wait because seriously being an adult therian fucking rips, especially when you start being independent.
dog with a blog? nah. dog with a JOB. i come into work with my tail and my theta delta necklace and the building implodes from my sheer swag. weirdo teenagers love me. also having your own paycheck means you can get whatever gear/treats you want (once bills are paid, of course - bet youve never heard a dog say that!)
living in your own apartment? well the pet limit is 2 but if i include myself im going over the limit. whoops! good thing i love lying to landlords (fuck landlords). living alone (no roomie) is even better bc theres no one to judge you for your animal habits. i can make a huge den in the living room and who is going to stop me?
i even have my own health insurance. bro. imagine being a dog with medicaid. im climbing the walls and howling and barking. i love being a dog filling out government paperwork.
having your own vehicle? THIS DOG CAN DRIVE! if i feel like going to the lake i can just go to the lake! nobody is stopping me! midnight ride with the windows down to howl at the moon? yes please!!
you can literally just go wherever bro. i moved 11 hours from my hometown to the mountains to feel more at home. i lived in the great plains and now i can just go out for a hike in the rockies and howl at the sky.
being an adult therian slaps so fucking hard i cant wait for the youth to grow up and experience the joy of freedom. yes being an adult is incredibly stressful but if youve been stifled living with family, you get a real chance to develop who you truly are. adult therians i love you im rubbing against your neck and mixing our scents. mwah.

At the Retiro park on may 4th for more battle reenactments and a picnic! There were several hundred reenactors! it was a record number this year and walking around the park seeing soldier camps and groups of both gentry and working class reenactors as far as the eye can see you could tell!! We played historical outdoor games with sticks and hoops, danced to live music played by some of the soldiers who joined us and brought some instruments, had a delicious meal and ice-cream at the park and then tea at a restaurant, a lovely day! 😊

every time i come across the statian notion of 'living in an apartment = being poor' i get brain rot cause for me living in an apartment is normal. in fact i will assume you live in an apartment unless stated otherwise.
#house and apartment are synonyms for me#the other day i was talking to my best friend and he told me this other mutual friend of us who is very successful just bought a house#and i was already dissociating cause we're 25 we're babies#but i kept asking if he knew where was this house (assuming apartment)#and then he told me it was next to where our other best friend lives and i just. forgot to function#cause this friend lives in an actual house. semidetached i think it's the actual term?#and my brain could not comprehend that my friend not only had bought a house at 25 BUT AN ACTUAL INDEPENDENT HOUSE NOT AN APARTMENT ?????#i'm still in shock over this btw it's been weeks and i'm not over it

random question, do you think it's possible for someone who has lost their creativity to regain it? ..asking for a friend..
im not sure what your situation is, but i believe everyone has creative potential just from being a human being and you cant just permanently lose your creativity. i struggle with losing creativity at times, usually its when I go into a depressive period. I usually just keep making art through it, ill look through old ideas I wrote down or work on commissions just stuff that doesnt require a ton of creativity but keeps me working on art. even if I dont feel good doing it just doing the work of making art helps me to eventually want to make art again
#i dont rly have any advice for this sorry#but this kind of sounds like burnout#idk if what I do will work for you or not all i can really do is share how i deal w it#i go in and out of depressive episodes kind of like bipolar but without manic episodes#i just feel like total shit for some weeks or months and then feel normal again and its independent of enviornmental stuff or triggers#i cant rly do anything about it except try to lessen the depression w meds and such

Why is it always people who don't even like Arya trying to police how we speak about her? They clearly don't read her chapters and couldn't come up with five things they like about her to save their lives, yet they're always worrying about what we have to say. They really can't stand that we don't view her as a one-dimensional prop for another character 🥴

THE number one most irritating thing about life is deciding when you're meant to speak or make eye contact and when you're not, and for how long and how many phrases you're meant to say at a time
