Yandere Reaction: Platonic yandere finding out their friend is dating a yandere (Jin Mori)
Doesn't trust them from the moment he sees them.
He knew all about the yandere way before his friend introduced them.
He will instantly say that he doesn't like them… to their face…while his friend is standing right there.
He knows they are up to something that is harmful to his friend and will stop at nothing until they are stopped.
Even if they are a “barely a yandere” he will treat them as an earth ending threat.
If the yandere manages to somehow take away his friend, he will end them when he finds them. (And save his friend but mostly end the yandere.)

Would you say that Jin mori is an omnipotent bieng since he agreed to be a all powerful that creates balance throughout all the universe
Since it seems he can kill the fairies that are eating the universe (which were a damn pain in the ass on the Tathagata battle and they had already destroyed an universe), the series narrator said in the last episode "Taejin Park's age, Daewi and Mira child, having reached nirvana Mori Jin was capable of solving these problems easily" and, as you said, chose for himself to be all-powerful when XuanZang asked him what he wanted to do, I'd say that yes, he is omnipotent, not a perfet omtipotent being since it was said that he is ageing although slower than the others tho.
A very interesting question is how much of reality he could bent with his new power and how much power would be necessary to be called omnipotent. for example can he create things? can he cure illness? at least that last one is implied he can but it could be a wrong interpretation. Sadly the total capacity of his new powers isn't really touched upon the series finale.
Even so I would call him an omnipotent god since the definition of omnipotent is "having unlimited power" and I thing being "all-powerful" is a valid synonym.

What was mostly likely meant as a passing comment turned into a flood of praise from the overly energetic young man.
For the object of his desire to have said anything to him let alone a compliment, meant the world to him. It was a high that stayed with him for weeks but it was when it started to fade did he start to wonder if he could get them to say something else about him.
So, he will show off every chance he gets to win their praise in any way he can. Their words have become a drug yet that will soon not be enough for him.

𝑱𝒊𝒏 𝑴𝒐𝒓𝒊/𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓
𝑆𝑦𝑛𝑜𝑝𝑠𝑖𝑠: As Jin, Mira, Dae-Wi and the Reader were chilling out until Jin took it too far and started a snowball fight.
"Take that!" Jin threw a snowball at Mira, making her a bit angry. So she decides to get him back with one for revenge, but he didn't slow down one bit.
Both Dae-Wi and [Name] watched the two having their snowball fight. Since they were watching, neither of them knew that a snowball landed on her faces from the cold impact.
- 𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑 -
Now it was Dae-Wi, [Name], and Mira all chased him with snowballs in their hands to get Jin for what he did to them. "Hold up, I have an idea. Why not do a 2 on 2 snowball fight?" The three friends stares at each other before nodding in agreement, facing Jin as they nodded. Instead of that, the three attacked him with load of snowballs that they builded up.
"Stop, STOP! I thought we agreed." And after that, they all stopped to actually have a snowball fight two on two.
Jin threw a snowball at Mira as she threw some back at him, just like [Name] was to Dae-Wi. Laughter and happiness filled the air as they all threw snowballs at one another. Soon after, both Mira and [Name] high-five each other since the two won against their boyfriends.
- 𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑 -
Jin sat by the fireplace drinking his hot cocoa with [Name], Mira and Dae-Wi happily. "You know, this wasn't such a bad idea after all." Mira said as the three nodded in agreement. "Yeah, hanging out together on a snowy day is the best." Dae-Wi agreed.
"Mhm! Let's spend Christmas together." The three friends chuckled before they all said, "Okay."
