Another idea for a Disney TVA book. It can be about Meteora’s life as a princess.
When, Meteora got older, her parents gave her a journal. To write down her thoughts, about being a princess in the new Mewni. Earth-Ni.
It would have the good and bad moments. With pictures and drawings, of Meteora’s favorite activities and with her best friend, Mariposa.
Even a little history of her parents childhood. How they met, and how they earned their happy ending.
Including some pages, of her late grandparents and grand-uncle. Where she talks about their childhood and history.
And some pages about the 2 people, who changed Mewni, for the great or good.
Because the original Mewni settlers, stole the original citizens land, by using an unfair advantage.
Anyway, that is just my thought. Please let me know in the comments, if this is a good idea. Also please no rude comments.

in the final episodes of SVTFOE I realized the past queens left their portraits, because of Eclipsa. They see she’s happy, they see she has her own family, they see Globgor isn’t the villain MHC made him out to be.
Festivia is flabbergasted that the MHC, her family has only used her as their pawn. Eclipsa isn’t her birth mother, she was just her birth daughter’s replacement.
Justhin realized that the MHC just used him as well, he raised Festivia as his own only to realize his neice and grand-neice, have been imprisoned or worst.
Solaria is angry at herself for being an awful mother. Her prejudice on monsters made her believe that they were better off dead. She forced her daughter to marry some spoiled king. What’s worst she created an army that nearly killed her daughter and granddaughter.
Very interesting headcanon, anon! 👀
Each queen's reaction in these, particularly Solaria's, is something I really like!

Festivia my beloved you deserved better writing.
I would say I want a show on Festivia and her rise to the throne. I would say I want them to focus on the political consequences Festivia would have to bare due to Eclipsa's actions. I would say I want to see how the infamous party queen not only housed her entire kingdom but also gained their trust during a time the kingdom would be against the Butterflys. I would say I want to see Grunkle Justhin's influence on the young Festivia and how it mixes or contradicts with the Magical Commissions. I would say I want to see potential with Festivia and light magic. I would say all of that but I don't trust the writers not to screw Festivia over again.

Okay so from what I understand...
Lyric had Skywynne with an unnamed person
Skywynne married Sir Gem-Robin and had Jushtin and Solaria
Jushtin married a Duchess from the Spiderbite Kingdom
Solaria had Eclipsa with Alphonse the Worthy
Eclipsa married Shastacan Spiderbite but had Meteora with Globgor
Festivia married Prince Musty Mountains and had Dirrhennia and Crescenta
Dirrhennia may have married Chad not 100% sure
And Crescenta had Rhina with some unknown guy or magically with Emily again not 100% sure
Rhina married Lord John Roachley and had Celena
No clue who Celena had Estrella with
Estrella married Azul Saint and had Comet and Etheria
Comet married Lazlo Marmalade and had Moon (and maybe Felicity and Heartrude) then Comet divorced Lazlo
And finally Moon married River and had Star

do you have any headcanon on justhin and recluza relationship development?
I DO! though im still working on them–practically my entire head– …verse on jushclusa and how they met and fell in love revolves around this one stupid idea where its basically the ‘oh no, my friend’s older sister is cute’ trope except it takes a bit for jushtin to be attracted to her.initially, at the start, she’s just tinbenz’s grumpy older sister who tells them the shut the hell up all the time whenever jushtin visits him.
i have a few ideas on how it progresses after that from ‘oh great, it’s you’ to ‘o-ohhh, uh, hey– n-nice face– IMEAN, weather!’ and one of them involves jushtin’s mewberty starting right in the middle of recluza yelling at them to keep it down. a few extra clovers pop onto his face as for some reason something about recluza yelling at them makes him feel weird and– UHP OHP giant butterfly bug monster boy.g i r l im sure every jushtin stan has an AU where he actually gets to keep the wand, though in a more canonical timeline where he looses it, i’d imagine they start to grow closer after jushtin falls into a depression after skywynne takes his wand, and after he shuts the cru out of his life for a bit in a semi-self destructive episode, recluza shows up outside of his tower with her guitar to lure him out with a Siouxsie and The Banshee’s-esque song before telling him that her brother and the rest of his idiots really miss him and that she hopes he’s doing okay. after that i’d imagine the two slowly grow closer as jushtin decides to open up to her about his insecurities and dark thoughts about his self-worth and identity post-wand and stay up till the wee hours of the morning chatting on their magic mirrors.Jushtin and his Cru aren’t so obnoxious once you get to know ‘em.

Do you think Festivia and Justhin were heartbroken and betrayed, after learning The MHC lied to them and basically used them because of their prejudice? (I’m guessing that after watching TAVERN AT THE END OF THE MULTIVERSE).
I'm sure their spirits were.

