- that one SABER worker thought they had escaped the flerken kittens and got swallowed almost immediately
- Carol’s bed on her spaceship( it looks cozy and lonely at the same time
- Goose acting like a cat in general
- The entire Khan family
- RIP that one couch in the Khan house(it got eaten by Goose
- Everything Kamala wears( props to the costume department
- That Jelly fish hat Carol wears on the musical planet(I don’t remember the name
- Every single Fury and Muneeba (Kamala’s mom) interaction
- Kamala dancing along with the crowd on musical planet
- Monica’s hair clipper on her new suit
- Monica’s co-workers(wish we got to know them more they seem nice
- That one joke about(mostly Monica) keep touching glowing mysterious things
- “Oh captain my captain”
- Kamala and Carol doing finger guns at each other
- Tessa Thompson in a SUIT
- Carol and King Valkyrie hugging
- Every single group hug

tfw when you read the acknowledgements for an academic text on an incredibly niche subject and realize the author is the brother-in-law of a grad school classmate (in a discipline that is only somewhat tangentially related to the book in question)
#i got to north beach too early for the bill irwin/freestyle love supreme show because anxiety#so i killed some time in city lights#and eventually remembered where their film section is#and came out with this book#which i then was able to share with my seat neighbor at the show#who turned out to be an antiques collector and the president of the jack benny fan club#we had a lovely chat#despite it being my SECOND social interaction of the day#storebought brain chemicals for the win#(the book is ink-stained hollywood: the triumph of american cinema's trade press by eric hoyt)

hawks is weird with endeavor in a “he saved me as a kid/i see him as a replacement father figure” way, i’m not sure how people interpret that as hawks wanting him in any other ways, it kind of creeps me out
and i find it so interesting to dig more into this (barely there) subplot like yeah let's unpack hawks' clinginess and blind loyalty let's think about how endeavor would react to that and try to navigate that because hawks wants to be squeeze himself into that family so so badly and hten there's the dabi baggage too like where do we go from here!!!

#talking tag;#ok so. story time sure why not#today is my first day of uni and i had classes from 8.30 am to 11:45 which was. fine i was exhasuted but it was fine#and then i had to wait to meet some friends for lunch and i started writting and it just hit me that totp is actually over 50k words#and it's like brooooo i literally wrote a novel length fic (that's still not done btw! not close!) and for whattt who even has the time#to read something like that like why bother. it's not even (directly) about the main characters and i just#i'm afraid that i'm repeating myself i'm afraid that chracters are not being developed like i hoped they would i'm afraid that no one will#care and i'm also afraid that the people that do care won't like it#and then i met with my friends who study cinema and they bumped into people from their classes and i was just.#there listening to their conversations without interacting like what the FUCKKK am i doing here pretending that i fit in with the cool#cretive people and that my prose is any good at all#just. 50 thousand words of fanfiction and i'm worried that none of them are any good#but lately my motto is that i will figure it out so. i will figure it out#i did cry about it (lmao) which i'm counting as progress from the empty nothingness i felt around this time of year a year ago#but yeah man it sucks. totp is my baby but (just like kim lmao) my default is being hard on myself. i just can't not be#i think i'll write on my diary about this and then!!! we move on. oh well#i will finish totp that's a promise but yeah. today just hasn't been great i guess#and i have no one in my life to talk to about this so!!!!!! shouting into the void i guess

literally how did we manage to work/study from home for all of covid lockdown era when i'm doing this for one day and the day feels never-ending
#also the reason i'm working from home today is: i wanna go see barbie in the cinema but i live in a village#so if i work from home i can just leave early and go straight from here to the city centre#also my supervisor isn't at work and as an intern i'm not even in the System so i can do what i want because no one is checking#it's not like i interact with anyone at work anyway lol
