gravity falls is such a beautiful and touching show… like it makes me sad when people say they’ve never seen it, just casually like it, or even don’t like it. i don’t understand how gravity falls doesn’t immediately become a comfortable place in their heart and brain!!! every night when i go to sleep i imagine myself going to gravity falls, and it takes away all of my stress n anxiety n makes me feel so calm!!! i want everyone to feel that

First off, 90% of the time I'm awake I have headphones on, listening to something. Music is a big part of my day. I currently have 6479 songs on Deezer and a max amount of albums. I've made countless playlists.

It comes to no surprise at all that some of these songs that I’m about to post are from my buddie fanfic playlists. I actually think only a single one actually isn't on a playlist, though I have so many and have to check to be sure.

Anyway, enough rambling. Here are my top 10 most played songs on Deezer currently:

these 3 make me super sad and immediately throw me in the mood for writing angst.

the first 2 of these 3 are so meaningful. The third one I heard in a buddie edit that quickly became one of my favorite edits of all time.

these 2 immediately have me searching for some figurative pen and paper (more like notes on my phone), and I’m bursting with ideas.

boy oh boy. this one is a current fave. Y’all that follow me know which man from Texas this is about. I mean, it’s so intrinsically tied to one of my WIPs that I couldn’t separate it even if I wanted to.

I had this major existential crisis the other day about how vine is actually dead and how it was a source of happiness for so many people that just no longer exists and then I started thinking about how we never truly appreciated vine when we had it nearly as much as we do now that it's gone and I think that it's all a really good metaphor for life and how we don't realize how important something is to us until we no longer have it and how nostalgia is such a powerful thing in shaping our views and goddamit I just miss vine ok

I thought "they're an artifact of the medium" was talking about how when he merged with all his splinters he meeged with Bro, and Bro had muscles (I assume) ?? I could be entirely wrong though

From what I recall, when he mentions “artifacts” in Homestuck^2, he’s talking about things he’s actually collected from across Homestuck? It’s the only other time I’ve seen a mention of artifacts of the medium, from my own recollection.

My friend also suggested it might be a Bro thing, because he’s very Bro-looking in the route, but then how would he have... borrowed it? He says they’re not his, which if he was merged and that was his resulting body, surely he’d claim the hella biceps as his own? Especially since Bro is still a splinter, and therefore still technically Dirk.

I think the only Bro-related thing he owns is the body pillow. Which. I mean. Not... the weirdest thing to have ever happened in Homestuck? Technically?

cant wait for s2 and jade and airk actually interacting i mean

theyve known each other for as long as jade and kit know each other clearly, and jade and kit talk about airk so it was probably never a 'the three of us grew up together as besties until airk went off to chase girls'

like they clearly have the sort of relationship every girl has with her best friend's brother who is annoying and cocky and a brother
