Jahn's official profile in the official art book (Thanks Kantopia) states he dreams of rebuilding the dragon kingdom, but feels inside this dream impossible even with Idunn making War Dragons.
Given both the game and artbook state Jahn believes he can't live in a world with humans, as well as everything Jahn fought in the past, being no more, have you ever considered Jahn committed suicide by Binding Blade? I mean people have committed lost hope of living for much less than "my entire civilization is dead and all I have left to do is follow some crazy person from the enemy civilization."
At the very least, Jahn doesn't seem too torn up about dying, so it might be something to think about. Tell me your thoughts anyhow?
Oh!
Well,
Thing is I'll always weep at the lack of battle convo between Jahn and Fae or even Sophia since FE6 cannot canonise Roy being Ninian's kid
As living beings proving Arcadia exists, and dragons and humans can exist together (how old is Sophia btw? Was she born before or after the Scouring?), but imo when Roy tells him Arcadia exists, Jahn thinks he's lying.
So it's not him thinking his entire civilisation is dead, but refusing to consider it might have survived, but not in the way he would have liked - if he's still in the Scouring mindset, maybe the dragon kingdom he wants to rebuild is a kingdom where only dragons live, and without any humans - when Arcadia rejects that mindset and is more or less a place where both dragons and humans live together (just don't ask me how lol).
Imo Jahn reads like a veteran from a side who "lost" the war, and refuses to move on (or cannot?) or realise that all is not "lost", and the people he fought for back then, are still alive (or their descendants) and kicking. He lost all hope, and yep, I think he wouldn't mind dying but more as in he doesn't care about anything anymore.
(which still makes me wonder why's he's still around Idunn?)
Granted, I don't have a lot of feelings about Jahn, because even if his situation post Scouring can be interesting, there's still the "we caught a chicken and mindfucked her so hard that her soul was destroyed and she became a walking "birthing mindless soldiers" machine to win the war".

Awkwardness (Final Rose)
Life at Beacon can be very exciting... and very awkward. Here are some of the more awkward things that people have witnessed.
That time Claire walked in on Averia trying to spank Jahne because she was being incredibly obnoxious.
That time Ruby got high on chemical fumes while working on Crescent Rose and was convinced that she could see through time.
That time Snow and Caius walked in one Fang and Lightning trying to strangle each other while barely clothed because they were fighting over who got to use the shower first.
That time Yeul got drunk on Vanille's bootleg alcohol and started predicting all sorts of crazy stuff that later turned out to be true.
That time Yang overheard Blake reading one of her smutty stories aloud.

brainworms r unionizing again i actually have DIFFERENT character assignments for "isat in fe6" vs "fe6 in isat"
i think the only thing that stays the same is roy-mirabelle swap and associated eliwood-euphrasie swap lol
anyway if i had to pick fe6 characters to put into isat it would be
mirabelle = roy
bonnie = lugh (or raigh tbh)
odile = cecilia because i dont like niime
isabeau = wendy
siffrin = idunn
and king = jahn
listen man is being sealed for 1k years and being trapped in a timeloop for however long the same thing. isn't it.
do you understand the vision. do you. spoiler thoughts under the cut cuz i am Deranged thanks. esp act 5 spoilersand also twohats spoilers
can you IMAGINE for me please the act 5 siffrin fight except idunn just goes demon dragon. that mental image alone makes me jgbgkhn
idunn in particular is just kind of the perfect fit cuz initially she has Nothing Better To Do also. she only follows zephiel in canon cuz he got to her first and she's so broken that she listens to whoever.
esp considering ascended idunn in heroes... idunn who wakes up unsealed but instead of someone exploiting her she saves somebody at random and gets adopted into the group and treated like a person and that growth she has in the true end epilogue + as ascended idunn just gets kickstarted way earlier... and all she can recall of her own past is Darkness and Being Alone and she'd be so terrified to go back to that.
also jahn as the king obviously cuz they are Both Dragons and the dragons / arcadia would be stand in for the forgotten country. so jahn would still have a similar core motivation of "he's big mad the dragons got axed" but instead of a big war it's just. Nobody Can Remember. and we have an added layer here in that nobody remembers dragons. so idunn and jahn barely even know their own species in this scenario. like, maybe in battle jahn actually takes his dragon form but nobody knows what a dragon is so they assume this is some sort of magic.
