When the ship Harry lives on is boarded and overtaken by the crew of The Lady Charlotte, he thinks it’s going to be the end of the line. What he’s not expecting is to be brought onto the ship and provided safe passage. At least, as long as no one finds they’ve mistaken a common pirate for a noble.

Sweat matted the hair along the nape of Louis’ neck as he waited for something to happen. He felt as if a sharp blade was twisting his gut as the silence became tangible. There was a metallic slide of a sword being pulled out of its sheath, the sound startling Louis out of his cocoon of sterile shock. His shoulders jumped as the tip of a blade flattened underneath his jaw. Louis’ distorted reflection stared back at him in the polished metal. Engraved rose petals twisted his appearance as they crawled up the length of the sword. The sword lifted and took Louis’ chin with it. Standing in front of Louis was Captain Styles. OR The one where Louis is the commodore's son who is forced to become a part of Harry's crew when he is captured.

Swim In The Smoke by whoknows | E | 101778 “What about this, Captain?” Liam asks, nudging the boy kneeling between their feet with the toe of his boot. The boy hisses and swipes at him, slurring out something unintelligible around the makeshift gag Niall had to stuff in his mouth. He misses by a mile and tries again, just as ineffectively. Harry looks down at him, at the way the sun streams over his face and shoulders, at the way the gag stretches his mouth, lips pink and chapped. He’s lithe and pretty, smudged all over with dirt. They had found him tied up below deck, mostly unconscious, next to a barrel full of gold. He’s clearly a prisoner, but there’s something familiar about him, something that niggles at Harry’s brain. Something he can’t quite put his finger on. “Put him in my cabin,” Harry decides, turning back to deal with the rest of the loot. The boys screams out jumbled curse words at Harry’s back, muffled by the gag, and Harry can’t understand any of it.

HOLY SHIT!!

What a reveal. At least we finally have a name to call them accept 'The Butterfly'. And this makes perfect sense with everything they said to Hero and RGB. Also explains why we all hate them so much! Screw Inside Out 2 this bitch is the best personification of Anxiety I've seen.

It is still implied they work closely with Hate though, which makes sense. And that they had some sort of previous (presumably human) identity before they became Anxiety, that RGB is supposed to remember.

But what bugs me the most is that now it is implied that Anxiety is the owner of the Lead House. Which goes against a lot of what I said before, about the differences between it and the Paint House. But I think it could still work.

Maybe Anxiety isn't exactly the owner, but can still influence the Lead House in some way. Maybe since its Anxiety, it can install paranoia inside its head to make it try to hurt Hero and RGB. But I don't think it actually wants to hurt them due to how passive it was when they first entered the house. Anxiety may be trying to control the house, but the house is fighting back and needs to calm itself down from the paranoia.

This makes even more sense since Anxiety works for Hate and Hate was the one that split up the House of Lead Paint in the first place. Since Hero is the owner of the Paint House, I think Anxiety is also trying to stop her from merging the two houses together.

I still think the natural conclusion to this arc would be to bring back The House of Lead Paint, but it may be harder with Anxiety controlling it.

#Disney #disney Jr.#Disney junior #jake and the neverland pirates #jake and the never land pirates #Childhood #childhood shows #nostalgia.....#nostagia #The experience watching this show was my canon event - You could document the exact time my brain was rewired when I was watching this #As a kid #It was the first Disney show I ever watched and ironically was the first Disney Jr show to ever exist #Which low key got me into other Disney shows like Sofia the 1st #Handy Manny #and The Lion Guard #That lead to me also discovering many Disney movies that aired on the block #It also lead to my old Peter Pan hyperfixation that died out #Like butterfly effect is the most precise emotion that comes to mind when thinking about it #I also had the biggest crush on Peter Pan’s shadow when I was 8 so there’s that #It’s such an underrated show yet it doesn’t be because Disney Jr pretty much wouldn’t exist without it. It was the basically the big sister #of a lot of other Disney jr shows there #If Sofia the 1st and Wordgirl can get sudden bursts of popularity online so should Jake and the Never Land Pirates #I remember when the show aired its last episode but they didn’t announce it (bc the show was cancelled ahead of time)#and I deadass waited 2 whole years for new episodes to air only to find out it was cancelled #That was my second canon event #I still HATE the cliffhanger they ended the show on #We don’t talk about that…#We don’t talk about Season 4 either lol #I know this show was probably loooong forgotten but I really hope that Disney Jr decides to bring back re-runs of the show #because of how integral it was to its existence - I get that most of the kids who watched the show are adults but still would be really coo

