One of my fave headcannons for Dorian, and by extention Air Genasi culture, is hair braiding being culturally significant. Like having your hair in a single braid means you're courting or betrothed to someone.
Mainly for angst purposes, because imagine Dorian coming back with braided hair and Orym noticing first (cuz high perception) and Dorian revealing that it means he's gonna be married soon...
Cue Orym having to evaluate his feelings for Dorian before it's too late.

i might fully become another person when i play dai. that was my comfort game for so long i did so many long ass playthroughs like. i think i did like four seperate playthroughs just dating dorian. i havent touched it in years but the act of replaying it might instantly transport me back in time and turn me into me but when i was deep in the dai sauce.
