and you respond with a knowing pout. “the white one?” he asks.
you nod solemnly, hanging your head defeatedly. “the white one,” you confirm. your voice is whiny, frustrated at its tired core. “i had to borrow this from a coworker.”
kento hums as a sort of comfort, lays his hand over yours. oddly, this shared fatigue between the two of you makes the place feel more like a home.
“did you go shopping? the bags are beautiful.” you twirl his hand in yours so that his palm is up to the air. before you let go, you trail the creases in his skin.
“new ties?” you ask, your smile a little smug. he may or may not have splurged a few weeks back, much to your amusement and delight.
"no," he replies, only slightly exasperated with you. "they're for you."
"oh!" your hand covers your mouth but it does nothing to hide the smile on your face. "were you thinking of me?"
"yes, i was," he confesses. the blush that rushes to the tips of your ears can't be missed, and suddenly, he wonders why he had been second guessing himself in the first place.
kento nudges the bags toward you, gentle and slow. its almost like he's scared of spooking you, even though you dip your hands in with the eagerness of someone who's never been scared in their life.
"kento," your voice is shocked, anything but quiet in its appreciation. "these are lovely. i don't—to be completely honest, i'm not sure what to say."
"you don't have to. just—" he pauses. "try everything on for me."
your face brightens. its like a new light in the room, soft and warm and his. your hands leap over the counter and grab his loosened tie, tugging him toward you and pressing your lips to the corner of his mouth. he wants to say you missed, but he's gone soft with content.

ajskks been thinking about some members of the chain being aspec so take some headcanons for them <3
Sky who's sex repulsed and never knew the right terms to describe himself and was always left out of groups due to not getting the types of jokes they made, feeling like the odd one out until he met with the chain.
Time who never knew about relationships until he left the forest and was shown romance for the first few times, not understanding it or wanting to understand it.
Aro/ace warriors who used to long for romance and sexual relationships seeing as not having them pushed him further away from his fellow men in the army, but after everything from cia has grown to accept himself for who he is.
legend who had enough of gender and never really felt any attraction other than platonic and owned it from the start - running with their confidence over everything, not letting people's views shape their life for them
wild who woke up and just lived. they weren't anything, didn't need to be anything. they could just be Link. Nothing more, nothing less. They didn't even care about gender or romance, until someone gave him the talk they didn't even know sex was a thing - and once they learned they immediately regretted learning

I'm curious as to peoples idea for what he'd do for the next power hour so
[These all being popular ideas or ppl he's mentioned]
This was all just a ploy to get you to read my info dump theory on the concept of a Chonny Jash Power Hour loser HAHAHA
Im joking tho. Not about my CJPH theory, that is very much real but I'm not forcing you to read it lol
However if you're curious, my inane rambles are further down :}
[Long Rant Post Below]
Okay so I'm gonna start with the basic idea I got it from; that being Nerd. Nerd already foreshadowed the THDPH & the WWPH [Even down to the last song for each of them] Not only that, but he references the stuff hes done in the past as well with a break/pause inbetween.
[This is what I mean]
The first three being all stuff he already did. BDG with Pocket, Tally Hall with Vol.1 & then Cage by Tim Minchin being the start the power hours.
The next two being the power hours he would do after this song [Memento Mori & Charlie's Inferno-Will Wood & That Handsome Devil]. But those are the only songs he would reference in Nerd, leaving no more clues as to what the last one would be. The only thing left in it is the video game references & Stairway to Heaven in the ending. [Which oddly enough also fit the pattern in a way. StH being about dying and the afterlife like Memento Mori & Chonny's Inferno and the video game references being all covers he made on his old channel]
While the VG refs could be a hint at a Videogame or Toby Fox Power Hour, I think at most, if its a clue at all, hinting at the next thing he does is recovering old songs.

Next, a couple of his songs reference his past stuff. Fine, I'm Fine has a good amount of lines that vaguely refer back to songs from the before [heres a post that goes more into it that's pretty cool!!]. And more importantly Dear Machine references Pocket, Dream (Outro from Calamity) & wings of wax. Pocket being later used in Nerd & the mention of Icarus coming back in Art. Not only that, but the voice in the very end Thermodynamic Lawyer is the exact same [if not very close to] voice filter/effect he uses in Dear Machine. Even down to the British accent he does in it. [Tho it is fairly normal for a music artist to reference their older songs in their music so it could be nothing]
Speaking of Dear Machine tho, quick thing to add about it is that it shows he not against covering his own songs. While yea technically its just a different version of Ode of the Cog, DM,HtC in a way counts as a cover of OotC. Same goes for bargaining/compromise & The Ballad of Dr. Jekyll.

Another idea with a CJPH is that in the CJFS discord theres a "Question of the Day" Channel. Where, as the name says, a Mod or Helper will ask a CJ related question & everyone can give their idea/imput on it. For Day 100, as a special fun lil thing, they asked Chonny if he wanted to give a question for that day. His question being:
And yes he does say that he doesnt plan on doing anything like that in future [if he even were to do it]. I fully believe he wasn't lying there & honestly I never saw him redoing any song ever until I had the idea of a CJPH [aside from stuff like Spring and a Storm & Storm and a Spring obviously]. But this is the best idea I could ever see him doing that. Also that question was from early August so a fair amount of time has passed. Whether thats enough time to equal "at least in the near future at all" I have no clue, but it is a thought.

