How/where did you go to download Lamento?? 😭 I’ve been trying for so long
Hello! Thanks for sending an ask. ^^
This is a bit of a long post, so I'll be putting it under the cut.
The installation guide that I used to install Lamento is this one, which worked for me. The installation files that it links is here, and the link to the English patch from AarinFantasy (the original thread requires an account, but this is what it links to) is here.
Screenshots from the AarinFantasy thread of the most important information (in case you don't have/don't want to create an account) are below.
Firstly, you really don't need Daemon Tools from the guide if you're on Windows 10, you should just be able to right click on the .iso and select "mount" for it to open. Your computer locale will need to also be set to Japanese for the game to run (not on Windows at the moment so I don't have the exact location, but it's in the region/language settings). The copy of the game is not the Windows 10 version, so you'll need the patch files for the original game (cg-fullpatch.npa for uncensored CGs (not mosaic, they drew over the original image to show their dicks lol) or cg-buttonspatch.npa (original mosaic censoring) + nss-fullpatch2.3.npa).
Essentially: ensure your computer locale is in Japanese, download the game from the .iso and then run the update .exe files, replace the .exe with the cracked one provided in the .rar, rename + throw the patch files in the same folder that the Lamento .exe is, put it in Windows XP (service pack 3) compatibility mode, and just try to run it.
One thing to note is that the game runs pretty small and fullscreen on a wide monitor doesn't look too nice, so I change my computer resolution to 800 x 600 whenever I play. That step isn't required, it just makes it look a lot nicer.

I've been saying this for years but I've finally found the funniest way to say it, in the MCU Tony Stark isn't so much Peter Parker's father figure as he is his deadbeat dad figure. Like Tony shows up once a year to take Peter to a baseball game kinda vibe. Tony in homecoming is like hey kid I know I haven't seen or spoken to you in months but I bought you something and that's basically the same as emotional support. Tony taking Peter to Germany in civil war is like when your deadbeat dad tells your mom you're having father-son time but he's really just taking you to his guys' poker night and trying to get you to cheat for him.
