How do Acxa and Keith and Matt sleep at night, like who's in the middle? And what about Kosmo?

They switch around a lot but Matt is mainly if not always in the middle

Kosmo likes to lay on Keith’s lap and hogs the blankets, (Matt thinks it’s hilarious but Keith thinks otherwise)

Matt uses Acxa and Keith as pillows at times he just lays his head on their chests and falls dead asleep

(Matt being human weighs like candy to Keith and Acxa thanks to good old Galra genetics)

Do you have any headcanons for Matt and Keith and Acxa.

Hmm, I haven't thought about headcanons a lot, but here are few that came to my mind:

they like to curl up in the couch together and watch TV series or documentaries. Most of the times those are science fiction stories or dedicated to astronomy and it's Matt who chooses them. Acxa, surprisingly, appreciates them a lot and she watches them enraptured;

they often work out together and Keith enjoys watching Matt and Acxa sparring because... Matt tends to be "gentle" to her, but Acxa always kicks his butt. It amuses him LOL;

Matt would prank Acxa often at home through Alexa (like talking through the speaker when she's alone in a room). Keith's role here is to prevent her from killing Matt 😂

tell me more about KeithxMattxAcxa, it's the ultimate heir ship, Keith's got his signature mullet and then Acxa's got a side fringe and Matt ... Matt is... too beautiful for words

(I AM SO SORRY FOR ANSWERING THIS SO LATE ANON!!!)

So basically I got this ship after finding this one fic on AO3 where it’s a side ship so that sparked me an idea.

Then I found this tumblr post that was like “Matt tells Acxa dumb jokes to make her laugh since she’s normally so serious.”

And that whole dynamic sparked an idea

Here are my bullet points:

- Both Keith and Acxa are edgelords in some way and Matt’s the nerd who decided to tag along with them

- Keith and Matt definitely knew each other due to Shiro while they were at the Galaxy Garrison

- It was obvious the writers were trying to hint that Keith and Acxa would’ve had SOMETHING going on but due to the shipping madness that was the peak voltron era they chickened out

- I could see Matt and Acxa having the Star-Lord and Gamora dynamic from the Guardians of The Galaxy movies

- I know the writers gave Matt a robot girlfriend who’s apart of the Rebels but that’s a ROBOT not even a cyborg or something sentient it’s PROGRAMMED but what’s better than a robot partner? Two hot badass alien partners!!!

Also, yes anon Matt is too beautiful for words, it’s a shame s8 gave him that awful haircut, I imagine Matt coming back to Earth with BOTW! Link’s haircut.

Out of all of Voltron the three of them have got the best hair out of the entire series in my opinion.

Matt would be the most laidback chill guy in existence x Keith and Acxa’s fierce overprotective edgy selves.

I’ll probably follow this up with an AU idea I just got at the moment!!!

I clicked on your account for the sole purpose of Voltron content in 2023 and I was not disappointed.

Anyway, I wholehearted support Matt/Keith/Acxa, I mean the 2 half breeds are badass on their own, but throw in a guy as sexy as Matt, who could want more!!

He totally balances them out, like Matt has to scold Keith and Acxa after every mission cuz they're being too reckless. Maybe Matt and Keith get Acxa to open up a little bit, Matt and Acxa being older than Keith but Matt's the oldest (and loves to abuse it), The three of them having to explain that, no, no one's cheating on anybody were all together, They would have the best conversations.

In your fic you could have Acxa be like Keith's most loyal knight and Keith being a prince, while they are madly in love, they always felt a part of themselves missing, so when a pretty little blonde boy from another planet wanders right into their kingdom, they start scheming ways to make him theirs. Like a romantic picnic on a hilltop and lavish gifts fit for royalty. And on the inside Matt is like "OMG,OMG, they're soooo hot!"

I can imagine for the AU I made the Kerberos mission crew are now stuck at Daibazaal with no way back to Earth since the Garrison isn’t all that compared to Altean or Galran tech from 1000 years ago

But hey, at least the Galrans even if they have scary and intimidating appearances for aliens are friendly!

so I got another idea for this fic I’m never going to be able to write:

Shiro POV!

Shiro was walking around the luxurious and very well kept Daibazaal gardens, he wasn’t lying when he said that he was shocked by how human the planet felt, from the architecture to the way the locals acted, alongside the fact that they share the same language never fails to shock him.

An entire planet not another country or an unknown civilization but a planet billions of light years away from Earth already fully civilized and all was just incredible to him.

Once they had crash landed into the planets atmosphere due to that wormhole back in Kerberos he’d expect the three of them to be enslaved and used as entertainment like the gladiators yet they were quickly and safely accommodated to the planet by the royal family.

Speaking of surprises, Shiro quickly caught something out of the corner of his eye, in the distance was Matt stumbling alongside the Daibazaal heir and his most trusted knight, Prince Keith Kogane? Or was it Prince Keith Akira?

The royal heir was tall and slender with light purple skin and sharp bright yellow cat-like eyes to add to the more cat-like traits he had fangs, claws, long and pointy elf-like ears, and a tail, a fucking tail of all things.

Beside the Prince was his most loyal knight, this time he does remember her name, Acxa Luttrell wasn’t it? She’s also tall and clearly exercises as she’s a literal knight.

But among other things Shiro can just tell those two are giving Matt hear eyes for fuck’s sake and as always Matt is oblivious to it.

So yeah this isn’t a WIP or anything it’s just a silly thing I made up on the spot

I totally ship it!!

But how would that work?? I need some head canons about their sexuality and relationship dynamic, I must analyze every aspect of this beautiful creation! Only then will I be satisfied.

but Matt is a goofy memelord at his heart so don’t take his word on for everything as he’ll make a dumb joke or a reference and secretly it cracks both keith and acxa so much

so for sexuality:

i’d say that Matt is bisexual and he just can’t get over the fact that he’s DATING BOTH KEITH AND ACXA

he’s smitten and head over heels for those two edgelords

Keith would be Bisexual but I feel like he’s got less experience with women and he just didn’t question the fact that he wasn’t fully straight (his emo self in middle school was convinced he deserved nobody)

Acxa i would say is Bisexual too but I feel like being queer and retracted to the same sex is normalized in space and in other galaxies so she’d be confused when Keith and Matt open up and tell her about some of the biphobia they’ve faced back on earth

Ex i just made up:

Axca furrowed her brows, face showing an incomprehensible expression of what at best seemed like confusion.

“So, you’re telling me that humans on Earth are appalled by it? I can understand the fact that inter species relationships are rare but, that, seriously?!you’ve got to be kidding me…”

So yeah Acxa is going to have some culture shock by humans when she goes to Earth for the first time with the rest of the VLD crew
