Nooo I'm so late!! CONGRATULATIONS ON 400 FOLLOWERS!!!🥰😚
If it's still possible, can I send a Medea and Helio ask, from your throne please? Yk how she basically raised him and trained him, so I'm thinking a new discoveries scenario? She definitely gonna figure it out at sometime, it's just a matter of when. If it happens in like more of the present time he'd actually combust like rip Heli.
Now that I think about it, he'd would get so red no matter whenever it would have been she'd found out. 😭 I hope you're ok with writing them, cause ik some people are a bit iffy about them, but they do have some soft moments together (flashbacks to that one episode where he was crying like a lot and there was a scene where it looked like he was sleeping on her shoulder in the carriage 😖🥺)
Thank you so much!! And again, Congrats on 400!! It's definitely deserved! 💓
Ahhh thank you so much for the support, Anon
AND THANK YOU FOR THIS REQUEST BECAUSE I WAS CRAVING FOR A CHANCE TO WRITE FOR THEM.
I love a girlboss and even if they had their problems, I really like Medi and Heli together huehuehue. Anyway, I want to see how this poll will end heheh

“This kind of thing really annoys me sometimes,” Medea said, sighing out loudly as she leaned back in her chair, closing her eyes. After a whole evening reading and signing documents, studying each one to figure which would bring her state the best results, she still had to attend silly events that the other nobles would often come up with.
A few steps ahead, Helio was standing close to a mirror, still changing his clothes as he was getting ready to accompany Lady Medea to tonight’s event.
The marquess was excited about the idea, barely able to hide how happy he felt to be the one accompanying her. Still, he tried to look as composed as ever, despite the slight smile on his lips and faint blush on his cheeks. “We could come up with an excuse, if you’d like,” he suggested, looking over his shoulder to look at her.
“No,” she sighed, turning her attention back to him, admiring his bare back and the reflection of his bare chest in the mirror. Medea leaned her face into her hand before resume speaking, “I don’t need them having another reason to speak ill of me.”
Helio smiled quietly, looking down as he continued to dress up, pulling his pants up to his waist height. “It would spread just a rumor as much, m’lady,” he muttered, hearing as Medea chuckled at his comment.
“A rumor will already spread like wildfire if we get to the ball late. People love to make assumptions over this kind of matter,” the duchess continued, noticing how her words sparked something inside Helio as his cheeks were slowly turning into a light shade of pink.
“W-what kind of matter, m’lady?” Helio answered shyly, giving her a look over his shoulder as he picked up the shirt he was going to wear.
“You know, Helio,” she said, amusing herself with his reactions, “the futile things they always say, ‘I bet they got late because they were making o-’”
“M’lady!”
“Hahah, what?” Medea chuckled, standing up from her seat, “I mean, I do get why you wouldn’t want to have people assuming you did this kind of thing we me.”
“That’s not it!” Helio protested, noticing how he raised his voice just a few seconds later when he spotted the shocked look on Medea’s face. You can’t lose your temper like that, he thought, “I-I mean, it’s not that I’d mind this kind of thing, it’s just that… well, they wouldn’t be so bold to do it!”
Medea smiled softly at his panic, the more he tried to come up with a reason for it, the more he dug his own grave. It was almost too easy.
“Anyway, what’s taking you so long to get ready, Heli?” She said, returning to her composed and uninterested voice tone, making Helio freeze in place.
“A-ah, it’s n-nothing-”
“Do you need help?” Medea asked, in a more gentle tone, as she noticed his hands shaking, struggling with the buttons of his shirt. She smiled slightly, it was just typical of him.
“...if you would, m’lady,” he muttered, half embarrassed, half glad.
Medea walked towards Helio, taking his shirt into her hands as start working on the buttons. “You always struggled with these things,” she muttered, imagining that her teases only made things harder for Helio. Yet, as she continued to move up, she couldn’t help but also struggle with buttoning his shirt up. “Helio, stop moving so much,” she complained, looking up to his face.
“S-sorry, m’lady, it just feels a bit-”
“Ticklish?” She raised her eyebrows in surprise. “Are you ticklish, Helio?”

