I think we all have seen comments about how annoying Daisy was when she ordered Deke to off Freddie Malick to prevent all the horrors he would cause in the future. And yes, it's a bad decision to kill him right then. Without Hydra there won't be a shield, and chronicoms would easily take over the Earth. I have seen this opinion expressed hundreds of times. Calling Daisy too emotional, too stupid etc etc.
