Not art this time but...

Headcanon: Lucifer visits Earth every decade or so as a part of his job as the ruler of Hell. He does it to learn about new sins as "subtly" as he could.

Lucifer: What is ray-sings-sims? Raising-sims? Raisins? Rain-Race-sin? R-Racisms? YES! That! Is it the one where people hate on the opposite sex for absolutely no reason even though humans were all made of the same cosmic dust?

Black woman: (Looking amused at the most stereotypical rich white guy she's ever met asking about sexism and racism.)

Lucifer: Yeah. This cocaine thing is doing nothing for me. I don't really get it, but this is a sin too. So marking that off the list! Thanks for letting me have a go at this, uh, Mr. Dealer? That's your last name, right? Oh man. I'm really bad at remembering names, but have this as a token of my appreciation. (Gives him a thousand dollars which is basically worth even more at the time.)

Drug dealer: (Gobsmacked the guy was still able to keep walking after practically inhaling every drug in existence back then.)

Lucifer: So this, um, cult thing? How did it get assigned to our department again? It sounds just like what Heaven does to me. Huh. Ah well. I guess I'll just roll with it like everyone else here. (Shrugs.) Yay, cult! Sooo do I get to keep the robe? It's kinda comfy- Aw wait there's murder? One died a-and another... Oh... OH... Ooooh boy. Oof. Yikes... So this means I can DEFINITELY keep the robe, right?

Lucifer: Ah yes. Burning the witch. Time to list down all the sorry souls who threw their life into the flame by believing in the occult arts. (Lists down everyone in the crowd who burned said "witch.") And as for Ms. Agnes The Witch here... Hmm. Well, that's for Heaven to worry about! Toodles~! Or, uh, Tickety-Boo!

(Needless to say, dear Luci has been an accidental charmer back on Earth. ^v^ Specially to sinners and people who were just unjustly treated during those times. He just had to see what every sin was for himself and try them out from time to time, but he didn't know he's been perceived as acting with the manners and traditions he gathered from the LAST decade he was on Earth so to everyone who's long gone pass those times, he comes off as a polite old-school rich white man. Naive yet surprisingly non-judgemental.)

Hello! If it’s okay, can I request step 2 Qiu and Tamarack’s reactions to an MC who starts out shy and sweet in step 1 but turns cold and sarcastic as the years go by?

Ahhh, just like Qiu 😔 Usually when I write characters that turn cold like that, there's usually a reason behind it but im gonna do my best 😌 Hopefully its not too much of a downer

Tamarack Baumann

Tamarack doesn't exactly know what caused the shift in their best friend at all, they used to be sweet towards her just like Qiu

She doesn't even know if they still actually like being around her, despite their insistence that its not her

Though she was lucky she didn't get the brunt of it like everyone else does, she has seen their cold sour attitude rear its head towards others multiple times

And those multiple times, it only agitated or enraged the others involved. Sarcasm where it wasn't needed, the obvious coldness and gilbness towards other people's issues was not helping that either. It reminds her of the reasons why her and Qiu aren't friends anymore. And she doesn't like it

Her not liking it doesn't mean that she doesn't have to sit back and let it happen either. And it definitely doesn't mean you and her can't be friends anymore. After all, you're Not that way with her.

At least she hopes not. She would rather hang out with you instead of well. The alternative, but she is worried for them but doesn't know how to broach that topic at all just yet. So she will support them as best as she possibly can and know. She lost one friend and she doesn't want to lose another

Qiu Lin

Ah yes, Mx. IDGAF. To start off with this, Qiu wouldn't know shit about what caused that shift in you. They thought they had you pegged when you were younger but now... now this shift in behavior definitely threw them for a loop

Now it's not bad per se, the MC stopped giving a shit just like they did as well, which Qiu will always support, but that doesn't mean it makes sense to them either.

They are much more used to their quips or remarks about stuff now too, and subsequently how they treat people too. And for someone who acts the same way, it doesn't exactly soothe them when they see the MC act cold around people trying to help them.

Especially people like Tamarack. Of course, none of them are actually friends with each other! Not one bit! Though, they can't deny that at some point, watching Tamarack try and at least get to the bottom of it relaxed and enraged Qiu.

