it's been a month since the concerts i attended, so before i go insane i need to write everything that happened on those nights..
my ltwt experience
i'm just gonna talk about the first date here lol
i planned to arrive a few hours before to line up to get a good view, but obviously, things did not work as I wanted and I arrived only half an hour before the doors of the venue opened. when I finally was lined up, not even five minutes passed, and it started to rain, so there I was, covering myself with a raincoat so small that it only protected my bag
when the doors opened it took a long time to get in, the first opening act had already started their show and I was not even close to having my ticket checked. I didn't even enjoy the songs that I managed to hear because the girls on the opposite side to where I was were yelling at them to stop the show because there were a few who fainted, so much was the commotion that they didn't finish their presentation and the staff began to distribute cups of water (which each one was shared by many people haha). the second opening act was good, they made us sing a couple of songs and there was a good vibe
with all that and the half-times, I was slipping in among the people slowly until I reached a good place very close to the stage! the people hadn't started the pushes yet so I thought it was going to be alright. I took pictures of the stage and the 'who the fuck is gonna stop us' sign the staff had hung. I don't want to mention what some people were screaming at the time because I have national pride to keep hehe
the music started and I was already freaking out, the band members taking their places while I screamed as much as I could because after a long wait, and I don't mean the two years that the concert was postponed because of the pandemic, but from the moment the possibility of him having a solo career grew, from the moment he put out his first songs, from the moment all those rumors of a world tour and an album came out, from 2019 that he had a performance here and said he'd be back on his first solo tour, and from the moment he took out walls weren't in vain, I was about to see the love of my life!!!
nothing, absolutely nothing can be compared to the moment the lights went out, and we all knew louis was about to come out, the emotion I had made me want to cry lol. all the people started pushing each other, so much that there were moments when I didn't feel like I was walking anymore and still moving, right there I understood two things, that I was going to feel so tight and with that heat for the rest of the concert and why many ended up fainting :s
we made it started, the yeah yeah yeah gave me so much happiness, and when he came out on stage I couldn't even contain myself anymore. his outfit looked beautiful, all in black and I felt so blessed because my wishes were that he dressed only in that color. from admiring him so much almost all my videos came out unfocused or without seeing anything. he started talking to the audience when he finished drag me down but, with all the screams, I barely understood his speech, just acknowledging his cute way of saying mexico city
this part of a video is one of the most decent i have lmao
with my song dlibyh I had already started crying, and it only got worse with two of us. sadly he skipped too young but went to always you, changes and 7, which was great... my life was never the same after hearing his high note and seeing how he did the thing with the microphone
I loved fearless and otb, it was not surprising to see how many people had managed to smuggle the community flags (because of how small the venue is, they don't allow you to enter with almost anything)
habit, coacoac and defenseless were perfect, it made me so happy that so many times he had the confidence to let us sing whole parts of the songs. when in "beautiful war" he squatted down to admire the audience we felt so special ;(
I don't have much to say about lbd and through the dark, louis sang them beautifully but the truth is I no longer knew all the lyrics well haha, and I would have preferred a thousand times to change any of them, even the two just for listening too young or the version of jho that he had already played here
I left all of myself with walls, especially when it was time to yell at him 'you were my because'. and kill my mind was not far behind, my favorite fan project is the one with this song, it indeed fills you with emotion listening to it. I enjoyed every second and even got the chance to see how they ripped his shirt!! one the most iconic moments in the history of mexico
when the concert finished I felt devastated, but I left quickly because the next day I was going to return to my second concert and I wanted to be as good as possible, highly recommended to have tea with honey so you don't have to wake up aphonic and be able to sing just as loudly again :P
for me it was one of the best nights of my life, listening to louis live is an unimaginable experience, it is true that his voice change and sounds even more beautiful, and he is more beautiful than in any photograph. the atmosphere, sound, and good presentation are to be admired
