i think i’m on episode 7 or 8! i really really really really really like terry. he’s so…i don’t really have the words to describe him that well bc i’m still learning his character but i do like him a lot and he is my emo bf. bruce wayne could still get it even at his rickety age idc. victor fries (mr. freeze) is one of my fave dc villains, he’s always evil but also teeter tottering on “morally grey” and i like that so i’m so glad he made an appearance this early on in the show. i also really liked inque’s powers and she was really kicking ass like when terry was like “i take it u don’t like water” or smth and then she went into the grout around the pool and blew up the pool or whatever ??? like yeah i was rooting for terry but i have to give credit where credit is due. i also really like the jokerz, not as actual villains but its funny that this random gang of people think they’re evil fr when they could never ever touch the actual jokers level of villainy and even bruce acknowledges that when him and terry are taking them down together. i also really like the art style, it reminds of some of my absolute fave cartoons and it has that late 90s early 2000’s graininess that’s so nostalgic. literally about to get a little snacky snack and then tune in again

i do adore mr freeze :) i love that he was included, i especially love his voice actor i think he does such an incredible job with victor fries. my favorite depictions of him always include his aversion to actual crime lords bcos he thinks of them pretentious self assured simpletons. sure he kills people sometimes, but he doesn't suck his own dick about it, hes here with a righteous purpose! telling this shit to himself as if hes not self assured. i dig it. uses his wife as a scapegoat a lot of the time, like when was the last time he asked nora what she wanted? hes so funny

inque! my darling inque. truly her character design is superior. smooth, easy to read. shifts between human and entity. she's very defined as a villain tbh, someone interesting to watch without needing to name drop one of batman's past villains for views, you know? she's sick as fuck tbh, her statements always rock like the pool one.

i adore the art style, im pretty sure its bcos the same guys that worked on batman: the animated series went on to create batman beyond, so it's familiar. also they and the justice league (2001) + unlimited are a part of the dini-verse/timm-verse which is paul dini and bruce timm who've worked on those projects and exist on one plane.

hmmmmm not sure tbh i cant rly think of anything / i think of too many things that it cant rly be catergorized into anything coherent. a lot of my style was rly influenced by artists that i grew up on but i think ive gone thru a lot over the years and some of that influence has rly faded :( i used to be into rly cartoony artists like kasey golden a long time ago and i kinda miss how like, unique and not-same-face-syndrome-y i used to draw characters. i do tend to have a lot of design flairs that im still rly attached to and youll see them around from time to time LOL

7. A medium of art you don't work in but appreciate

uhhh oil painting? or like, painting in general i guess, im really terrible at it but i love it sm its so cool. its the opposite for charcoal tho its pretty fun to mess around with it but i have no appreciation for works with it :/// i dont rly like it especially if its like, just realistic stuff i think its boring if its just like. a straight up portrait with nothing else creative abt it 😭

i usually just have it named w the charac im drawing in it and then with a number if theres more than one file w the charac so like scar.mdp, scar + timbertie.mdp, ace.mdp, YAMA3.mdp, str6.mdp, 2sgr3.mdp, or sometimes like, doodles.mdp doodles1.mdp doodles3.mdp doodles4.mdp doodles6.mdp usually when theres more than one character in the file. i used to put just number 1, 2, 3 etc as the file names so that theyd show alphabetically but it was rly better to have at least a name of what was in the drawing

11. Do you listen to anything while drawing? If so, what

i listen to music At All Times. first thing i do when i open my laptop i immediately open youtube to play music. i dont really have like a specific playlist for when im drawing something specific but sometimes i do get like. really into and obsessed w a song and just play that on loop. ive been rly obsessed recently w zild and the amazing devil

14. Any favorite motifs

i looooove love love love love yellow and the sun and sunflowers not quite as a specific motif but like. to show/ joy. happiness. hope. i eat that shit up 💛🫶

