Consider it a WIP! I really wanna continue it, I've just been struggling with how to structure the next chapter. I know where I want said chapter to end up, it's getting there that's giving me hell.

#answers #I've known how this story ends for YEARS #I definitely wanna finish it #I just gotta leap over some hurdles to get there. Including this weird little wibbly bit #I know what important Plot Points I wanna hit but getting there is some heavily rocky terrain #Hard to decide how to get the needed info in without it being super messy or leaving important things out #Maybe it needs to be two chapters but even then I'm still figuring out how to lay out the jigsaw pieces in a coherent layout #The Ending of that fic is within shooting distance but getting stuff shuffled together sucks. Wish I could just teleport one chapter ahead #In other news am nearly free of the Zelda Obliette and I made a few words today #Sorry for the big break everyone; April just kicked my ass and then Videoed Games #I'll get some things done as soon as I can spirit willing #First on the list is that Confessing It epilogue I've been putting off for ages #I'm always so damn slow at endings

OH RIGHT RW ART MONTH IS TOMORROW

#basil speaks #gahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh #ive done thumbnails for mostly everything. so i do have clear ideas for what i'm doing for like uhh 85% of the prompts #but ive been soooo busy with my classes. 18 credit hours kicking my ass rn #confession i am working ahead (did that last year too cause i was unsure how much free time the classes i was taking would leave me with)#but even then i only have 2 things done. sweats #and on top of that i never even finished coding that gallery page for last year's art month #but better news! today i scrapped it and started fresh. code and layout is way cleaner and i'm way happier with it.#i promise it'll see the light of day eventually. though “eventually” may be several more weeks or months hehehehahaheh

GOD I knew about the StarClan trial already but actually reading it is making me so angry. Both because it's completely unfair and because I think this scene is the laziest, ugliest world building this series has done.

#oots provided so many interesting implications about starclan #my favorite of which is that seemingly cats FIND starclan. if they can get there they can stay there #that's the reason bluestar gives for ashfur being there and i think it makes a lot of sense #especially given that usually the dead are guided to starclan. if they don't have a guide then it's up to them to figure it out y'know?#i made a whole post about it ages ago. anyway #i hate how all of that got thrown out just to kick a couple characters who have spent the whole series suffering and being punished #the fact that they gotta review their lives and explain their sins before a panel of judges? like??#not to get too religious but boy that gives me flashbacks to the harshest bits of christianity #hey warrior cats can we. can we NOT #i don't usually get genuinely upset at this series (if i did i wouldn't read it lol)#but this batshit writing choice is just so horrible on so many levels to the point that I'm offended it exists #ugh. anyway #also i had to open my laptop to edit a tag and wow the updated desktop layout is BAD
