Did it again. Made today a leg/cardio day. Walked down the stairs from the hospital, and just got back from taking Brigid on a walk. We were gone about 20+ min. I'm guessing less than .75 miles, but more than .5. We had to step off the road for cars. Did a good stretching afterwards. . . Small steps add up! I stayed busy today and moving.
