A ‘What We Do in the Shadows’ themed ticket booth for Nadja’s nightclub with a Petyr puppet whose mouth moves.

Anyone who knows me knows how obsessed I am with the film and TV show, so it was a joy to make something related to it.

I’ve worked my little ass off this project and I’m incredibly proud of the work I’ve produced.

So recently I played a game with you on my story of 'guess what I'm' working on... Amazingly I had some interesting answers to the above first picture.... However it was guessed correctly by @nickieholfordart that I am indeed creating Ed Sheeran's Nigal Guitar, in miniature as part of a collaboration piece with @giftswithcharlotte. This is something I've been working on in the background over the course of the past few months and is so nearly finished. I just need to add the strings. (there might be a little reel on that you know, let's see....) But this famous older guitar of Ed's which is called 'Nigel' has been really fun to do and I've learnt about Nigel a lot.... 🤦🏻‍♂️ I do however have a TOP SECRET commission to get back to work on now.... One of the best Indian model makers

Precise is an Indian model maker that has established itself in the market with top-notch models and unwavering professional abilities. The designers of the models must be aware of the needs of the users and understand their vision.

This is a precursor to the main event. I present a Maisto 1/12 scale Yamaha R1 modified with fibre optic headlights & taillight. Built into a street scene diorama. This was an experiment because the next project is for my wife, building a Kawasaki Z1 1/12 model kit that she has had for over 20 years. This version of the R1 is a very pretty bike, for lovers of sports bikes, although I prefer something more comfortable these days. The KX Series phone kiosk & post box are all scratch built from scrap card & plastic packaging. The paving slabs are cut from mounting card that had been water stained. The base is made from a damaged insulation board offcut. The electronics are all recovered from scrap computer parts, as are the wires. Helsinki Guggenheim Museum Competition Proposal - Designed by @labics Model by @_modelab . "The proposal find its inspiration in the identity of the site, but also, on a larger scale, in the Finnish tradition. The new #Guggenheim will outstand from the background of the city preserving at the same time a very strong connection with the context history and imaginary: it resemble with its shape the typical warehouses, the serial #wooden buildings which are usually part of the harbour landscape. But on a wider view the wooden volumes hosted under the big roof resemble the small house in the woods. Thanks to the smaller scale and the materiality of these volumes and the overall transparency of the building, the #museum will establish a strong dialogue with the natural background of the park, allowing at the same time the view of the city #elevation . The proposal establishes a very strong relation with the public realm, enhancing the role of the open spaces and in general of the Nordic ideals of openness and accessibility.