also idunn gets the horror of realizing she's not even human. surely that'd be good for her psyche. obviously backstory stuff would be tweaked so since there's no war she didnt get her soul destroyed and her behavior is cuz of the total amnesia like how siffrin was just Aimless and didn't even make puns before meeting the squad.
i realize now that whoever i put in the isabeau slot creates an absolutely hilarious idunn ship. i dont ship idunn with anybody except recovery but the potential of wendy/idunn sounds like a riot
speaking of wendy i WOULD want someone from ostia in the isa slot cuz it just tracks the most to have ostian knights = defenders if pharae = dormont. yah. makes sense right.
wendy in particular is my choice cuz a) she's just the most memorable of the armor knights b) she already has body image issues in a lot of her supports so i think isa's whole narrative suits her well... she deeply admires the knights yet in this scenario the knights failed to stop a threat because it wasn't a threat to ostia and maybe that conflicts with her ideals of knighthood...
do you get it. obviously these are all different angles than the canon characters but that's the fun of AUs babey!!!!! It's not canon!! how WOULD they behave in this scenario and setting!!
odile n bonnie r complicated in that who i'd pick depends on who the other one is. for bonnie one of the araphen orphan trio feels obvious with lucius = nille, but which of them is. hm.
like if i went odile = niime bonnie would SO OBVIOUSLY be raigh. raigh-niime support chain replicates that dynamic well of niime's favorite is absolutely this random child. she thinks he's so funny. and niime is a good fit for odile too cuz both are Super Curious abt everything and (old). the main problem is i dont like niime very much because of the. (i stare into the distance) child abuse allegations. you know.
so my other pick for odile is cecilia. cecilia works well in that she'd be non lycian first so she has that aspect of odile + she's much more sociable than niime. she is also more sociable than odile please read her saul support she's so funny actually. cecilia to kids is obviously a teacher so she's a very caring figure but to other adults she is often a little shit. great contrast. but she also treats the younger side of the cast with the respect they deserve like she does treat roy as an equal because she sees that he's strong enough to handle this and she steps away from guiding him to be his own indepentant person so she's not patronizing. she'd also be a little shit to her friends if they're younger cecilia can be fucking hilarious dear god. she WOULD have a memory of first strike moment 100%.
if i pick cecilia for odile i would pick lugh for bonnie instead cuz you can have her take him under her wing since they're both anima mages as cecilia does with lilina in canon yeah.
as for backstory she wouldnt have been roy's teacher but she would've been around ostia so when roy and wendy set off to kill a dragon by themselves as a teacher she can't let kids die do you get it. the entire isat squad would be pushed down in age on account of fe6's child soldier problem but also i do imagine that cecilia is like. mid thirties at least and she's still comparatively much more mature than the rest of the cast. (who are all 15).
tbh this kinda makes lugh as bonnie more hilarious cuz roy and wendy are both like 15 and lugh is 13. two years apart. lugh is also just Way Shorter which makes him seem younger.
with lugh you have the same narrative of a initially cheerful child grappling with the grief of a sudden loss. honestly in canon i think lugh is the wildest of the trio cuz he swings wildly between sunshine boy and I WILL AVENGE MY FATHER. also in a lot of his C supports he's handing out pastries to people which is like how bonnie cooks for the group :) he's experiencing this depth of emotion he cant grapple with outside the childish notion of revenge and everyone around him struggles to accept that this Kid is facing the horrors of war. you see.
maybe the roy mira pick is just Blatantly Obvious To Me but both of them are Massive Imposter Syndrome. they both seem like chosen ones when they were really just in the right place at the right time and coincidence snowballed into saving the world. they're super insecure as a result cuz this is a MASSIVE burden they never expected to bear and the character development involves rising up to the occasion and seeing that it doesnt matter if they were chosen, they are here now, and they can do it.
euphie eli swap is more an extension of that as both are the central figure that everybody expected to save the world instead, who were stopped from doing so by external circumstances (i.e. being frozen first and eli's chronic illness + the bandit attack on pharae). both roy and mira flounder without the guidance of their key parental figure (housemaidens said to have raised mirabelle, eli is literally roy's dad). a lot of the main goals of the protags here is Getting Back so roy wants to end the war to return to his father (who is not LITERALLY frozen but its the same sense of "i cant return until this is done but i so dearly want to") which mirrors how much mira wants to save all vaugarde yeah but also specifically euphie and the guilt she feels for letting euphie down.
