Ren Pingsheng x Jiang Wanshu
(Warning: This takes place in chapter 74 before Ren leaves to burn down the University, and nightmare comfort)

It was dark, Jiang couldn’t see anything, she felt her skin crawl and her chest get heavy as the feeling of fear intensified. Jiang saw a small bright light flicker from far away, something told her to go to the flickering light, she didn’t know why though.
Walking towards the light, a strong odor reached her nose. It smelled awful almost like there’s a rotting corpse just nearby. As she continued to walk, she could see that the light was shining on something almost like that light wanted her to find something.
Jiang couldn’t quite make out what was under the light until she got closer..
“Ren?” Jiang said in just above a whisper.
She saw a female’s body face down on the ground severely burned and somehow something in her gut told her that it was Ren. Jiang rapidly beating heart dropped to her stomach as she ran closer to Ren, dropping to her knees.
“No no..Ren you can’t leave me! You said you wouldn’t..you liar!” Jiang exclaimed, voice cracking with each word she spoke.
“Jiang.”
“Jiang wake up.”
Jiang’s eyes shot wide open, she looks to her side and sees Ren standing next to her already dressed like she was about to go out somewhere. Ren thought a little to herself and took off her shoes. She crawls into bed before speaking-
“Nightmare?”
“Y-yeah.”
Ren pulls Jiang into a hug, gently resting her chin on the top of her head.
“I..I don’t want to lose you Ren.” Jiang said as warm tears run down her cheeks but quickly get absorbed by the cloth of Ren clothes.
“Don’t worry, you won’t lose me.” Ren says knowing that she’s lying. She was going to the University to end a few things but that can wait a couple minutes until Jiang falls asleep.
Jiang nuzzles closer to her warm embrace, inhaling and exhaling to calm her nerves as Ren reassures her that it’s just a nightmare and everything will be okay.

so i reread i'm more dangerous than you. i have read it before but never really tried looking deep into the story but since i reread it, just gonna rant about the manhua.
personally i never shipped ren pingsheng and jiang wanshu with each other at the beginning of both reads since i was never a fan of the teacher x student troupe.
if we are talking on the romance part, then i actually liked the idea of ren pingsheng having a toxic yuri romance tension with bai qi. mostly, because i thought how cool would it be for a journalist doing covering of murders which are done by the serial killer they are in love would be kinda a nice plot.
but also how both are such yin and yang of each other. bai qi has a strong sense of justice and morality, wheras ren pingsheng being a serial killer obviously is the complete opposite, she goes against the laws made by the system.
bai qi believes those who have done wrong should face their punishment by whatever the law sees fit but ren pingsheng questions her what if the punishment is unjust? she evens asks bai qi on what she would have done if jiang wanshu opened up to her and asked her for help about the abuse she faces at college.
ren pingsheng knows, even bai qi knows that she would have just told the authories and both know that the authorities would have done shit. both challenge each other's morality, their view of the world. which is why i prefer them for each other.
also i geninuly believe that ren pingsheng does not love jiang wanshu in the same way jiang wanshu loves her. jiang wanshu's love stems from actual romantic feelings (though not healthy ones), but ren pingsheng's? jiang wanshu is the author of the novel the dictates how she lives her life or how she kills her victims.
basically that novel is kind of how TWSA was important to kim dokja in a sense. TWSA was for survival but this novel was for her to kill people that do 'wrong'.
this scene kinda proves my point? she does say the she likes her, but see how she first mentions the novel? jiang wanshu will always be first the author to her favorite nowel in ren pingsheng's eyes.
jiang wanshu is just someone that can write the perfect novel for her. there is no romantic feelings for jiang wanshu from ren pingsheng.
that's all i got to say, there's more and i might add more but its like 3 AM and i got school.

