Me seeing a high fantasy-themed game jam that lasts for 3 whole months and it's tempting me to high heaven to make a demo of MEW's story in RPG Maker (bc I'm still a noob with Unity) which means I'll be forced to make pixel art but I will have a motivation to at least make something with him in it, but ALSO I don't want to make something in RPG Maker when the original intent was to always make his game in Unity bc transferring everything over will take A God Damn While.

#and I highly doubt I'll ever have money for a team LMAO so it will be a solo project all the way through #alternatively I look for RPG tutorials on the unity tutorial store (whatever its called i forgor)#tbh idk when I'll ever get to make MEW's game bc #1. not enough experience yet with unity #2. most game ideas I have are short ones #there is a metroidvania I dreamed up that I'd like to work on #for more coding practice #as well as make Satanael/Lady Beast and another game for even more practice #I am determined to make MEW's game a reality #it's arguably my magnum opus in my eyes of all my game ideas #goldie speaks #idk I just gotta have a nice long think about it

❗WARNING: BEWARE OF KRPBLACKLIST❗

Fellow admins and typists, I am reaching out to all of you to warn you to beware of KRPBLACKLIST!

This account is everything that the roleplay world DOES NOT need. The premise is good, but the misinformation and breaching of privacy is abysmal.

This account should help admins target the "complicated" elements present in the roleplay community, but in reality it:

• share typists' personal information such as real name, country and time zone; • gossip about typists' mental/medical conditions; • spread misinformation about typists' actions (present, or past, or both).

Reasons why you should not trust this blog:

1 - 99% of the communities strive to give everyone the opportunity to have a fresh start regardless of their past, however this blog goes against that very simple principle as they stain typists' reputation before they could even dare to apply.

2 - Said "information" do not have a specific timeline that could signal the actually trustworthiness. Perhaps the "information" provided date back to years ago and in the meantime a typist learned and grew from its mistakes, but there is no way to know because the blog trusts blindly everything that is submitted anonymously.

3 - Again, the "information" come from anonymous submissions and who gives us the certainty that they are true at all? For all we know it could be thr revenge of a petty typist after their roleplay partner "left them/their muse" for personal reasons. The variables are uncountable and there is no way to known on a scale from 1 to 10 how true the facts shared by this account are.

4 - This account will have a MAJOR whiplash on the whole roleplay community. Since this blog lists out the muses roleplayed by every typist of the "blacklist", this will have consequences even on those muses and typist that have nothing to do with it. People will become wary of every typist that will join a certain face claim just because of the face claim alone. In few words it will become a sort of witch hunt and it will ruin the fun of roleplaying.

So please, beware and do not trust Krp Black List, and please share this post to spread awareness! As an admin I strongly disagree with the actions of this blog because I find despicable how there are no ground rules for what it can be shared and what cannot be shared, and more than informing admins of the "complicated" members of the roleplay community they gossip about VERY personal information that shouldn't be anyone's business and shouldn't be broadcasted so publically. Let's use our intelligence and judge this blog for what it is: a complete breach of typists' privacy and not a help for admins.

Like I said please share and spread awareness because we all need to protect our typists privacy and communities from this toxic blog and, since Tumblr refuses to close it down, this is the minimum we can do.

How does MeWe RP work? I've noticed that the MeWe platform itself seems to be more chat style. Is it like chat style RP, or can you still write paragraphs?

Hi there!

There's a private post option on MeWe that most utilize for writing threads! You'd make each para reply in a new comment and it makes it simple to track with your notifications. Some communities offer groups for posting threads, and sometimes threads can be made in a public post too, in the same format that you'd post a private thread!

People can make public feed posts and comment on them in character, utilize group chats, and one on one chats for chatting ic!

Hope this helps! @wonderland-rp just posted a "MeWe guide for dummies" on their blog, it's worth checking out, especially with the new update!