tldr. do you comprehend my vision. the real fun part of any AU is mixing lore like. if you just do a 1 to 1 swap what is even the point. you gotta adapt the characters and lore of the first thing to fit the second thing and still comprehensively resemble the second thing in some way but all the finery is different so you've still created something interesting and fresh to play with
which goes back to the differing characterizations of wendy and idunn in this scenario because the there ARE major differences to backstory and lore to make them fit the isat character roles which obviously changes how they develop even if they carry the same core traits ideals and personality.
like look at my fucking awakening shrek au this isn't shrek anymore but it still RESEMBLES shrek in structure enough to register AS shrek au even if the shrek-donkey dynamic is wholly different in chrom and lissa being siblings and the characterization of chrom is neither like shrek at all or like his canon ver yet it has TRAITS of his canon ver (chrom's sense of duty to his family and country, his complex feelings toward violence, seeing himself like a monster, etc) which are amplified by the situation (made into a literal monster and socially isolated for three years) so it's still like "i could imagine chrom behaving this way" but he doesnt in canon cuz in canon he has a support system to prevent him from reaching that low point in the first place
do you get it. do you see the appeal of making AUs. do yoh comprehend my vision of fe6 characters in shrek.
also i didnt mention loop cuz loop is. you cant just assign someone to BE loop because of twohats unless you already have media with a similar deal (if this was an awakening au instead siffrin would be robin and loop would be grima which works because grima is just a different version of robin to begin with)
so for loop as an alt idunn i'd imagine siffrin idunn has the divine demon fit whereas loop idunn is full dark priestess mode. and this iteration of loop instead of being cheerful and sarcastic and kind of mean would be more somber and pessimistic a la "i am alone in the dark." "you are alone in this loop. but... at least you have me, to guide you through the darkness."
since this ver of idunn would've gone thru the positive development of sif idunn but then regressed back to her previous self in feeling like she can never truly be free and is doomed to eternal loneliness but she still wants this other idunn to have the happiness she lacks she still fundamentally dreams of a warm wind blowing through. and after that she'd be content to fade away knowing the world she dreams of exists somewhere anywhere at all but then sif idunn pulls her out and we have a very "you remind me of him" moment to parallel fe6 true end where roy carries idunn out of the crumbling temple that trapped her.
this has been both my stance on AU creation in general as well as fe6 characters as the cast of isat

Hallo. I'm literally gonna pass out the moment I close my eyes, but I can't miss this update. I've read for 3 hours (I was out most of the day, when all I wanted to do was read, rip) and I reached chapter 738. A more meaningful accomplishment is the fact that I finished volume 3!! Officially started reading volume 4!! We're moving FORWARD AYEEEEE
What's there to say today? A lot. I wanna talk in detail about it all, honest. But I'll just skim today, I think. As I said, very sleepy (when am I not, when making these updates. It's like a requirement for me to do these while sleepy lol).
So! Klein engaged in a fight involving demigods! That's right, not just A demigod, but Multiple demigods. Reinette, Shanks, Suah, that crazy angel, Jahn Kottman, Azik and the added bonus of Admiral Blood Senor. Of course, each individual appeared at different times, but the fact that Klein was capable of creating such chaos is undoubtedly AMAZING. HOW did he successfully do that?? I mean, I know how, but HOW??
The Orange Light personally extended an olive branch to Klein and explained some stuff about the gray fog. Useful
Klein fulfilled his promises to bury the Loen soldier and to carry on the dead Nightmare Nighthawk's last wish. He's still so Kind.
Gehrman Sparrow gained an infamous reputation. He's now on the level of pirate admirals, comparable to the Four Kings of the Sea. Arguably, could be the 5th. His adventures left their mark on those around him and it warms my heart to see people remember him for his good deeds.
We have the entrance of Dwayne Dantès! And apparently, he's a DILF. Well done, Klein! /lh
The evil spirit found in the room where Alista did the Sequence 0 ritual is gonna be a huge headache in the future, I can feel it. I wonder where it went off to...
