in one of Luci's homescreen dialogues he's apologetic towards MC after what Gabriel did, how'd Luci think about Gabriel attacking an innocent human who isn't even related to Solomon?

And to be honest I'm sort of neutral on these characterxcharacter ships I see their merit but LuciferxMinhyeok is a touch surprising. I'll try to give my honest thoughts on how I think it'd go and work :>

So if I recall and I could be wrong but back in the Halloween event, Minhyeok had encountered the three Seraphim; Gabriel, Raphael, and Michael as well as the Kings. While going through there was a sort of fascination with him that they had going on and I think Lucifer being part angel would be fascinated as well and curiously seek him out especially if Jjok and Ppyong later on meet or he senses MC longing for Minhyeok (Lucifer strikes me as kind of perceptive to these things so for the start of it, it'd be fascination on his end while with Minhyeok it's a bit different.)

I can see the ship sort of working as Lucifer is fascinated but also sort of Aloof. He sort of is like an alley cat curious but independent, and I imagine the more he hears about Minhyeok, the more intrigued he is, and before long, the two meet, and it becomes quite a thing. So Minhyeok I feel at this time would be utterly gobsmacked; He's competing with immortal beings for MC and now here comes Lucifer the King of Pride and I imagine he's incredibly wary or freaked out and lowkey resentful but unlike the demons who take Minhyeok's fake kindness at face value, Lucifer picks up on it and I see the two talking it out because Lucifer doesn't see Minhyeok as competition.

I feel like Lucifer is above those things and so they'd probably be friends once Minhyeok realizes Lucifer is pretty neutral on MC (I get the vibes that even if related to Solomon Lucifer is pretty neutral about MC and not as obsessed as the Devils). And I think with time their relationship actually works to one of more understanding and regard.

I feel to myself that Minhyeok sort of helps Lucifer focus on the present and reconnect to the other species he sort of has been distant from and Lucifer helps Minhyeok let go and realize it's okay to have a life outside of MC and to not base his entire life around one thing, speaking from experience. It's a sweet dynamic, and if you're talking romantic, it sort of falls down the line because the two give me vibes they'd naturally fall into it. Of course neither are going to directly pursue, Lucifer would be respectful of Minhyeok's longing for MC to return to him but I imagine as MC gets railed by other demons Lucifer is the one person in Minhyeok's life telling him what he needs to hear. Minhyeok seems to always be the caretaker to others' feelings and lives, so Lucifer would probably be the one telling Minhyeok to take care of himself or to see things for what they are.

Of course Lucifer's still gonna be his feral self like he was in the Selfie story but Minhyeok strikes me as more cautious and nurturing than MC so the ship has room to be very sweet for both of them because they both get something special from it and could be pretty cute if it works like this. And while sex is a big thing I see the two taking it slow because unlike MC where their minds are on sex 24/7 the two guys just genuinely love their conversations and talk and work to it more tenderly than MC ever would with either of them.

Now I could be wrong but these are my thoughts since tbh this is the first I've heard of it so like I'm just taking a ball and rolling with it haha.

crumb idea, I was lazy when writing this but still wanted to write something for Minhyeok. Also something I used to target someone. Enjoy!

Minhyeok waiting for MC and even counting the days until MC returns.

He never gave up on believing that the one he loved for so long will return one day.

He slept yet another night hoping for you to return. Hoping to hold you.

He cries thinking about your abscence and how much more those demons could give you.

He felt somewhat defeated despite his optimistic nature.

He teared up as many thoughts rushed through his mind before he yet again fell asleep.

Little did he know that you where permitted to see him. Even if it was for a day. At least this time you both will remember.

He woke up very early in the morning as another annoying dream made his mood go down. He wanted to go back to sleep, but that's when he felt something soft yet warm. It was a person.

He opened his eyes and looked at whoever was in the house. Expecting to kick them out that very second. His hardened expression softened the moment he laid his eyes on the person near him.

"… MC?", he asked as if he couldn't believe that you were actually there. His hands touched your face softly as he watched how a smile crept up your face.

"I'm back for a day, Minhyeok. Sorry, that meeting like this for a short time took so long. I just wished I could stay a little-", started, but were cut off the moment Minhyeok had you in a tight embrace.

"That doesn't matter MC… I'm happy to see that you're well…", he said, his kind nature yet again making light of how much he missed you. Obviously, he wished he could've kept you here, but he's atleast comforted by the thought that you were here. Even if it's for a few hours.

"Could we just stay like this for a while?", he asked as he pulled away slightly. He still was holding onto you as if you were about to vanish in a few seconds.

You nodded to his question as he pulled you down on his bed.

You were pulled into Min's chest. You inhaled his scent, a scent you've missed ever since you last saw him.

"I… Are you alright MC? Are you eating enough? Do you sleep enough?", he rambled on. Ignoring the tears that streamed down his face.

"I'm alright Min… I just wanted to see you again. I missed you too much I asked to be allowed to come here despite it being dangerous…", you said as you relaxed in his arms.

That's all Minyeok needed to know.

All his thoughts about how the demons were in every way superior than him vanished in mere seconds at what you told him.

He has a chance to have your heart. He won't let go of that chance.

“Karen!” You exclaimed as you two hugged each other. “Why are you here?”

“I heard you got yourself a new house, so I came to visit you.” She said.

“Come in!” You said.

As Karen came in, she had to marvel as she saw the beauty of your new house. Not only was it grand, but it was also full of beautiful and costly decorations.

“MC, how did you get so rich? Like, I remember you were still living off Minhyeok just a few weeks ago.” Karen said without looking at you. She was still busy looking around, admiring your new house.

