Magical Girl OC Challenge!

She's supposed to be a magical girl who uses a bubble wand as a weapon and has a blue frog as an animal companion. I'm not the best at drawing backgrounds yet so I threw a bunch of assets together to make a cute, retro Windows XP design on Canva.