🤝 critiquing the thing but enjoying it .. i get you!! honestly idk when you last watched it (after it got cancelled after s2?) and i will say that like. i was watching it for the first time with a friend who was rewatching + he didn't remember much abt them either. but the relationship just has. dubious foundation (imo) that does Not get addressed 😭 i won't say anything on the actual plot of their relationship but don't be worried 😭 im more talking about the state of the writing for both characters because it never seems to get proper resolutions or depth where it desperately needs it

i really enjoy the concept of yja most of the time (s1, most of 2, most of 4) i just wish the writers didnt bite off more than they could handle because i stare at the writing sometimes. that being said. the middle of season 4 is some of the most fun i think i had its genuinely so so good hehe. hope u have fun with it when u get there.. the state of the overall writing for yja i think acts like an inverse bell curve. theres still good to be found tho :]

u dont feel like a newcomer to me!! theres just like. a staggering amount of history and iterations of every character 😭 i feel like ill never get over feeling new either!! at some point u just give up and frankenstein

angel s/i rambles below the cut!

okay OKAY so my angel s/i (his name is just mine. boring, ik), i have taken A Lot of liberties with because of the lack of knowledge we had at the time about the celestial realm in obey me - a lot of my celestial realm stuff is just reworked from an old project i had floating about so i guess you could basically consider it an AU at this point.

anyways, the angels are loosely sorted into different 'castes' named after metals and the like that match the colour of their blood (though in their human forms they do still have 'humanish' traits like blushing and the like because of how frequently they interact with the mortal realm). i imagine the celestial realm to be a big spire that looks vaguely like a phyllotactic tower (if youre not familiar, look em up, theyre based off of plants and are super neat! theyre designed to allow each level to have some amount of sunlight!)

anyways, onto Actual Stuff about him, he looks a lot like me but with some silly angelic traits (though i imagine he does have a really cool 'true form' (aka what is used for combat)). here's a scribble i did some time ago!

his whole premise is that he's in an arranged marriage with Diavolo, the main fic is set some time after the Big Celestial War, after some other skirmishes and whatnot (insert whatever smart sounding exposition here), and he was chosen because he was like .. relatively high ranking (electrum caste, right between gold and silver), he played enough of a visible part in negotiations to be offered as a sort of 'token of peace', and has been told time and time again what an honour it is to be married to the demon lord

in the main au at least, he's pretty content and happy, he falls for diavolo and develops a big qpp crush on lucifer, causes a general ruckus in the devildom because of his weird angel habits (hes also the first fully fledged angel to live in the devildom which is like unheard of at the time).

he's a little goofy silly, and sort of sucks with a lot of the expectations and manners and such that the celestial realms enforced so heavily (both due to the electrum caste being a sort of .. group of oddballs/a bit more laid back and the fact that hes just .. kinda naturally a bit Strange (read: neurodivergent)) but he does his very best (even if the outlandish stuff he does leaves even barbatos reeling at times)

umm yea twirling my hair nervously im not rly sure what else to say about him but ive written a pretty decent amount for him and i just love the relationship he has with dia, this AU as a whole just holds a really dear place in my heart, there's something fun about arranged marriages tbh!

damn the chars r great like even the seemingly insignificant side chars have their own stories and i just feel for all of them sigh like the green-haired cultivator who "abandoned" zhiyi bc he wanted someone stronger but then it seems like he had a falling out w his partner n then the partner died?? n then he vowed to nvr take a second contract demon i read it n i was like KNIVES AUTHORNIM KNIVES and also the seemingly happy-go-lucky shifu who gave some exposition in an extra part abt how cultivators can choose what they want to look like, they can even look young forever if they want to, and he gets asked then why do u look so old n he just goes quiet like bc the one person who appreciated my appearance is no longer here n i was like WOW SUDDEN KNIVES...

