honestly i hope when the tumblr live contract ends they keep tumblr live and make it not bad. I'm a tumblr live believer tbh, the main issue imo is that they partnered with a sketchy company rather than the concept itself being flawed

Greetings!

Once upon a time, I played my first (and only) D&D campaign with my coworker. As it was his first time DMing, he started everyone off on level 4. We all had our spells, gear, and experience established, and when I asked "what about background info? Do you need that?" To which he replied:

"Oh, you can go ham if you want"

Oh?

/Oh?/

My mind spiraled: How did my character get to this point? Why did she accept this invite to Barovia? What pulled her to this alternate reality?

And so ham I went, and this blog is the product of creative constipation I've been able to let loose.

Ochevee sets foot in Barovia at age 36 and journals 23 years of her travels, starting at age 13, through a torn up journal gifted by her mother. (There are 4 other journals about her, because again, we went ham on this. The one she was gifted are first-hand accounts).

This account will be a collective of her entries, circles of influence I've created, inspiration I've pulled from, and everything in between because hey,

I simply want to create something, someone, rather than consume.

So enjoy the trials and tribulations of my dear Owlin and the continuous creation of her world.