Notícias para os fãs de I'm More Dangerous Than You da nova novel de Ande "Big Book Fan: The Devil's Manuscript" a continuação da novel "The Number One Book Fan: I'm More Dangerous Than You" onde Jiang Wanshu não é mais a protagonista e sim sua editora-chefe chamada Xin Mengyan (o que eu acho que é uma mulher, não tenho certeza):
No dia 1 deste mês, Ande (finalmente) publicou o primeiro capítulo da sua nova novel com o título "Meu editor-chefe, Xin Mengyan".
E caralho, Jiang Wanshu, como foi dito tanto na sinopse quanto no capítulo, está morta.
De acordo com a sinopse, Jiang Wanshu foi assassinada, sua cabeça e seus últimos manuscritos (que iriam ser entregues a Xin Mengyan) estavam faltando. E só por isso, eu estou criando esperanças de que Jiang Wanshu ainda esteja viva, talvez ela foi sequestrada novamente e o corpo encontrado em sua mansão seja um cadáver de outra pessoa.

-Ren Pingsheng in Detail-
Book series: I’m more dangerous than you.
(Warning: Detailed info about murder, images shown contains blood and gore, this is all fictional)
About Ren: Ren Pingsheng is a substitute Chinese language teacher at Huanyang University, because the previous teacher is on a Maternity leave. She is known to be the most knowledgeable Chinese language Professor in the University. She kills people based on a crime novel written by Jiang Wanshu. Basically in short she recreates the novel in real life. (In the story Jiang falls in love with Ren)
Murder 1: There was this debt collector that was bothering Jiang because her father owed money to them. So Ren cut off his left hand and removed his heart, then she wrote on a small piece of paper “Karma’s a bitch” folded that piece of paper and put it in his mouth. She then dragged the corpse to a place called “Yokohama Beach” and took a photo of the body and left the corpse there.
Murder 2: There was a bully named Nie Jiaxuan she would bully Jiang. One rainy night when Nie was in a dark alleyway, Ren approached her and spoke to her. The situation escalated and Nie was backing away from Ren but she tripped and fell. While she was on the ground, Ren stomped on her both of her hands and hamstrings causing them to snap open and bleed out. She died of loss of blood, Ren took a picture of the corpse and put the body in a bag. Then she went to her unfinished sculpture and stuffed the corpse in the sculpture and finished the rest of the sculpture. Then placed it in a museum, and later on someone accidentally broke the sculpture causing the corpse to be discovered.

Jiang was staying at Ren’s house for a few days and starts to figure out that someone is recreating her novel in real life but she doesn’t know who it is. She wrote in her novel and killed the serial killer to finally put an end to all this. Once Ren read it she got angry that Jiang decided to just kill off the killer like that, so she went to Jiang and choked her until she went unconscious. Then chained her up to the bed, and when Jiang woke up they talked for a bit (well more like Jiang cursing at Ren) Ren unchains her and tells her that she’s not allowed to leave and that she has to update the novel and write the wonderful resurrection of the killer. Jiang goes against her orders and Ren takes a knife and slices off Jiang’s pinky finger on her right hand. Ren threatens to kill Jiang’s best friend and eventually out of fear Jiang decides to update the novel.
Murder 3: Jiang had another bully named Huang Qian, she tried to make everyone in the University believe that Jiang is responsible for the murders. Qian received letters from a secret admirer and she was going to find out who it is by meeting them where the letter said to go. Little did she know that it was all just a trick. Ren appeared behind her and hit her on the back of the neck with a baseball bat, causing her to fall unconscious. (This was at night) Ren then drags her to a classroom and chains her to the desk. When Qian woke up she started yelling and trash talking about Jiang so Ren kicks her in the face causing her nose to bleed. Ren decides to play a game of Russian roulette with Qian, but instead of a real gun it’s a nail gun. The rules are when it’s Qian’s turn Ren will fire the gun at her hands and when it’s Ren’s turn she’ll point the gun to her own temple. They both took 2 turns and Qian was the only one that got shot twice, her screaming alerted Rujun (Jiang’s best friend). Rujun was at the University at night to clear her head. Rujun finds Qian and gets tased by Ren. Ren then uses a Professional Craniotomy Device to make a cranial incision and took out the brain tissue and replaced it with soil and flower petals (specifically Poppies). Then Ren takes them outside and Qian is placed in a chair, with Rujun in another chair in front of her. When the police get there in the morning, they lock up Rujun and in the cell she develops PTSD.
