Knitted Balaclava 🙈

made with a stockinette stich and a 2x2 ribbed stich ( in the right pic you can tell the tails were not weaved in )

and added a sparkly fur trim to make it extra cute 💕 (it looks way neater after weaving in the tails + I didn't block it cuz I'm a gangtser 😎 )

Used Egyptian Cotton as my main yarn in the colours Pétrole and Blanc 1, the grey and the light blue were leftovers from another project 🦋

The other project being my first ever knitting project which was also a balaclava, back when I had just learned how to do a pearl stich haha guess we all have to start somewhere 🥵

2nd test for a witchy type hat. Made a black one before this that I think turned out better tbh. Still refining my pattern and tweaking things. When worn its halfway between a bucket hat and a witch hat, which I actually sort of like :)

Project Day: 6 (Almost finished)

I’ve only just begun to knit, but I’m glad I’m making progress, though I hit a few snags on the way in this ski cap project, but I kept knitting even though I made a few mistakes along the way.

Now all I have to do is make a huge Pom Pom for the top and sew it on and this will be my first officially finished project! I’m seriously excited to wear this out somewhere!
