Dio x shy male reader afraid to ask to sit in Dios lap?

notes - okay funny story. I've been reading Interview with the Vampire and DIO is literally just Lestat. They are my two gay vampire icons, so thank you for this request anon!! It's a super mini fic, but know that this made me smile and giggle because my blonde vampires are my everything. Also, I didn't specify gender, so you can read it however!

"What is it?" You heard DIO's deep voice say from the other side of the room. "I can tell you want to ask me something."
You stiffened, blushing. "It's nothing." you said quietly.
DIO just laughed at you, his deep chuckle echoing in the small room. "Just tell me, I won't bite."
You knew that wasn't true. If anything, that's the first thing he would do.
"Really, DIO, it's nothing."
You looked into the darkness and saw his pale figure sit up on his bed, his long finger signaling for you to come closer.
Like your legs had a mind of their own, you started walking towards him until you got to the edge of the bed where he sat. He grabbed your chin and brought your face down to his level, smiling at you.
"Tell me." he said.
You looked down at his lap and blushed. God, it sounded stupid, you didn't even want to think about asking.
"y/n-" he started.
"Can I sit in your lap?" The words flew out of you, sounding even more stupid then you thought.
DIO laughed for a long while, but quickly stopped, grabbed your wrist, and pulled you down on his lap.
"You never have to ask." he cooed, kissing your ear.

after dinner he likes to shower and freshen up and he meets you in bed to cuddle you
 he loves going to the supermarket with you and occasionally if he’s feeling extra nice he will take you to a very fancy restaurant
Depending on how comfortable he is with you he might tell you what a stand is but of course you don’t believe him until he proves it to you!
 definitely proposes when your relationship hits the five year mark
He takes you out of Japan when he wants to propose to you he probably brings you to Italy or Bora-Bora for a gorgeous view after he proposes to you
He loves getting you flowers and he adores your reaction even more!
 he loves going to the beach with you and he loves watching the sunset and the sunrise (he honestly can’t pick between which one he loves more)

You were drained. You had just recently gotten a new job and though you were excited, it was taking up majority of your time now. Time that could've been spent on relaxing was now taken up by paperwork and your once empty brain was now running rampant with thoughts.
"Darling?" You were sitting at your desk working on piles of papers that weren't due for a couple of weeks, but still felt nice to just get out of the way. Bruno peeked his head in and held a steaming cup in his hand. "Busy?"
You turned to the man that was always busier than you, but always made time for you. "A little, but a break would be nice," you admitted, standing up and immediately feeling lightheaded.
"Oh, god, love, when was the last time you drank water.... or stood up?"
"Not that long ago. I'm just really tired, that's all. Starting this job has been a lot. I've been staying hydrated and everything though."
"Well, darling," Bruno grabbed your available hand and led you to a nearby couch in your office. "Let's take a small break. We could sit here for a while or even just make some dinner together," he kissed your hand with a smile. "Whatever you please, my dear."
You blushed and set down your tea before cupping Bruno's face. "Just being with you is relaxing enough, Bruno."
Bruno pressed a soft kiss onto your lips before placing a few more in cute little places along your face. "Well, kisses first, and then we'll make some plans. How does that sound?"
"That sounds wonderful."