yknow they made it such a big deal abt how demon lifespans r much longer than humans n thats why they discourage demon-human relationships but like it's also heartbreaking to see these humans who loved their demon partners n will remember them for the rest of their long, long lives

the wolf sidestory bro i thought fusa was just gna be one of those annoying 2ml but this author doesn't disappoint i was looking at his v eye-catching assistant like wow hes putting this unruly prince in line i wonder if theres... something...... and when the lantern festival comes it was Very Clear that assistant felt Something and then!! the backstory!!!! im broken they're So Good

and the token bestie of the ml even he has a backstory and an actual explanation for his gag blank face portrayal like damn i can rly feel the love this author has for this series

lol i havent actually talked abt the main cp of the series they're v cute but the vanilla kind of cute but like the beginning when the gong won the martial arts tournament to show that he's the best option for his shou and the shou was like convinced he wasn't gna be chosen but then he was!!! precious so very precious

I DO HAVE MORE QUESTIONS. We're having trouble on how we want them to look, like purple highlights are cool but it's an over-used color & we want them to look cool, we also can't visualise things in our head, theres this thing that it's professionally called but idk how to spell it, but like, good at writing story! just in brain, no need to write it down but ONLY after we've designed a character. we've had madcom ocs before but like we've just.. forgotten? yeah- we rarely drew or talked about our ocs bc they werent interesting HOWEVER we want something cool but more importantly we're massively struggling on: - how to draw decent clothes - color palletes - drawing different body types (we're trying but it always looks off) - more facial expressions & how cool they could be (we only rlly know how to do shocked/happy, not sad or talking or anything like that) - poses? we kinda get it but its still shitty yea :') im so sorry if this is a bit too much for you but like ur the best person we know to ask on drawing tips TBH.. so like.. yea :') (we say "yea :')" too much

HMMMM…. yeah this is a lot.. id need what u Do have of the character to rly help but for color palettes, i stick w tinted grays for overall clothes? also colors i associate w the character overall.. bodytypes.. Ill be honest they kind of come naturally to me but as for WHAT bodytype your blorbo can have i consider Genetics(very important). What they might eat. What they do for a living and how that might affect how strong their legs are(example venus when shes a normal agent. she works out her arms yeah but she also does a lot of running around so like. by default her legs are strong as FUCK) and affect how strong their Arms are how it affects their overall form etc etc.. facial expressions i dont know if i can help w that much either. they come to me naturally aswell. maybbeeee some advice i can give is like.. dont b afraid to exaggerate. AND for sad expressions or “uglier” expressions like an ugly cry, ADD WRINKLES!! when youre crying sobbing your eyes out YOUR FACE WILL WRINKLE UP. i also like adding little shadow lines between the eyes to depict like. a sense of Seriousness.POSES? line of action and be loose. go crazy have fun. dont overthink it!! um. i hope this could help TEEHEE.

more oc doodles... tested a braid for him!! also made the butterfly motif more obvious w the butterfly clips... i rly wanted him to have them but rarely drew him from the back so...

this post is kinda short so gonna post some old art w commentary under the cut bc i dont think i posted them here before🤧 thought i did but....

(oct 2020) happy to see visible improvement from then heh... this is where i first got him closer to his current design/palette + decided on the purple/yellow palette and the inverting eye color idea... normally pretty and shiny but w a creepy spotted butterfly eye look when using his powers (simplified the dots to just 3 in his current design)...

more recent doodles (apr 2022)... these r cute tbh i like the 2nd pic, he looks so fluffy + u can see the butterfly hairtie... but i still wasnt satisfied w his design...

in my most recent attempt at designing him(aug 2023) i changed several things... made his bangs longer for a more elegant look(which is actually closer to how it was before)... figured out how to draw his eyes + eyebrows better + more consistent(had been going back n forth btwn double/mono eyelids and thick/thin eyebrows... finally settled on sleepy double eyelids + thick brows) + i also changed the placement of his moles... (used to be right under his eye; changed to middle of cheek + another near the nose.. aka the txt soobin mole KFJKS I like how this new placement gives him a softer and gentle elegant look?? it's subtle but I like it a lot better... Oh also I made his sideburn locks shorter instead of long and curly and I like this change a lot too... idk it looks cuter to me KJFKS I gave him the long curly ones before bc i thought it'd look more unique but... i decided it's more important that I personally like it rather than just give traits to set him apart... he already looks plenty flashy w his eyes and colors anyway🤧

bonus: another pass from p recently (may 2023) where, unsatisfied and wondering how to fix his design, attempted straying further from prev attempts by testing a middle part (and also a mole near his mouth)... but I was actually getting colder and not warmer.... I don't like these but at least I tested it to know that I don't like it!! u can also see a test doodle of the spiky green guy (hyojun) here lol

And finally, here's 1 of his very first design attempts from way back in aug 2019!!! (u can see early hyojun too...)