On one hand, someone else is watching out for them, but on the other hand, their fine the way they are right now! It's fine, everything is fine! At least that's what they tell themself to sleep at night.

But the MC is definitely going to find more "support" in Qiu than in Tamarack at the moment, I can see them just vibing together and throwing sarcasm at each other for funsies. But deep down, Qiu is worried, but they can't afford to care for others right now. They don't have that same energy like they did in 2010, and if the MC says their fine, their fine. Right?

Anyway... headcanon post: Yomi is cognitively impaired. Sources? the depths of my twisted mind ;3

Sometimes has quote unquote good days where his symptoms don't get as severe (or he/others don't think they do), sometimes he gets worse, it varies on the phase on the moon, the earth's axis and the horoscope. (according to Guillaume, it's all because he's a libra) (he attempts to squash her like a bug every time but she's just too fast man.....)

Slow reaction times (although it gets weird sometimes). Sometimes it's delayed by just a second or a few, sometimes for way more which causes problems ranging from mild annoyance to literally almost dying via honda tire. An example of this is when he might walk to a crosswalk, forgets that he actually needs to check if any cars are coming, walks onto traffic, oh look a car. He notices a car car coming, stops, knows he should move out of the way in that scenario, but it just doesn't occur to him to do that, and he just stands there staring almost completely frozen, deer-style, until finally either, A.) he realizes "oh shit I'm about to get ran over so that's what's happening maybe" and fucking bolts to the side at literal last minute, or B.) the driver stops for him and is about to leave the car and scream at him about it, before noticing that's the director and almost shitting themselves from raw fear then profusely apologizing. You know those crosswalks at Kanai Ward, that detect pedestrians and stop oncoming traffic for them? While they were mostly created for the citizens, an also big reason why they were able to exist is because the Yomi Squad funded it so well in order to stop him from killing himself one day. The bicycle paths are still a problem though and have claimed many of his bones to this day

Knows the city pretty well (allegedly), and is able to get around via yomi autopilot. He just walks with zero (or extremely irrelevant) thoughts in his head, not paying attention to almost anything, just getting guided by habit/reflex/walking on the same path so often he just memorizes when to turn or enter while not even having to look where he's going, you get me right? He'll probably be fine. As long as he doesn't snap out of it and regain consciousness. In that case he's reminded he exists, looks around, thinks "where the fuck am I", remembers what he's supposed to do after a moment, but then forgets how he even gets there in the first place and is effectively lost. So what he does is to recount every single detail, instruction and direction in which path he usually takes to get him to a point where he is currently (which might. take a While), and then he finally remembers where he is and can carry on as usual. Do NOT disturb him in this state or he will completely lose his train of thought and get incredibly pissed he has to do it all over and violently take it out on you or perhaps even everyone around too.

^How he deals with the above things is that he simply very, very rarely travels without somebody else, which either Martina or F-Zilch (not counting occassional Cop Entourage as that's a bit different). If they aren't available, he either picks some other (preferably quiet, the chatty types are always the most insufferable) employee of his, or just goes alone or refuses to leave his house at all that day.

Sometimes when someone is speaking to him he can feel that he's not gonna register any word of what they're gonna say and just loses focus. No, he won't ask them to repeat themselves, that's for pussies like Seth, if he didn't hear whatever it is they wanted to tell him then maybe it just isn't that important. Maybe.

Takes an awful long time to shower, as soon as his skin makes contact with water he ceases awareness of existing and he has to wait until he remembers he's alive until he keeps going. (though that isn't the sole reason as to why he cannot do it faster. but it's a part in it)

Tries to make an effort to keep track of important events via lists, reminder notes and planners, or frequently ends up asking his vice director Martina about certain things that happened beforehand (if they did at all) or are about to happen, since he's for sure not gonna remember that himself. Usually, at least. Sometimes he does have his memory down to every detail but only concerning certain things his shit brain cares about more, such as "during that exact time that evening Seth blinked at you rather disrespectfully" or "here's that masked freak's speech to you that morning, perfectly recalled, down to the last detail, for you to dissect and get mad about for the remainder of the week"

