Live Laugh Legacy a Sims 4 Base Game-friendly challenge by simpishly.tumblr.com

Everyone's heard of Johnny Zest. (Or so he hopes.) Former Landgraab, up-and-coming comedian, a friendly, outgoing goofball hanging around Oasis Springs just waiting to make it big.

But even Johnny can't shake his family's streak of ambition. It's got him thinking: I'm not the same as my parents, but why is that so bad? I live laugh love my life. Maybe I can create a live laugh legacy that allows every Sim in my family to follow their own dreams and goals...

Johnny's legacy aims to celebrate differences. It's okay to not be like the family members that have come before you! In fact, for this challenge, it's required.

Live Laugh Legacy Rules

Your challenge is to help Johnny carry on this new legacy through ten unique generations:

You must assign each generation ONE adult aspiration category. That generation may only complete aspiration(s) within that category. That includes heirs, spouses, etc., any young adult or older Sim living in the current household that is not from a previous generation.

Your Generation 1 category (Johnny's generation) must be "Popularity", though it's up to you which Popularity aspiration(s) you choose to complete.

You cannot repeat a category once you have used it for a generation. All Child and Teen categories/aspirations are excepted from this rule.

You must complete at least one adult aspiration each generation before continuing to the next.

There are exactly 10 Base Game aspiration categories, one for each generation including Johnny's. If you have additional packs installed, you may have more categories to choose from.

Popularity (Johnny's generation)

Animal* (requires Cats & Dogs)

Star Wars (requires Journey to Batuu)

Wellness (requires Spa Day)

Werewolf (requires Werewolves)

*Be aware, the Animal aspiration category only has one aspiration. Feel free to combine it with the base game Nature category instead.

Additional Rules

No money cheats at any point during the challenge. All other cheats, mods, and custom content are ok!

Designate one heir per generation to carry on the family just like a standard legacy challenge. A new generation starts when the next heir ages up to young adult.

(optional) Every heir must have the Ambitious trait, because some family legacies are harder to shake than others...

This challenge is meant to be bare bones, allowing you to put your personal creativity and spin on it. You might even play through it once, then play it again a different way. Play as-is or add your own bonus goals and guidelines to create the game you want!

------Le Foyer Plènozas------

Depuis longtemps, le nom Plènozas résonne dans le canyon d'Oasis Springs. Arrivé par hasard, suite à une surchauffe de moteur, les premiers Plènozas surent intensivement que dans l'avenir ce bout de désert deviendrait un des lieux de villégiature les plus prospère.

Ils eurent raison, des années plus tard, tout le monde voulait son bout de paradis sous le soleil. C'est ainsi que leur immense fortune naissante fit d'eux la famille la plus riche d'Oasis Spring.

Les générations se sont succédé et leur empire immobilier fut si vaste que le nom Plènozas résonnait maintenant bien au-delà de leur petit canyon.

Tao Plènozas, héritier du nom des Plènozas, a fructifié l'empire immobilier de sa famille bien plus qu'aucun de ses membres. Il a enfin décidé de prendre sa retraite pour profiter avec sa tendre Queenie Plènozas et des bienfaits du soleil d'Oasis Spring. Sa fille Nancy Plènozas, est prête à reprendre les rênes de l'empire et compte bien faire encore mieux que son père.

Nancy Plènozas est devenue depuis peu la cheffe de famille. Suite à une erreur de jeunesse sont rêve de succédé à son père a bien faillit disparaître. Pour conserver son nom et son titre d'héritière face à son cousin renié Christophe Rapat-Sité, Nancy devait se marier et rapidement. Par chance, elle avait Geoffrey Plènozas, un garçon éperdument amoureux d'elle depuis le lycée sous la main. Grâce à son mariage avec Geoffrey, Nancy put garder son nom et faire ses preuves pour devenir la redoutable cheffe de famille qu'elle est aujourd'hui. À la suite de son mariage, elle aura deux fils : Johnny Zest et Malcom Plènozas.

Johnny Zest est l'ainé des fils de Nancy Plènozas. Il a renié le nom des Plènozas et quitté le foyer dès sa majorité. Il poursuit son rêve de devenir un humoriste célèbre dans la ville où le soleil est éternel.

Malcom Plènozas est le cadet des fils de Nancy Plènozas. Fier de son nom, il compte bien suivre les traces de sa mère et devenir le prochaine chef de famille.

Nancy is known for her grand real-estate takeovers and flips, but little do her family and colleagues know that she has strong ties in the underworld to make her lofty deals. Modest Geoffrey is blinded by his love for her initiative nor does he clearly see his son's bad nature. Malcolm, frankly, doesn't give a f*ck and couldn't care less about his mother's business... unless there's something in it for him. Nancy is still in the criminal career but Geoffrey is now in the medical field like he was in TS3. We welcome Benjamin "Benny" ($$$) to the family.
