Challenge

It isn't non-believers or other astrologers that challenge my astrological understandings, but Astronomy overall. If astrology is all "they" say it is, then it can be seen and proven in astronomical principles and terms. I always seek astronomical ways to explain astrological alignments. This challenges me, keeps me on my toes, and gives me more confidence in my astrological viewpoints because I'm able to "explain" them. The challenge strengthens my beliefs.

Today as your beliefs are challenged, step into the challenge. Be willing to defend them; but also be willing to see where they have holes or are incomplete. Defend what you already know, and be willing to add to what you know. Be willing to change what you know.

This is the counsel from Mars in Sagittarius today as it sits at 29°, a tested degree. Sagittarius is the sign that manages belief and philosophical structures, holds our collective wisdom. Expect beliefs and wisdoms to be challenged while Mars sits in this place of challenge that seeks authenticity.

However, you don't have to be an ass in these challenges, so says the Moon in Libra. Discourse can be civil today if you decide you want it to be about truth and not about ego.

Welcome challenge. It requires you to learn your skill, trade, craft or belief in ways mere knowledge cannot do.
