Day 11 of #50DaysofContinuousMatthewGoughPhotos for @robinsonfitness.ldn. . . . Ok, so today it’s back to how yoga infuses my life. I’ve just been for a run, first time in months. It was hard. But I focused on my breathing, enjoying the fresh air, smiling and greeting the other runners and dog walkers (we’re not in London, so they actually reply here!) and here’s some post-run yoga inspired stretching. Note I’ve got my socks ON.