Klein actually got a hug!! Albeit, a greeting hug, but still! A win is a win! Detective Isengard, you have my heart. Please don't die :>
Concerning that, it was lovely to see Sherlock Moriarty reconnect with his companions. I missed you, my boy!! Ian, Sharron, Isengard, love 'em all <33
Speaking of Sharron, she has my respect for dealing with Klein’s ridiculous bullshit. It's not Klein’s fault his fate seems to put him through the most ridiculous adventures, but Sharron going "ok" after Klein dropped crazy thing after crazy thing was the funniest shit y'all. Slay.
Mmmmmm the ideas concerning the theft of the Antigonus notebook are difficult af, but I trust in Klein’s plans. After all, he got out of that demigod royale battle with incredibly few injuries. I wonder who the Nighthawk spy will be 👀👀👀 is it perhaps 👀 a certain poet? 👀👀👀
(I know he'll join the Tarot Club eventually, because Spoilers yay. But I wonder how that'll go down)
"Skim," I said. Uh-huh.
Anyway, considering that I've only read for 3 hours today, quite a lot of stuff happened and I'm failing to recall them all. I want to read what's next so bad, but I have stuff to do tomorrow as well, so :(( I'll see how it goes
Praise the Fool!

@cam1na: are you trying to bribe me?
this is not an easy job. it's pressing into the scape of her shoulders, heavy and jagged and while she ignores the dull ache simmering in the square of her back, there's pressure pinching between her brows and drumming behind her eyes. biIIings is watching, rapping a copy of the pact beneath his fingers as she tells him to keep busy and investigate a lead in the mids — one of the dining halls on level sixty, she told him, where he'd gladly pick through half-chewed plates of bean dip and celeriac if she'd told him to, courtesy of agriculture on level 98. she keeps him busy and slips out when the central lights dim and he wipes food stodge off his fingers before heading home after another mind-numbing day of pencil-jockeying.
and while it's nothing against biIIings himself, there's a distinct lack of trust that's driven a wedge between them before they could ever close the gap.
the walk takes her a couple of hours, and it's only a porter that brushes past her with an exasperated SORRY! tumbling out from the mass of packages in his arms keen to make a few extra chits for next day delivery. the siIo hums quietly. (she prefers it like this — out of the enclosure and down, down, down witch each step taking her closer to normalcy. she buries the shine of the badge in an inside pocket of her jacket, stuffs wiry hands into its pockets, and slips out into the low purr of late-night stalls, flickering candles, and the murky plastic lamps of the mid-levels market.
there are shadows that call out for something more, and when juIes dips her head into an offshoot and pulls a wax bag of chits out of her pocket and onto the table, she stares expectantly. (she's not from up top. for twenty years, she's spent her life soldering the salvageable — the up top are wasteful. you can get a hundred years out of a toaster if you know which wire to pin. but that means she knows — crime is at an all-time high. without mayor jahns kissing babies and shaking hands, and the looming threat of a murderer slinking between levels, the underground fortifies and information becomes currency.)
are you trying to bribe me?
she shifts, and a hand scratches at a familiar pressure point under her chin. she bites hard into her lower lip, offers a stiff shrug, and flickers her view from across the room to looking just beyond the other's face.
"you want to call it that? yeah. okay. then let's call it that. i need you to look into something for me. so you can either take the money, or we can have this conversation in a holding cell. do you know what the punishment is for — severe crime? i know what happens in places like this. and i know you're not trading chits for — freedom day bunting or toaster ovens."
she's bluffing. and realistically, from how little time she's had to become acquainted with the role and all of the hand-wringing bureaucracy that she's saddled with, she hasn't got a fucking clue either. (where's biIIings when you need him? the fucking pocket-pact.)

John Deere's dismal infosec
Tumblr media
As far back as 2015, the agribusiness monopolist John Deere was taking steps to ban farmers from fixing their own tractors, arguing that copyright law made trafficking in tools to effect these repairs a felony.
https://web.archive.org/web/20150428173001/https://www.theglobeandmail.com/technology/how-digital-rights-management-keeps-value-in-hands-of-the-manufacturer/article24130876/
The company took this to the US Copyright Office, saying that farmers couldn't fix their tractors because they don't OWN them, despite paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for them -  software in tractors means they can only be licensed, not owned.
https://www.wired.com/2015/04/dmca-ownership-john-deere/
Deere bolstered this argument with a paternalistic warning that farmers are just not qualified to service tractors, prompting electronics specialist Willie Cade - grandson of a legendary Deere engineer - to speak out against the company.
https://securityledger.com/2019/03/opinion-my-grandfathers-john-deere-would-support-our-right-to-repair/
Cade explained that his grandfather Theo Brown - who filed 158 patents for Deere - got all of his ideas by going into the field and observing the modifications that farmers had made to their tractors.