One of my last points [that I remember atm lol] is on how he would end the power hours. Cos like, while yea he does whatever he wants & doesn't rlly follow what anyone says or asks [which I 100% agree with & is completely valid btw], I'd imagine he'd still want to end the PHs with a bang. Which is why I originally didnt think the recent one would be Will Wood.
He's stated a couple of time that hes one of his favorite artist & he definitely knows that a huge chunk of his fan base listen to WW as well. So why not end with that? Why not end with one of the most requested artist people wanted him to cover? Why wouldn't he end with a power hour of the artist that was his #1 on his Spotify Wrapped? What else could he do after that? Well maybe he'd go with his #2 artist? WHICH IS JUST HIMSELF BBYYYY
Plus, the name Power Hour already comes from this:
So it's very likely he's had himself play multiple times in a row & had a "Chonny Jash Power Hour".
Of course theories are just theories so there's always the chance I'm wrong & just insane. And again he does whatever he wants whenever he wants so who knows what it'll be. I just think id be an interesting idea for him to do.
As for how a Chonny Jash Power Hour would look? Maybe each song being a cover of a song from a past album or single? I'd imagine one from the before. & Covered in Discontent [maybe Gothic Whore?]. Like remake Pocket since its been referenced so much, tho that's still just a BDG cover so who knows. the before. would be interesting just to see how his perspective has changed since he originally wrote those songs. Gothic Whore he already has 2 songs that have a story version & a him version so I can see him doing another.
I HIGHLY doubt he'd do anything related to Vol.1 as its his completely separate thing & he doesn't rlly wanna touch any song that's TH/HMS related until whenever he feels like starting Vol.2 [which is valid lol]. If anything I could maybe see like TWWAY, Special or maybe Greener? Or go a different route with the og I'm Gonna Win or like a more outta the box one with like Just a Friend [only cos be did a 20 second "cover" of it in Mucka Blucka]. Again, I do not see him touching anything Vol.1 related but still something to entertain ig? [4th TME cover; The Chonny Electric when/j]
Tho maybe he'd just remake songs that he he fully made [like the before. or Gothic Whore], since those are more of actual Chonny Jash songs rather than the others just being covers. Would be very cool to maybe see a remake of some of his Majora's Mask song tho [no this isn't me coping over HEAL not being on spotify shush]. Or maybe he'd do songs from his old stuff like Don't Take it Personally? [also not me coping over wanting that song on Spotify too]
Idk these are just my thoughts on the idea of a CJPH [or even a Can of Soup Power Hour/j]. Either way I am gonna say idc what he'd do, BDG or Streetlight Manifesto are my other guesses, but anything he makes is always rll good & fun so I'll be interested to see whatever it is.
But ya know considering I typed all this out in the span of an hour & a half I kinda hope im not wrong PFFT

Here’s a digital coloured sketch spread of pikmin doddles that I made throughout a few weeks and play around with different brushes and effects.
Also I saw a reblog of my moss doddle, saying how Olimar wife would annoyed at first but warm up to Moss very quickly. I mean of course they would she and Moss have a special connection they kinda similar in a way they both are sweet yet fierce and they care deeply for Olimar and honestly they both wish he just take a break and go on holiday with his family. Also I love the idea of Moss helping her with the kids and shopping. :3
(Another headcanon for Primrose aka Olimars wife is she find it very hard when Olimar leaves for months on end for work and being a single mum for their kids while he away, she gets lonely and sometimes get frustrated by Olimar leaving for so long. She understand that he doing for them but can’t help bit be a sad sometimes, she him misses so much.)
My favourite doddle is the one with Louie and the blue pikmin at night and the one I put the most effect into, also I love the idea of Louie taken in the beauty of Pnf 404 and despite how dangerous it is it has calm peaceful relaxing air to it. I see why Louie like Pnf 404 beside the nearly dying multiple time bit ha ha.

A Mossy Mistake
So, I'm going to go trough several concepts that are necessary to understand what happened to me this morning.
The first harmless concept: Do you ever impatiently take off your pants and your socks just slide off together with them, and get stuck in your pant leg? And then you just throw both of them into the laundry pile because it doesn't matter anyway, you have better things to do than to pull out a sock from a pant leg. I do that a lot.
The second concept is something I wrote about few months earlier. It was about having rubber boots, which if mixed with a bad sock, can hurt my heel, and me finding myself in the forest, with my heel starting to chafe. But then I invented this cool technique which is called 'stuffing moss into your sock so it stops your book chafing against your feet'! And it worked wonderfully.
Third one isn't really that important, but it's about 'laundry' and 'seriously dirty laundry'. Laundry is the stuff I've been wearing to work, maybe it has some sweat on it but not much else, so I wash it separately from 'seriously dirty laundry', which is clothing that I wear to the forest, and to the garden. This clothing has dirt on it, it has smudges from grass and clay, I've been sitting directly in dirt while wearing it, and I've likely worn it 6-8 times before finally deciding to do the 'seriously dirty laundry'.
So yesterday, it was finally time to throw those muddy clothes into the washing machine, so I did. I usually do it at night because the electricity is cheaper, and then I put it up to dry in the morning, which was this morning. So this morning, I opened up the washing machine, and was met with... copious amount of moss and dirt. If you've paid attention you know exactly what happened. The sock filled with moss, that I just threw into the laundry without thinking, has ended up in the washing machine, still filled with moss and dirt, and I've been doing my laundry in the moss and soil.
Now the laundry is fine, except it's filled with pieces of moss, but I'm sure they'll come off once it all dries up. What I'm worried about is the washing machine! No matter how much I try to clean it and pull all the pieces of the moss out, there's still some stuck in the little holes. I think I might have gotten it clogged with moss and dirt :(. I'm worried that this will damage it, I don't know much about these machines but I assume having a bunch of moss stuck inside cannot be good news.
So, does anyone know what would be a good thing to do? Let it wash empty once, with some bleach or something? Put some vinegar in? Use the drain cleaner on it? I need to save this from my mossy mistake.
The laundry I pulled out of the machine has a subtle smell of moss and forest but I'm super into that, I think me smelling like moss is a great benefit to my life.