All of these annoy, stress out and infuriate him greatly

Headcanons regarding Rouxls's whole worm thing?

oufghh took me a while to finally answer to this ask, been trying to condense and word this well for like 10 days by now, i keep trailing off to unrelated tangents(and i still am trailing off SO much, and all of this is still not too comprehensible),,., but thats such a cool thing to try and dissect, or rather ??try to explain it to others??,, in my head the whole worm thing just really Makes Sense, so it's kinda difficult for the reason of "wait, people don't get it???"

in terms of speech, Worm/Worms for him is like a more unique way to say dude/guys/everyone/y'all/kids/fellas (fyi i mean dude/guys in a gender neutral way, its already used this way in game by a whole lot of characters so it wouldn't exactly be weird??), and, occasionally, a substitute for "fool(s)" in a lighthearted way!! it's not used in a particularly negative way, it's just informal and slightly disrespectful/condescending but it isn't intended to be a straight up insult on its own! thats why he sometimes adds adjectives to indicate if it's on a more condescending or nice side ("gullible worms"/"ungrateful worms" - "my good worms"),, he's just having fun with calling people worms and the fact that many people struggle comprehending what the HECK he's saying, he's engaging in some tomfoolery :] i mean,,,, my only reason for this is that he's just really inconsistent and had called the group "guys" in "Thoust guys really think that was all I hadst!?" phrase, CH1 his second puzzle, and also "maties" in "Solveth my puzzleth, yon Maties!", CH2 when he goes for the pirate accent, and in both instances it feels right if one were to replace "maties"/"guys" for "worms",, it works the other way around too, but worm(s) generally replaces a handful of words so just "guys" wouldn't work in every situation???? every "guys" is replaceable with "worms" but not every "worms" is replaceable with "guys" if that makes sense

as for why it's worms and not literally any other word in the engrish dictionary - he probably just felt like it,,. sounds like a total copout but i feel like it makes sense in a way that it,, doesn't make sense. there really is no deeply rooted reason behind that whatsoever, he probably just started calling people worms randomly and seeing how people got confused over it he just doubled down on that, he gets to be eccentric and confuse the heck people so,, why not?? he's having fun and he doesn't really actually hurt anyone by doing that

i literally don't know how to try and explain my headcanons regarding worm stuff (or like 80% of all of Rouxls behaviour) with anything that isnt just "he just felt like doing that", i look at him from the perspective of my diagnosed MENTAL_HEALTH_CONDITION_NAME and it's just like,, "i get it" without being able to explain as to why i get it, as stupid as it is sfjsdfdgv

Just Koushiro Izumi Things

Concept, or, an A.U. I Haven't Written Yet: One day, Koushiro just isn't responding to any of the Chosen who try to get in touch - including the 02 Chosen, who were currently heading the group in the Adventure Chosen's various absences. They begin to panic a bit, because a Situation is happening, and they Can't Get In Touch With Koushiro, The Only One Who May Have A Semblance of Whats Even Going On (Technologically) Here. Taichi tries to get to the bottom of what's going on, by attempting to find out where Koushiro is, trying to get in touch more directly - but Koushiro isn't even answering Koushiro's personal cell number. It's only after Koushiro's left for a couple days - and after Taichi finally gets back in touch with the Izumi household (Mrs. Izumi had answered calls from Taichi before, so Mrs. Izuzmi knows Taichi enough) that they finally find out what's going on - Koushiro took a days+-long trip to visit the cemetary where Koushiro's biological relatives are buried. (Koushiro does this every year, after all. Notably for ohigan.) But now the Situation is getting out of hand - and Koushiro is somewhere with bad cell reception - so Taichi's the one who has to go help pick Koushiro back up (and FAST). There's just one other problem - Koushiro hasn't actually told the Chosen about BEING an Adoptee yet.

every time i want to express a newsies opinion i remember the time i made one vague comment about a fic in the newsies ao3 tag and got more responses than my 10 follower having ass had ever gotten, none of which were about the fic i was actually talking about, all of which became more polarizing, judgemental and aggressive on both ends of an argument that i was not making, and then got accused of being an anti-intellectual pro-censorship sanitizer of queer fanfic who clearly needs to grow up. and again none of this was even close to the fic i was referencing.