I just realized that Buddy dying means he’ll get to meet Helio like Kristen did in freshman year. The start his disillusionment arc perchance?

Good morning I have religious trauma and Kristen Applebees is a character
So you know when Kristen meets up with her parents and the conversation is so tense and they can barely look at their daughter because she doesn't believe in the god they raised her with but they're trying to be nice for the same reason she is. "you catch more bees with honey" and then she says it. "Can I come to church"
And they soften, and they look at her with hope. Like maybe she could be their daughter again.
And I wonder if Kristen felt the way I did in that moment
A little bit like they did care
Like they do love her
Like they just didn't understand and weren't ready to give up something
Like they just fumbled a little but they did love her and want her
Like all this talk of people controlling the way their gods worked and what they want
Maybe Helio isn't so bad
Maybe she could change him
What if when Mac grabs her brother's hand so hard and severs the connection they keep almost having if not for their parents what if that hope that she saw in her parents eyes, that had welled in her chest just snapped. Fizzled away into dust and she knew then she would never be their daughter no matter how she looked or who she worshipped
What if it almost happened again? What if she went into Bobby Dawn's office with tears that were not quite as fake as she'd like them to be
She can't fail. She worked so hard. She loves her god. Her friend needs her. She can't be godless this is all that she is, all she ever was. She needs this class
Maybe the love and the light they used to speak of in church is real
Maybe it was there in Bobby somewhere
Maybe if she convinced him she could stay
Maybe if she just followed Helio life would be easier
What if the prayer felt a little too safe, a little too real
What if her parents were right
Helio's chosen one brings back the day!
And just when she's about to let it settle "you're still expelled"
Right. Helio will always disappoint her. She should've known.

Am I like dumb or does it seem like everyone keeps forgetting what helio is a god of?? Like, he's not the god of the sun, that's Sol, he's the god of corn. He's a useless frat boy and hes the god of corn. Is it not lowkey starting to feel like everyone, in the dome and out of it, seems to keep saying Helio is a sun god? I get it because his name is Helio which means sun and "heliocentric" means going around the sun, but it's gotten to the point where I'm genuinely wondering if they retconned it so that he was more of a sun god? Because the whole thing about the Applebees family and the dark summer and people leaving the church like- that would make sense if it was sol but helio?? Or does everyone who worships helio worship sol in kind of like a trickle-down way? Im very confused and the terrible machine I have for a brain keeps nagging me about this, can anyone tell me if I'm being foolish?

The Rat-Grinder Cleric is a new transfer student.
Brennan made a point of explaining that if a single member of an Aguefort adventuring party died then the rest of the parties grades become pass/fail for that year.
I’m thinking there’s a tragic reason behind why they started grinding in the Far Haven Woods.
If they lost a member in freshman year, a friend obviously, they’d all most likely be pretty traumatized and then all their classes would no longer matter and that probably freed up a lot of their time.
Down a party member, a cleric in particular, it would have been hard for them go out on adventures, maybe the school didn’t even let them.
That’d make sense with Kipperskittle Cloppersnake running on a platform about student equality / favoritism.
So maybe they didn’t have many options, and grinding exp in the woods seemed like the best choice until a new cleric came along in junior year and they decided they could do more now.