It is not - and has never been - the case that Deere invents stuff that farmers use. It's the opposite. Farmers invent stuff, Deere commercializes it and sells it to other farmers. Farmers harvest their crops with Deere tractors, and Deere harvests FARMERS with them.
Stealing the Right to Repair from farmers was just the curtain-raiser for Deere's ban on modifying tractors, though. The real money is in stealing data that's generated when farmers drive their Deere tractors around their fields.
https://techcrunch.com/2016/07/06/the-land-grab-for-farm-data/
This data - a centimeter-accurate grid documenting soil density and humidity - generates data that Deere sells back to the farmers who created it as part of a "precision agriculture" package that comes with seeds from tyrants like Bayer, the new owner of Monsanto.
Far more grandiose, though, is Deere's plan to aggregate this misapporpriated data and mine it for market intelligence about crop-yields, which can be sold into the agricultural futures market for billions.
The next time someone says "If you're not paying for the product, you're the product," remember Deere and farmers. Farmers spend hundreds of thousands on tractors and they're *still* the product. Slapping a pricetag on a monopoly doesn't make markets - it makes rent-extraction.
I've been in Copyright Office meetings where Deere and other embedded systems makers (notably car-makers) have claimed that they HAVE to lock down their systems to protect their customers from cyber-attacks.
But for that to be true, these companies would have to ACTUALLY protect their customers from cyberattacks, and that's not the case, as is evidenced by Sickcodes's research on Deere's digital infrastructure, which Willie Cade contributed to.
https://sick.codes/leaky-john-deere-apis-serious-food-supply-chain-vulnerabilities-discovered-by-sick-codes-kevin-kenney-willie-cade/
Sickcodes signed up for a free developer account with Deere and began probing the system. Within hours, they had discovered serious flaws in both Deere's website and mobile apps. For example, they were able to retrieve the names and addresses of farmers from the website.
They also propose a method for automating this attack, which would allow them to extract the names, addresses and other personal information of every John Deere customer, including make and model, which would facilitate over-the-air attacks on the tractors themselves.
The bugs that Sickcodes located are incredibly obvious and suggest that Deere's security is totally incompetent. This is especially grim in light of the fact that Deere has NEVER submitted a SINGLE bug to the US government's CVE database of serious flaws.
A quote from Darpa's Molly Jahn in Security Ledger gives a sense of the gravity of the situation: "We can easily imagine timed interference with planting or harvest that could be *devastating*."
https://securityledger.com/2021/04/deere-john-researcher-warns-ag-giants-site-provides-a-map-to-customers-equipment/
Deere monopolized the ag-tech market with badly secured products that put the US food supply in serious risk. It operates no vulnerability disclosure, and it took legal measures to prohibit third parties from fixing its tractors to remediate the deadly flaws it ignores.
Deere argues that we can't trust third parties to service tractors because they might expose farmers to cyber-risk; but Deere itself is exposing those farmers to even graver risks.
Even if Deere had amazing cyber-security, we'd still want to be able to check its work and fix its mistakes. But it's not. Deere has prioritized securing its ability to harvest farmers over farmers' ability to harvest their crops.

Fear and Paranoia definitely played a part, moreso than hate I'd argue. Jahn's words frequently conveyed that the dragons were absolutely terrified of humanity and the whole Demon Dragon producing War Dragons plan was created because many dragons had given up hope of their species survival. His words of humans also indicate the legendary weapons were similar, giving humans back their hope of survival. Basically two men are terrified of the other and thus try to kill eachother.
Jahn was terrified, and I do not deny that the Legendary Weapons were weapons of mass destruction, also, humans were out to kill them all.
