The Matter of “Merenung”

Merenung adalah cara terbaik untuk bersyukur.

Ketika kamu belum menyempatkan waktu untuk merenungkan hidupmu, aku yakin that statement above can't relate with you guys. Tapi cobain deh, flashback when you were a little kid, perjalanan hidupmu bertahun-tahun sampai di titik ini ternyata incredible.

Ketika aku lagi merasa "kok hidupku gini-gini aja ya?" , then aku flashback ke masa-masa dulu, aku jadi ngerasa amaze to the stories God created for my life.

Kok bisa ya hidupku se-seru itu, kalau hidupku dibikin novel kayaknya udah jadi best-seller ;p , lebay but yeahh that's what I feel. Layaknya sebuah novel yang selalu ada pengenalan di awal, konflik, klimaks dan penyelesaian masalah, yes begitulah hidup. Bedanya adalah rangkaian alur tadi ngga hanya terjadi satu kali, tapi ya terus-terusan kayak siklus then berhenti ketika kita udah ngga bernyawa.

Makanya aku terkadang heran sama orang-orang yang putus asa, mungkin mereka belum mengerti definition of life and how it works. Kalau udah paham harusnya bisa dijalanin kan? Itulah kenapa pentingnya kita merenungi the journey of our life, supaya kita menyadari secara utuh bahwa hidup kita se-seru itu loh guys.

Ngga perlu bandingin ceritamu dengan orang lain, karena tiap cerita punya keunikan dan temanya masing-masing.

Had a surgery consult Friday - they're going to schedule me soon. Robotic laparoscopy, for double hernia repair. Neat-o. Having unrelated abdominal issues. Kinda miserable. But the "urgent" imaging for that isn't until late March. So, ugh. But, I also had one of the best days I've had in forever on Friday after the dr and labs - went out to lunch, visited The Distillarium for the first time, laughed hard enough and had so much fun with the bestest company ever that I was able to forget how crappy I've been feeling. ❤️ Got very little accomplished around the house, so I feel lazy. But got a fun evening out, a lovely evening in, a surprise gift of goodies, and a bit of much-needed rest. Life is up, and down, and upside down. My 24 years journey

For 24 years, God trust me to go through this life without any coercion. As if I turned back my memories back then a few years ago, seeking out what did I do and how did I live, got failed and also achievement. All of those things happen such an automatic system made by God.

My life such a railroad embedded on the surface, starting from Arctic to the Antarctic. There was me, inside the train sat on the chair peacefully to visit my final destination. When I decided to get off the train and stopped at station in the middle of my trip, we wouldn't know what will happen outside and prepare for anything comes to us. If I followed the rules to stay inside the train, then I would arrived without any distraction bcs we knew that this is the one and only railroad to visit that place. So, the clutter and desperation I got was my choice back then.

One day, I stopped at the 3rd station. At the beginning, I just wanted to try something new , explored around, met new people from difference background and variant characters. Till i forgot that I have to continue my trip. The sadness, madness, comes into me bcs of my decicision.

I strived to find the next station and got into the train to continue my trip. Throughout the years, I did it repeatedly, getting in and getting off the train.

The choice on our hand, lost and found will happen. The remarkable fact is God give us guideline by GPS, we able to get back to the right way if we want to. But don't waste this chance bcs we don't know anything which will be happen next.