Luke Castellan and his team of godkillers but they don't kill with weapons stained with ichor, but with the illusive Mist that warps the mind of mortals so easily, it shakes their faith.
In eons past, these mortals revered the Olympians with offerings and prayers daily, told their stories that inspired fear and awe all the same. It was something the pantheon had gotten hooked on, something more addicting than the ambrosia and nectar the texts had waxed poetry over. And the council of twelve did their damn best to keep it around. After all, there was no other high out there that can compare to the feeling of being in control, of being powerful.
But like any high, it wears off, sooner or later.
So that's exactly what happens.
Alabaster C. Torrington, with the help of Dr. Claymore, "discovers" new texts that discuss Greek gods that have never been heard of before; gods who are kinder, wiser, more trustworthy, than the ones everyone has come to know in this era.
It's interesting, how the origins of these gods and their lives seem to have no relevance or connection to the other pantheon and its history. No Titanomachy or Gigantomachy to speak of. There are a few parallels, but they are pleasant, like the love stories of Dionysus and Ariadne or Pygmalion and Galatea. Otherwise, it's like an alternate timeline of its own, where every god present is named a god for a reason.
It's fake.
But the mortals don't need to know that. For what's false, if persisted in, would become true anyways. Furthermore, it isn't like a new pantheon will harm any of them. The lucky ones with clear sight may win the heart of a deity who would actually see them beyond their fleeting mortality, who would care for them.
It takes a while, though, for the mortals to adjust to this suddenly newfound information. They are stubborn creatures, Luke knows, who tend to fear the unknown and new. Yet the youth crave it like bears after a beehive laden with honey. With time, they'll come around, he knows. Maybe he might not be there to see if the plans work out for himself, but someone would, and that's all that matters to him. He just needed to be the one to start the movement.
Luckily for him, he doesn't have to wait too long.
The faith spreads through idealized modernized takes on the mythology, as silly as it sounds. It's very of the era, isn't it? Books are being published on these gods who endure hardships and come out irrevocably changed but for the better. Ethan flips through one by an author under the pen name S.J and devours it in three hours. It reads nicely and he wonders when he'll get a chance to meet the main character of the story, and ask her if the myth holds true. It is, obviously, but it's different hearing it from a god. The fanfictions are even better, but Lou Ellen Blackstone gets drowned out by Alabaster's "lalalalala" before she can start talking about the recent one that was updated a few hours ago. Eh, so what if it's a little spicy?
Nonetheless, the new band of believers grows, and it's like a sucker punch to the gut for the Greek pantheon.
Apollo comes to camp and drops to his knees before his own cabin, surprising the campers. He looks terrible. Dionysus had already looked miserable, but the children attributed that to his sour personality. And, as usual, no one noticed the girl by the hearth who had disappeared weeks ago. But Apollo, golden boy Apollo, well, he has eyes that are sunken and sickly yellow, matted hair, muscles shrunk, and hands that shake as if they are beyond his control.
"They're killing us," he whispers to Lee Fletcher, "all of us."
"What do you want us to do?" Lee asks. Apollo coughs into his fist and looks down to see a smear of gold staining it.
A nosebleed. Gods don't get nosebleeds.
His children, gods bless them, are trying to heal him, but to no avail. It's kind of funny, how on any other occasion, such an act would have been annoying. If the solution was to simply heal, don't you think he would have tried that? But, weak as he was, he felt touched. Loved, even.
But love wasn't always enough to save another. He, of all gods, should know that.
"Can you write?" he asks. Lee scratches his head.
"Write?"
"Stories. Poems. Songs. Anything."
"Um, no, not really. Dyslexia kicks my ass, and you know archery is more my thing. But Will does sometimes. Healing is his forte, but I always see him writing something in a notebook, though that could just be medical notes, now that I think about it-"
Apollo disregards that last part and begs Will Solace to take up the pen and fight back. It's their last hope. If nothing is done, this camp and its children will become all that is left of the Greek Pantheon, for textbooks and website links are not enough to keep the faith going, especially if left to collect dust or rot in an archive.
"Write us new myths. Stories that can happen now, that we can make happen. Redeem us, so that we can live. We'll do it. We'll do any of it," Apollo begs.
"Anything?" Will asks. Apollo nods.
"Anything."
The Fates looked at each other from above. How time has changed. In the past, battles were fought with swords. Now, they had to be fought with words.

