I saw that you're writing inspired in "the way I loved you" and I also saw an anon talking abt "we can't be friends" and I would recommend "champagne problems" by taylor swift!! It's such a complexe and beautiful song about being in a comfortable position but not being able to chill just bc you're actually naturally fucked up in the head... so good!!! every time I listen to it a movie goes through my mind

Initially when it was announced Rob Zombie was doing a Munsters movie, I was immediately sold. Love The Munsters, Love Rob Zombie, and I was here whether he was going full camp or if he was going to take it dark. Then I saw the trailer and... man the trailer was bad. Like really bad, and I was super bummed that I was most likely gonna hate this. I watched it anyway, and man I’m so glad I still watched it despite the awful trailer, because I LOVED this. Were there problems? Yeah. Sheri Moon was a little stiff and felt forced as Lilly, but not so much that it ruined it. And Herman was also… not quite right, but again… not enough to detract enough to make me not enjoy it. Grandpa though… he was spot on. More to the point though, it was very camp. Very silly, very corny, which is exactly what the munsters is supposed to be. It felt very true to the show, while updating it enough to make it modern without taking you so far away from the source material. It made me laugh more than I expected. It’s absolutely ridiculous and absolutely corny, in the best possible way. I see myself rewatching this a lot.
