Lucifer's eyes are like two rubies on fire. There is always something in those eyes - pride, wrath, trust, fear, protection, regret - there is always something in Lucifer's eyes, there is always a burning fire in Lucifer's eyes. That is something you always know since the moment you saw him.
You know all too well that fire is going to burn you. The fire inside him is similar to the fire presented in those ruby-red eyes. The fire is going to burn you the same way it used to burn those pure white feathers. You know too well, all too well, when he looks in your eyes.
But the fire leads you to touch those fingers covered in black velvet, but the fire leads you to those cold thin lips, but the fire leads you to his bed and the fire leads him to you.
Lucifer's eyes are still two rubies on fire. For the first time ever, you have seen your reflection in that fire.
The reactions to Chaggie in these episodes really do show the different ways some families react to someone coming out
Charlie’s (estranged, not super close) Dad: YOU LIKE GIRLS?! THANK GOD! WE HAVE SOMETHING IN COMMON- hahahaha
Vaggie’s ex-family that literally hurt her and kicked her to the curb: Disgusting. Can’t believe she likes you, you worthless piece of shit. You better betray her or we’ll reveal stuff about your past.
did anybody else notice that in almost every scene that Alastor is in or leading in, eyes seem to follow him?
-> and not just in the "it's the radio demon, oh my gosh!" sense
i mean the design literally follows him. this isn’t even half of the eyes that i found in his first half scene
they also move to stay on him, they're on his radio tower items:
and they’re on Carmilla’s meeting furniture for some reason??
-> Alastor get shifty eyed when Zestiel questions where he's been; almost as if someone is going to jump out at him if he says too much
during his deal with Charlie he specifically covers the eye in her window first and stands in a corner where the eyes engraved on her pillars are less present
Is Alastor being watched by someone? Or- considering the eye also located on his microphone- is someone monitoring how he uses his borrowed powers, monitoring how much he shares with Charlie?
If so, who is it? clearly not Lucifer, and it can't be Vox because the designs aren't electronic
-> Heaven clearly uses the organic eyes growing in the buildings and wreckage to watch the sinners
“When I run over the frightful catalogue of my sins, I cannot believe that I am the same creature whose thoughts were once filled with sublime and transcendent visions of the beauty and the majesty of goodness. But it is even so; the fallen angel becomes a malignant devil. Yet even that enemy of God and man had friends and associates in his desolation; I am alone.”
Happy late birthday, it was a wonderful post you made, I just gotta ask something outta the silly.
Do you think it's as cute as I do, the idea of moon having a second nightcap that's party hat coloured and he swaps that on for birthdays
@sea-menace Dream big, my friend! Why stop at 2 nightcaps...? >:}
We got some seasonal caps:
Modern day AU, where Fazbear Co. runs a content farm TikTok account; and Moon is horribly out of touch with gen alpha humour (because no one bought the animatronics internet plans 🥲) caps:
And @lavenoon's jaw-dropping, heart-stopping, amazing Accidentally Undercover fic caps! ✨
Pretend that Agent Dusk lost his original nightcap in a deadly shootout with a rival spy team and he needs to whip up a replacement PRONTO before he loses all street creds (He still won of course, but at what cost,,,,)
shipping Lucifer and Alastor but not romantically or sexually or even platonically but in a secret fourth way. enemies to enemies who hang out with each other all the time. kismesis without the sexy parts. a QPR but in this case the R stands for Rivalry. they both built their own tower on opposite sides of the hotel to avoid each other but neither of them are ever in those towers because they spend all their time in the lobby bickering. they have at least five musical showdowns a week. at first Charlie steps in to deescalate whenever it looks like they're about to actually kill each other but they're always like "we were just talking what's the problem?" so eventually she just leaves them to it. any suggestion to either of them about rising above it or trying to stay away from the other is met with some variation of "I can't back down and give him the satisfaction of thinking he won! also he's fun to piss off" Vox tries to start shit with Alastor and gets smited by the king of hell himself because Lucifer "can't let anything happen to my daughter's hotel's bellhop!" Lucifer seems down after an argument with Charlie and Alastor convinces her to talk things out with her dad who "isn't nearly as entertaining when he's moping about." at no point do they show any signs of hating each other any less. imagine if one of the most important and stable relationships in your life was based on mutual loathing.
If his first scene in the series hadn't immediately made me fall in love with him, then it would've been here. The perfect warmth in his face and voice (as well as just the wonderful writing & choreography for him) is just too gorgeous j-j
I had no idea this man would be so warm and adorable from just looking at his portrait in the pilot