But the thing is, not all dragons were terrified or afraid of humanity. Sure, maybe Nergal was one of the "good humans out there", so his wife was lucky, and whoever lived in the desert village before it became Arcadia still had faith in a world, or at least a place, where they could all live peacefully.
If two men are terrified of each other and try to kill each other, then it's bad, but it's their decision.
When one of them doesn't understand why a third man might not want to kill the other, refuses to believe they can reach a solution and decides to kill the third man, it's not fear or survival or anything. Jahn hasn't moved from the Scouring, he still hates and fears humans.
And he doesn't want to reconsider, even if a fluffy chicken is siding with a human here, who isn't trouncing him but spending 4 mini-maps listening to him and to his story. I have the feeling he thinks the world hasn't changed, when it has, and he cannot understand it.
But more importantly, he does not want to understand, he has no intention to listen to such nonsense.
Also, the plan to use Idunn to produce War Dragons is awful and disgusting, how can they pretend to want to protect and assure their species' survival, if it implies twisting a member of their own species to the point where she becomes a functioning oven delivering artificial creatures on demand, at the cost of erasing her soul? Again, it is the traditional debate over the means to reach an end. When ensuring your survival means you have to corrupt and destroy one of your own, are you really surviving?
On this topic, re-reading those lines...
The Divine Dragons disappeared, per Jahn's words, to prevent him and his side "from taking advantage of them". Given how they persuaded Idunn to work with them, I can't blame the fluffy chickens. Also, given how Idunn hesitated "she feared that we would go into conflict with each other" (Jahn's side vs fluffy chickens) ; to Jahn, the Divine dragons didn't escape and/or hide to hide from humans, they escaped/hid to hide from... Jahn and his leader.
Idk if the Fluffy Chickens had a plan to fight against humans, or if they wanted to give up and hide like nabateans, but one thing is sure, the "let's corrupt one of your people to make her pop out artificial children to fight" plan didn't sit well with them, and they ditched their pals.
That's why it's sad Fa or Sophia cannot talk to Jahn, Fa to tell him he's full of shit because dragons have emotions, she loves to play and discover new things and make new friends ; Sophia to tell him she's the living proof dragons and humans can live together (with none of the Tellius fuckery please) to see how he'd react.

Naivety (Final Rose AU)
Set in the Weiss x Ruby x Jahne AU.
Ruby stared down her nose at Jahne. The fact that she was taller than the blonde now as immensely gratifying in a petty sort of way. Go, dad! Thanks for the height!
“I am not naive.”
Jahne gave her a flat look. “Ruby, you thought the cookie fairy was real until you were ten.”
“Hey! That’s not fair. Aunt Lightning was totally using Saviour to mess with me.”
“I think you’re about the only person in the world that would have worked on, Saviour or not.” Jahne snickered. “You also seemed genuinely surprised when I explained to you that ‘private interrogation’ was code for Weiss or I dragging you off for a bit of table sex.”
“...” Ruby looked away. “I’ll have you know that I was faking being oblivious about that.”
“Oh, really? What about that party we went to last month. You almost accepted an invitation from a group of swingers.”
“I thought they meant parkour!” Ruby wailed. “Not... not... that! I mean... how could I have known?”
“Ruby, they were basically undressing you with their eyes. And I have never heard of anyone refer to parkour as swinging.”
Ruby pouted. “I’m not naive. I do all sorts of stuff with you and Weiss.”
Jahne chuckled. “That doesn’t mean you’re not naive.” She sighed melodramatically. “I still remember your shock when we -”
“We do not talk about that outside the bedroom!” Ruby hissed before looking around furtively. “What if someone hears?”
“It’s too late,” Averia shouted from the next hotel room over, her voice easily audible through the wall. “Since we’ve been warned about Grimm in this area that are capable of cloaking themselves from normal scans and most forms of perception, I’ve been running Saviour’s passive sensory abilities since we got here. I know everything that happens within a ten mile radius.”
“...” Ruby wanted to crawl into a hole and die. An hour ago, she and Jahne had been...
“See that?” Jahne said, grinning. “Naivety. It didn’t even occur to you that Averia’s Saviour bullshit makes her the ultimate peeping tom, as long as she’s got a legitimate excuse.”