Kinda simple but I just wanted. More. Ticklish. Spectra. And hell, Helios would definitely tickle him whenever he could. Being out off ball form would definitely give him an advantage, you know, he tall. Spectra is pretty useless against a godzilla sized dragon. And Helios' claws are dangerously tickly~! He just wants his bud to rest!

🚨SPOILERS FOR FANTASY HIGH JUNIOR YEAR EPISODE 6🚨
Dimension20 "Fantasy High Junior Year"
Episode 6 "Party Politics"
Timestamp: 00:15:49
Video Length: 4min. & 58sec.
The Bad Kids meet Buddy Dawn (Pt. 1 | ‣Pt. 2)
Buddy says that's not how being a "chosen one" works. 🥲🥲🥲
When Kristen left the church, they lost their chosen one. 🥲🥲🥲🥲
Buddy asks how things are working out with Kristen's new god though 😭✋
Adaine and Fabian lie and say that things are going so great with Kristen and her new god! 😭😭✋✋ Fully backing her up as they should! 😭✋👏❤️🫶👌
Fabian mentions Craig! 😂🤣💀
Adaine says that Helio chose Kristen but Kristen chose Cassandra! 😭✋
Kristen is invisibly crying 😭✋
Buddy asks if Kristen is around somewhere other than right in front of him! 😭 *Points to Fig disguised as Kristen* 😭✋
Fig forgot they were there! 😭✋
Fig disguised as Kristen wants to go do another shrimp jump! 😂🤣💀
Buddy: "It can't possibly be as good as the first!" 😭✋
Buddy tries to rile up everyone that they're about to see another shrimp jump! 😭✋
Fabian says to rack 'em up! 😭✋
Fig asks the Hangman to destroy the ramp and he does it in Hellhound form! 😭✋
Buddy calls the Hangman Hellhound "A servant of the devil"! 😂😂💀💀
Gorgug says it smells good from the inside because of all of that butter!! 😂😂🤣🤣💀💀😭😭
Fabian and Riz wonder where Buddy's friends are at....his adventuring party.
Buddy says that Kipperlilly is so bright and that she's a blessing and a gift! 😭✋
Buddy says that Ruben is very talented.
Adaine asks Buddy what his thoughts are on Ruben's song 😂🤣💀
Kristen does an insight check on his positivity and wants to know if it's authentic 😭✋
Brennan: "I think you recognize it from growing up in the church and growing up amongst the Harvestman. On first glance, the fact that Buddy is here fraternizing, unless there's some secret nefarious reason that he's here to do this, right, would put him in a different category from the Harvestman or Coach Daybreak, right? Coach Daybreak would not be able to be here and not be aggressive and hostile to people, right? But it doesn't mean that all of Buddy's positivity is sincere. I think you would read it in a more nuanced way. Buddy's positivity is partially coming from a genuine place. That genuine place is deeply judgemental, but maybe some part of him wants what's best for other people, but that wanting what's best for other people, is cloaked in a really myopic sort of Manichaean worldview. So it's the mix of- it's all the good and bad stuff that you would-
Ally: It's extremely recognizable
Brennan: "Extremely recognizable"
Brennan: "I don't think Kristen would clock it as positive, but that doesn't mean it's not genuine, right? It has all the problems you associate..."
Brennan: "You WERE this kid, so it's like, whatever you didn't like about your old self you feel like, oh, it's present in this kid who's also drinking water out of a beer can, and is here being like, 'I genuinely love everyone at this party, and I wanna keep you from doing the choices that are wrong that you're making. You know, that vibe, right?"
Adaine asks Buddy why he joined the rat grinders
Adaine and Fig asked if he replaced somebody and Buddy said that he got requested specifically by them. 🥲
Riz asks him if something happened to somebody on their team. 🥲
Riz asks if he knows if the rat grinders had any former members.
