SHUT UP this is EVERYTHINGGGGG... oh my god i had the longest day today and this... this is huge. im so happy this is what i came home to!!!

okay i tried writing everything i was excited about in the tags but it just went on for so long that i'm putting it under a readmore instead:

oh my god i LOVE how ryan kopel your davey is. like just looking at him you know immediately it's ryan kopel. the face structure, the expression, the EYES, it's all so flawlessly ryan kopel's davey. mwah. exceptional.

the jacket?? EVERYTHING. i LOVE the jacket. the autism pin is so special and also :''') he wears enamel pins on his collar like i do :''') love it. but the branching flower embroidery on his shoulder? genius. inspired. that is COOKING actually...

i had to make this a separate number - i cannot BELIEVE you used one of the posts in the manhattan wv tags for a patch. i love it. beautiful. that made me SO happy. the dinosaur!! it's the dinosaur!!

THE OUTSIDE VIEW. STUNNING. the way you drew the light?? see this is PRECISELY why i think MWV's natural evolution is a graphic novel because that is such a clever way to interpret that scene and i never could've written it that way!!

the details on the diner add SO much character. the claw marks. the posters. it's all so flavourful and really makes the world a WORLD. especially the 'don't feed the snipes' sign!!! that's got to be my favourite i think...

KAZIMIERA!! SHE'S THERE!!! oh my god you drew her so well. i don't think i've posted anything about her personality but i really feel the Sass in that pose. that's my girl right there.

the eyes???? the EYES.... oh that's so smart. so clever. i need to start using more eye imagery NOW. manhattan just wants to see what's going on man!! she's just having a li'l peek!! she doesn't mean to be creepy!!

kat i absolutely adore this, it's so beautiful and i can't believe how much work you put into all these tiny details! i could spend forever just squinting at the backdrops for any little easter egg, it's FANTASTIC. thank you so much!!