“If it helps,” Averia said. “I use mental filters to handle any data related to you having sex, Ruby, because as attractive as you are, I only think of you as a sister, and I do not need anyone - I’m looking at you, Jahne - making any more sister fixation jokes. Also, just say the word, and I can bully Jahne for you.”
Somehow that did not make Ruby feel any better.
“Hey, Averia,” Ruby said. “Do you agree with Jahne? Am I naive?”
“Yes.” Averia chuckled. “Ruby, Yang gave you a book called Fifty Ways To Bonk Your Woman, and you assumed it was a guide in how to hit people over the head.”

If you can find better quality on the Internet. At first I tried to search tumblr.com for paintings by the published artist (so as not to repeat myself), but many published paintings are of poor quality, and therefore gave up these searches and will publish what I have, and if I do, I do reblogging. Good mood to you all! P.s. Sorry for my bad english.

Thoughts on Fire Emblem dragons?... Yes, all the dragons, if you have thoughts on them
Will narrow this down to the ones from the games I’ve played.
Mila and Duma - I don’t really have much to say on these two, they’re more of a stand-in for extremist ideologies to me and as characters I don’t think about them much.
Fae - Cute kid! Can be a little grating at times but overall her innocence is pretty cute.
Jahn - Kinda wish we got to see more of this guy, he’s sort of an exposition dump stuck in the past but there is some interesting stuff to explore with him.
Idunn - ;-; Having her laugh for the first time in ages at the end of FE6 is just heartwarming and I love her new alt in Heroes.
Nils - Decently fun character, wish he was a part of the team for longer than he was.
Ninian - Sweet girl trying her best despite everything. She and Nils deserved a much better father than they got.
Myrrh - I love Myrrh! Her support with Dozla is possibly my favourite comedy support in the game. And I feel so bad for her.
Morva - ;-;
I uh, don’t remember much of the PoR dragons, but I also found most of the cast who weren’t Elincia and her coterie kinda forgettable (sacrilege I’m sure) so I’m not sure I can answer this one.
Nowi - *sigh* She’s fine I guess.
Nah - I’ve never used Nah so I can’t really comment.
Tiki - Not super familiar with her as a child but I liked her quite a bit in Awakening! Especially her supports with Lucina. (Unfortunately seeing so many people complain she’d been “snubbed” in Heroes for so long has kind of soured me on her, but I’m sure that will wear off soon enough)
Grima - Good enough final boss I suppose.
Corrin - I don’t really have much of an opinion on them one way or another really. Sorry.
Kana - I’ve never used Kana so I can’t really comment.
Flayn - She’s such a good character! There’s a lot going on under the cutesy and sheltered surface.
Seteth - I really like Seteth too! Supportive yet overprotective dad yet can you really blame him after all he’s been through?
Rhea - My beloved. Took a long time to grow on me but is now a top two favourite from the game.
Sothis - Pretty darn fun. Another “kind of wish we got more of them” character.
Macuil - Kind of a dick, can’t really blame him.
Indech - Seems like a cool dude. Wish I could go live in a lake.
But also, they’re all dragons, and dragons are all cool.

I do wish jahn was in heroes, cause for a guy whos only narrative purpose is to serve as an exposition dump for a bunch of stuff they didn't otherwise sprinkle through the game/saved as last minute shocking truths hes very fascinating as a character, as there's a lot of ways you can interpret him.
personally i kinda get the impression hes something of a dragon murdock, a high ranking general who recognizes the immorality of the situation and his orders/actions but doesn't care and sticks the course anyways because of his intense loyalty to the cause/his liege. but theres enough evidence to suggest hes just an out of time bastard stuck up on the past and the injustices committed then as well. hell a possibility i find interesting is the concept of him being an amoral scientist type, fascinated by the possibilities presented to him but so stuck on a specific vision of the world that hes forcing a square peg into a round hole to fit his biased hypothesis. maybe even a mix of all three, maybe just some schmuk who had the bad fortune to be in the wrong place wrong time, or a more tragic figure who lost touch with himself after a thousand years of immobility and effective imprisonment.
and again, this is all about an asshole who shows up for one chapter and a tenth of another to serve as an expository faucet, and who doesn't give a shit that his friends blew up an innocent civilians soul to serve as a dragon wmd even referring to her as an icon of hope, which plays into the zealous/zealotry aspects of his character that make him such an interesting stew.
