Inner Circle 2.0, Del Sol Valley - Dreamer residence

I imagine Dirk was born and raised in Del Sol Valley and he is proud of where he comes from. He chose to build and live in an ordinary part of town but it suits him to a tea. Right across from his house are the Del Sol Courts that he used to play on as a teen. He might be a Proper Celebrity but he doesn't let it go to his head. He is approachable, down to earth, and a genuine stand up guy.

I was inspired by another simmer's post to makeover this lot. Adding a bowling alley is such a fantastic idea! I've always found lounges so boring 🥱. My makeover I've tried to keep a similar design to the original EA lot.

online communities are so strange because people slip away so easily. you can be on here for years, folding people you've never met into the fabric of your daily life, and then they disappear, leaving only ghost posts scattered across tumblr behind. or their blog stays dormant, for weeks, months, years, until you're only still following them because you remember that they love sunflowers or they were kind to you when they didn't have to be or the last thing they posted was sad and raw and you still worry about them sometimes.

and sometimes they come back when you least expect it, years later, even, and there's this sudden rush of relief like there you are, there you are, even though you barely knew each other.

there's a strange kind of love to it. i don't know you and i want to hold your hand across miles and time zones and oceans. i can still see the imprint of you in this community you left. you don't anyone will notice or care when you're gone, but we notice and we care and we wish you well.

As a teen Bessie inherited the Clumsy trait from her mother. She was a B grade student and developed a crush on Sidney Price. She completed the Inner Peace aspiration and the teen Goal Oriented aspiration.

Bessie has aged up to a teen so I gave her room a makeover.

As a child Bessie had the Nerd trait. She went through the I'm a Bear phase and became best friends with her neighbour Desmond Lockwood. She completed the Rambunctious Scamp and Whiz Kid aspirations. She also maxed all her fundamental child skills.

Working on a new build in Del Sol Valley. Can you guess what TV series apartment building this is based off? 😄

I wanted to thank you all for the love you've shown on Celeste and Alonso's posts. It really makes me smile and well I think I'm a little bit in love with them too, especially after all their adventures/vacays!

RL is quite busy atm so I'm only simming when I have some spare time or feeling up to it.

Later next week I'm going into hospital for an operation. I've never been to hospital for anything so I'm feeling quite anxious about it. However, I do feel like I'm in good hands with the specialist that will be operating on me. This has all happened so fast and for now I will not go into much more detail.

I'm excited to begin the Occult Legacy Challenge and have been slowly prepping lots and worlds for it. I do have a few days off next week so hopefully I can get some simming in!

As a toddler Bessie had the Inquisitive trait. She hated wake up time, was a picky eater and a heavy sleeper.