there is something i can’t describe about how i feel watching tokyo in april is, i just know i really like it. maybe it’s the way the show doesn’t feel like a show in a traditional sense, like yes there is a plot that keeps us loosely tied to the episode by episode progression of the story, but it more feels like we were introduced to this idea, these characters in ep 1 and are slowly peeling back the layers to their story rather than going from point a to b. there’s no real force pushing us in one direction bc we’re going in all directions, we’re going to the past, we’re looking to the future, we’re in the present moment, we’re meeting new people and pieces that all come together to create a narrative. and it’s so refreshing to want to come back to a story not bc I want to know what happens next, but bc i want to know the deeper and finer points of what we already know.

#this show has me feeling those butterflies you feel when you know a show is special #it’s so serene to watch which is weird to say bc there’s such sadness in the story but these two characters are such a source of light for #each other and it’s so good to watch two people reconnect when they were seprarated through no fault of their own #to watch a show where our leads are not to blame or in the wrong or responsible and instead have to contend with all these other things and #people and events that get between them #shigatsu no tokyo wa...#tokyo in april is...

“Crazy that something so destructive can also be so beautiful” is a phrase that fits Rachel herself.

Rachel is destructive both to herself and others. She's hotheaded and reckless, ironically much like Chloe, who James claims is a "broken girl from a broken home." She starts a fire that engulfs the forests of Arcadia Bay and shatters the glass table in a rage. More than that, her affair with Frank hurts her and Chloe's relationship in the end.

Yet, she's still a beautifully fascinating and tragic character. She draws in Chloe, who desperately needs to see some light, because she shines with hope and dreams. She helps her see that there's more than hopelessness in the world and gives her a future to achieve. Even still, she gets robbed of that outcome because her beauty brings her destruction. The wrong men see it, and she suffers for no fault of her own. In the end she was snuffed out just like the fire she created.

Rachel was destructive, but that doesn’t mean she wasn’t also beautiful. It’s true that she both hurt the people she was close to and left an impact on them that will always stick in a positive way. As Samuel says, she’s much like a battery. Both positive and negative.

Currently obsessively thinking about a silent hill from Mary's perspective. Starting in the hospital, the nurses replaced with doctors, faces blacked out except for white shiny gnashing teeth. She only has in her pockets a note written on hotel stationary that says I'm Sorry.

Escaping and meeting a young man, cute and a lil awkward, who says you look a lot like his girlfriend Maria, and shes missing too? Can we look for her together?

Hes... sweet, a bit quiet. He gets very close to Mary often, pushes her boundaries, but this is all weird and strange and maybe hes just scared. When she mentions it, however, he makes a rude remark abt Just Wanting To Help Her but backs off.

They get seperated when the Red Pyramid Thing, unchanged in this version, comes and attacks them both, but chooses to persue him.

Laura is still there, and when Mary and her meet they cling together. She talks about an awful, ugly man she met earlier, and to watch out for him. She helps guide Mary through a maze like area before the Other World sets in and separates them.

The monsters in Mary's Silent Hill are almost all larger then her, and many masculine in appearance. They attack her head, try and choke her. Certain ones cough and gasp, arms thrashing wildly and thrashing on the floor when knocked down. Some seems to have exposed, black lungs that stutter to breathe. If Angela and Eddie are the same in this version, then their boss fights remain the same. The Abstract Daddy just as horrifying to Mary as it is to Angela.

Every reunion with the man, hes different. Less nice, more haunted looking. He starts to call her Maria, and barely acknowledges her if she corrects him. Following his advice leads to darker and more dangerous areas. The Red Pyramid keeps coming and chasing him away, but shes always collateral damage when that happens.

Eventually, she makes it to the hotel. Hes waiting for her in the hotel room, haggard, almost unrecognizable from the man he was when they first met. He has a monologue about how she's been sick, and hes been trying his best to be there for her. She doesnt understand, she doesnt know him, shes NOT Maria! She never will be. She starts coughing.

He makes to leave but at the last second turns, and hes a monster now. Large, fleshy, imposing, always trying to suffocate her under thick hands. Upon his defeat, two Red Pyramids arrive and stab at the dying thing over and over until finally impaling themselves.

There are different endings still. She remembers her disease, and her murder, in most of them. In the best ending she leaves the town with Laura, likely still ill, but alive again. In one of the worst, she wakes up in the trunk of a car, as water begins seeping in.