It's 2022 and I'm still salty at how Festivia was used for plot convince, and force sympathy on a unsympathetic character. Then the writers throw her away with no resolution to her story or her character. Like what? No finish that arch, especially after you all revealed the queens' ghosts.
Like it almost feels like they fridged Festivia.
Hey you know instead of making Mina the final bad guy you know what y'all could've done? We could have gotten a pissed off Festivia haunting Mewni. No magic affects her because she has no body, she's a magical, pissed off spirit. Plus she was a queen of Mewni, she knows how the magic works.
Festivia hides in the magical realm between her hauntings so it makes it almost impossible to take the fight to her.
When asked for advice Glossaryk just floats like the lazy bum he is. "Hm, but you already know how to destroy magic."
Marco tried to talk to Star. "Is destroying her ghost really the only way to stop her? If Eclipsa and Meteora get a second chance why can't we give one to Festivia?"
Justhin stops them before they can attempt the whispering spell for the first time. Festivia escapes back to the realm of magic. "You mean to tell me you weren't hurt when you found out everything you believed your whole life was a lie? You weren't hurt when you found out you could have had a different life than the one forced upon you? You expect Festivia to be ok learning everything she lived for, all those feelings she had, everything that made her who she was was just politics trying to morph her into their puppet?"
Like the queen she is Star steps back, and she observes Festivia. Star sees the tears that Festivia won't let fall. She sees that while the Magic High Commission and both sets of Butterfly families are bombarded by attacks, everyone else mewman and monster was left alone. She listens to Festivia's wordless screams.
Festivia is angry, but she's also in pain. It's almost fair to say she's devastated.
At midseason Star tracks where Festivia would attack next. With her is Marco and Meteora. Festivia appears, but she only watches the trio in front of her.
"Queen Festivia the Fun, we wish to parley!"
Festivia floats down, table, chairs and a high chair appearing.
For the first time Festivia speaks. "Very well, I was always better at negotiating anyway."
Star, Marco, and Meteora hear the story once more, but this time from a side that has been tricked into silence for too long, Festivia's. At some point Meteora crawled over to Festivia who plopped her into her ghostly lap.
"To start, I never knew about the switch until now. I was sold to the Commission to replace Meteora. They raised me while I believed my parents were eaten by a monster. Grunkle Justhin raised me for a time too, he even taught me the whispering spell." Festivia pauses to take a breath. "We were at war with monsters my whole life, and there was a threat of a coup for all of my childhood. I had surrvied a few assassination attempts. Hekappo took me to travel for my saftey after an assassin got too close when I was twelve. We traveled for two years. Then when I was fourteen they officially crowned me queen, despite the title and wand being in my posession longer than I could remember. The war got worse, I sheltered every citizen. Distracted them with parties so they would be happy. I reestablished trust in the Butterfly family."
Festivia stops herself again. "I wasn't perfect, no queen was, but I didn't ask to be thrown into this life. I never asked for magic or crowns. I just wanted my family and to be happy, but I guess I never got those either."
Moon and Eclipsa interrupt with accusations and an attempted whispering spell. It sends Festivia back into attack mode.
The rest of the season shows various episodes of Star and Meteora helping Festivia heal and in turn she helps heal a part of themselves that this switch affected. Meanwhile Festivia, Moon, and Eclipsa are still at conflict. Star tries to get the two women into talking with Festivia.
Several other of the ghosts show up to talk too. Moon and Eclipsa have heart to hearts with their mothers. Star and Marco have a big discussion with Dirhhennia and Crescenta, who have already sorted out their issues with their mother in the ghostly plane.
We see Moon and Eclipsa slowly get conflicting thoughts. They get worse every time Festivia is with their daughters and doesn't attack tthem. They're still set on stopping Festivia via whispering spell.
It all comes to head in the season/show finale in the realm of magic. Mothers vs daughters in the battle over Festivia's fate.
It's here where Festivia speaks to Eclipsa for the first time.
"You know the worst part about this is that I still love you, a complete stranger who wouldn't hesitate to use the whispering spell on me. I still love a lie."
Eclipsa stops, Moon stops. They stop using their magic to hurt, and they start using it to heal.
They talk, they scream, they heal.
"I'm sorry you never got the parents or the childhood you wished for." Eclipsa tries to embrace Festivia, she's surprised when Festivia let's her.
Festivia cries, she cries for that little girl who was given a crown but only wanted a family. She cries for the girl who was only ever told lies. Festivia gets the resolution and closure the writers cheated her out of before. Moon, Eclipsa, Star, and Meteora all are in a better place for it too.
It ends with Festivia reuniting with her own daughters.
(And if we have to destroy the magic then that can be done too with Festivia showing the living Butterflys where the core of the magic is, and then joining the spell.)

I know this sounds weird but I could picture Festivia being angry when she learned the truth, and rightfully so. Wheather she was alive or dead is another story, but she was essentially brainwashed and groomed to be what the MHC saw as a perfect mewman princess from infancy. I could see her anger being directed at multiple people actually.
The MHC of course, and Glossaryk. Those messy bitches are the ones who hid and lied to her her whole life. They groomed her to be their doll queen, now that obviously didn't go as exactly planned, but just imagine. People you thought of as family and then one day you find out that everything you knew, everyone you trusted was a lie.
It also leads to the question as well if there were other extended members of the Butterfly family. Girl was definitely depressed and of we are to guess right her only real source of comfort was Justhin. That big reveal would definitely throw Festivia into an identity crisis and possibly give her, if she didn't already have, some trust issues.
I could also see her directing some of that anger towards her birth parents, and Eclipsa, which to be honest would be kind of fair. This started with Eclipsa's selfishness and her abdicating the throne. It started for Festivia when she was abandoned as a baby by her birth parents. Do I understand Eclipsa had her reasonings, sure, and the MHC has a lot of blame too, but at the same time Eclipsa's actions did domino into consequences that went beyond herself.
Now that I'm thinking about it, Festivia tried hard to go into the opposite direction of Eclipsa's magic. While Eclipsa played into the dark sorceress theme, Festivia was basically a bard. Her magic was for entertainment and hosting purposes, which good for her, I know Festivia had to work to gain back the trust of Mewmans. And if you look at Festivia's one non party spell it was literally a rainbow that wouldn't catch fire. A fire proof rainbow, colorful, light, and non destructive. That is as far away from Eclipsa Festivia could get.
