What do you mean there are only 15 Larry Russell x Marian Brook fanfictions on Ao3????
Imma need you guys to step up asap and write some toe curling giggle-worthy fluff because I’ve been waiting for these two characters to open their bloody eyes since the first episode of the first season and now not only did they realize they do like each other they kissed in the most romantically cliché way possible and I need to cope until season 3 alright 😭 (if there is a season 3 at all, I have trust issues now ok)
(Or if you do know some good fic outside of Ao3 (read them all), please share 🥺)
I’ve been crack shipping Jack and Gladys since season 1, and the fact that Jack is gonna be close with Larry for their business partnering and Jack will hang at the Russell’s household a lot just solidified my crack ship to canon (fight me on this!).
George would support whoever Gladys falls in love with and I’m sure he will like Jack instantly like how he took liking to Marian.
Like imagine Larry-Marian, Jack-Gladys pairings. All of the characters are already much loved by the audience like how Mary and Matthew, Sybil and Tom Branson in DA (but pls no dead person trope!!) the pairings and love stories alone can make the show so much better that we will probably go to the distance until like season 6&7.
Please like my post if you would like to see Jack and Gladys happen! 🙋🏼♀️
Baldurs Gate 3 makes me feel like I'm back in 2009 experiencing Dragon Age Origins for the very first time. All the child like wonder and excitement. The Narative arcs, the companions, the realm of fantasy.
It's been really nice to have such a great hyperfixation.
Think you forgot the part where Larrian charged people up front for their "Early Access" open beta for 4 years.
Now, did they produce a better *product* than their contemporaries? Yes. But let's not pretend they aren't moneygrubbers while doing it.
And they were perfectly upfront with that as well.
They never shied away from the fact that it was early access, and that it wasn't fully released. They straight up said "this is Early Access because the game isn't ready yet, and we want your feedback"
They actually followed through with that as well, incorporating player feedback and using the EA period as an opportunity to work with their playerbase.
Compared to literally any company that'll charge you full price for a "pre-order" and you get spat in the face in return? I'll absolutely take "pay now to get early access to a product and provide feedback."
Don't want to do that? That's absolutely fine and reasonable, then just wait for the full release.