“Well, guess who won the lottery?” You lied. You couldn’t have Karen know that this house was bought for you by your devil boyfriends in Hell.

“No way…there’s no way…I thought they would announce winners’ names publicly, I didn’t see your name.”

“Uh, well…look at this peacock statue.” You changed the subject. “This was given to me by…erm, a very rich doctor.” You said as Karen’s focus was shifted completely to the bronze statue, which had precious gems for its eyes.

As you took Karen to look around more, you suddenly felt the “call of nature”.

“Sorry, Karen, I have to go to the restroom. Feel free to look around.” You said before running in the direction of the restroom.

How the hell did they get so rich? Karen said to herself. She clearly didn’t believe your lie at all. But that’s not important. She looked around and thought to herself. MC wouldn’t mind if something in here disappeared, right, since they had gotten so rich and all.

Karen started to rummage through the things in your house trying to find something precious but small enough to put inside her pocket and to bring it out of your house unnoticed.

After a while, Karen reached your study without having pocketed anything since all things she had seen so far were so big that it would be impossible to bring it out of your house unnoticed.

“Let’s see what’s in here.” Karen mumbled as she opened a drawer in your study.

Inside, she found a lock of pink hair, a pair of gloves, a black diamond ring, and a bottle of gold liquid.

To Karen, the first two things were worthless, her attention was all on the black diamond ring and the bottle of gold liquid. While the ring of the Devil King of Gluttony wouldn’t just reveal its own preciousness to just anyone, according to the King’s words himself to you not long ago. So Karen soon ignored the ring as she grabbed the bottle of gold and looked at it closely.

No way, it’s real gold. How the hell did MC get so rich? Karen wondered as she slipped the bottle into her pocket and closed the drawer.

“What are you doing here?”

The question startled Karen. As she looked up, she saw Minhyeok.

“I-I was just looking around. MC told me to feel free to do so.” Karen answered, stuttering a little bit while wondering in her mind why was Minhyeok in your house.

“Get out. This room is not opened to outsiders.” Minhyeok said harshly.

“Ok, ok, I’m leaving.” Karen said as she hurriedly left, but not without cursing Minhyeok in her head.

“Thank goodness, I thought you got lost.” You said the moment you saw Karen again in the living room.

“Wait, you can get lost here? How big is your house?”

“It’s not that big, I was just joking.” You lied again and laughed so as not to look suspicious. “C’mon, Minhyeok brought some pizzas over. Let’s eat.”

The very next day…

Another battle between Heaven and Hell occurred and the Devil Kings were needed on the battlefield. Through passageways connecting Hell with your house, they came to your study to get their power-up items.

“I-I can’t find it.” You panicked as you searched from drawers to drawers in your study.

“What!?”Mammon frowned, as the other kings looked at him and you.

“I remember I put the bottle of gold here, in this drawer, but now I can’t find it.” You became even more panic.

“I’m glad you treasure what I gave you, MC. But don’t worry, I can create more of that gold.” Mammon’s face softened as he went to you, comforted you and kissed your head, much to the other kings’ annoyance.

“However,” the Devil King of Greed continued, “no one steals from me and live.”

“Find out where that bottle of gold is,” Mammon said as Bimet appeared behind him, “if it’s stolen, punish whoever dare to commit that action.”

“Understood, Sire!” Bimet nodded and left the room.

Minhyeok had been standing outside the study, and when he saw Bimet exited the room, he approached him.

“I know where that bottle of gold may be.” Minhyeok said.

“If you already knew, why didn’t you tell MC?” Bimet questioned.

“Because I believe the way you devils solve this problem will be more beneficial to MC than they solving it themselves.”

Bimet did not reply, but gave the young man a devilish grin. While it’s true that this young man annoys the hell out of them devils, but sometimes, Bimet likes his thinking.

Human Realm, in an old apartment building

Karen was lying on her bed inside her apartment. Her hand was holding the bottle of gold, which she couldn’t stop admiring.

I wonder how much this would get me. She thought, believing she would get a huge sum of money.

Ding…dong…

Karen immediately put the bottle of gold into her drawer and went to the door.

“Who is it?” She asked.

“I’m the Chief Accountant from Tartaros. We believe you are currently posses something that is ours. I come here to get it back.”

“Tartaros? I have never heard of it before. You must have been mistaken.”

“Oh, I don’t think so.”

Suddenly, the door flung open even though Karen didn’t open it. And Bimet just casually walked in while Karen was still in shock.

“G-get out, you are trespassing on my property, I’ll call the police.” Karen shouted but the devil ignored her.

The right-hand devil of the Devil King of Greed walked towards the drawer and opened it.

“Found it.”

“T-that’s mine.” Karen shouted again, trying to take the bottle from Bimet’s hand but to no avail because the devil’s grip was just too firm.

“You really love this bottle of liquid gold, right? I know a place where you can find a lot of gold and other treasures.” Bimet said as smiled at Karen.

“Where?” She asked, not knowing the serious situation she was in.

“Hell.” Bimet answered as two large skulls appearing behind him, looking straight at the girl.

A piercing and woeful scream echoed throughout the building. By the time the neighbors arrived at Karen’s apartment, she was already dead, her body seriously mangled beyond recognition.

After a forensic examination, the police found one of her bones had disappeared without a trace. The police never managed to find that bone no matter how hard they tried.

Tartaros, a few days later

“Bimet, is this new?” You asked, pointing at the golden bone in Bimet’s collection.

“Yes, His Highness turned it to gold and bestowed it to me.” Bimet answered while caressing one of his giant skulls.