(Zoro x she/her pronoun s/o)

S/o as the imposter always causes chaos - mainly for Zoro

For some reason the meathead never sees her attacks coming and will trust her every time she says she is in trouble or someone is after her

Always manages to kill him near a vent so she can escape easily and act so innocent to everyone else that they never see it coming

Is very tactical of making plans and teaming up with people

Easily convinces those who are easy to fight against so she can turn on them and sneakily get away with it - like Sanji (since she is female) or Chopper

Is always one step ahead of everyone as she knows their moves and queues like the back of her hand - makes winning the game a breeze for her

In emergency meeting she always has an alibi when she get accused of being the imposter which throws everyone off her trail

Is very logical and smart about her choices and thinks through everything - most of the crew too oblivious to her plans or patterns of attack

If anyone - such as Nami or Usopp - is still sceptical of her, they will become her next target

She does this by trapping them somewhere with no onlookers and casually setting Zoro up to make it look like he is the imposter

Will always have one person on the inside for backup in case things go out of her control - probably Robin

If people start to catch on that she’s being ‘suss’ and killing off the same people in a pattern (eg Zoro first) she will throw the pattern off by killing others until she no longer considered “suss”

Will kill off her alibi and inside people to make the plan more believable

Loves to return back to the old habit of killing Zoro off first - fuels her to see the frustration while he can’t play or intervene

Will always trick Zoro into thinking he can trust her and wants to team up with him again - will lead him on for as long as she can and act very innocent until she finds the perfect opportunity to backstab him

She wins the game every single time

Zoro as the imposter never works to his favour

His s/o somehow always knows - whether it is some twitch in his eye or being extra hands on with his swords - she always knows

She will either rat him out in an emergency meeting before he has a chance to attack anyone or team up with him to save herself and distract him enough to ensure the rest of the crew gets everything done in time - mainly guiding him in the wrong directions

Sneaks up on him or casually follows him around and watches as he sabotages himself again and again - even without her input

Isn't the best with playing smart - will just rip through anyone in his way even if there are people watching

Refuses to team up with anyone besides his s/o or Luffy - won't tell either of them if he is the imposter

Luffy is the only person Zoro refuses to kill - knows his s/o is too smart and crafty to get caught and killed by him

Doesn't know how to use the vent or pretend to be doing any of the tasks so if his s/o doesn't rat him out someone else will catch on soon enough

He loses the game every single time

If anyone that isn’t Zoro or his s/o is imposter it becomes every man for themselves

Both are too competitive to care who it is if it isn’t each other but love to sabotage each other regardless

As usual, s/o will deter Zoro in the wrong direction or send him somewhere that the imposter is if she figures it out

Always has a bet on to see who can last the longest

If Zoro gets attacked he will not hesitate to fight back if he can - sometimes he ends up killing the imposter and the game has to restart

His s/o rarely gets killed - only to help out her own alibis for a favour or Chopper if he pleads her enough so he can have at least one kill streak

If they end up running into each other or are being chased, Zoro will throw her over his shoulder and just run wherever he can to escape - will most likely get them both killed in the process as he gets cornered or lost

In emergency meetings it turns to absolute madness with everyone blaming each other - Zoro always digging himself a deeper hole by rarely talking or speaking out of line

His s/o, however, has a much more methodical approach, playing each person to her advantage to get them off her back - picking up clues and habits along the way to turn the conversation off her

Will always go back to Zoro at the end of every game to check over him and make sure he still loves her/isn't mad at her - his constant stoic response and reassurance gives her that extra boost she needs to do it all over again - without Zoro even noticing her planning her next move

I have been on semi-haitus bc I recently got diagnosed with hypertension (at 24!!!! what da fuck!) so I've been trying to reduce some stress in my life while also trying to like figure out what I need to change diet/lifestyle wise and get all the testing done that I need to get done and figure out medication w my Dr. it's been kind of a lot