This was back when I was just starting to figure the current ver of his chara/personality/role in the story... not fleshed out at all but i at least had a vague idea and this was when I decided he would be purple (instead of other palette ideas i had considered earlier like brown hair, orange coding...) But at this early stage I hadnt come up with the butterfly motif, or the purple/yellow palette (he was purple/magenta here) or darker skin... Tbh I consider this a "beta design" bc theres sm thing that were diff/not decided yet but it's technically the same chara ckdbf

I can't fit any more images ㅠㅠ but u can see more concept sketches in this twitter thread... and yea I was testing an inverted eye concept even back then... I really liked this idea so I didn't want to abandon it, and im happy I made it even better since w the butterfly concept *_*

cries think I made my ask too long so like half of it got deleted bc I typed it right into the askbox. anyways. I come bearing a3 thoughts! at first i was gonna watch the spring/summer and autumn/winter ones and then give my thoughts on both but. turns out i had too many thoughts lol? which i shouldve expected but i actually kind of... got bored by the first two chapters of this event! so i skipped and went to the stranger. and then went back. (1/?)

and then i got to like "tsuzuru and kazunari are having a fight?" and jumped on that like a starving wolf bc helllll yeah! i rly adored kazunari in sardine search, i think he was great! hes just so nice and has good vibes. he and taichi are kind of similar i feel? but i think their respective ages contribute to a lot of difference in their characters. why does it feel like this askbox limit personally wants me dead. (2/?)

anyways! i rly enjoyed the improv scene devolving to a real fight. admittedly i was kinda surprised that the content of that improv wasnt rly too similar to their actual fight? like normally a3 has the story of the play run parallel to like the actual real character drama so i thought the improv might function as the play in this event... it was still good tho. the scene i mean. (3/?)

also i rly liked tenma ragging on them afterwards. like he was mean but. first i adore tenma. second he just felt like. a different meddling type to muku lol? like the vibes he gave me were always like... im going to be a considerate leader and watch out for the ppl under me! therefore im gonna make sure theyre doing fine! aggressively. i think tenmas also just like a friendly person who likes to take care of others in general? like im not saying hes omi or anything but just like. (4/?)

that time he offers his car ride to juza so they can go to school together like hes surprisingly open compared to his initial prickliness. also ive got thoughts abt the tenma juza SSR conversation thing i read. one day ill make a tenma and juza fic and complete a trifecta haha... but thats something for another day! back to the actual story. the way tsuzuru dives right in after kazunari! that was so nice. like its easy to see how much they care abt each other. to the point where like even while theyre fighting theyre like angry but still like fairly quiet bc i think theyre both at least trying to be considerate of each other. ah the moment kazunari didnt respond to tsuzuru trying to talk to him i KNEW he was sick tho. felt proud of myself for calling that one but also the reason i knew is bc i have used the "character being sick during an argument causing them both to make up with each other" trope myself before so uh. like recognizes like haha. anyways the cg there was fuckin beautiful like kazunari looks so sad in the middle bit but then u see his shy smile? like hes sick but hes also like. happy to be there. idk. lovely. i adore kazu i think hes just deeply sweet to other people. tsuzuru telling him "you make everyone around you feel as bright and cheery as the things you design” is so wonderful too (7/?)

now im thinking. ah tsuzuru probably feels quite drained after a script and such (i know i am when i finish any piece--its like the emotions just rush out of me) so i like to think that like yknow. kazunari dropping by his room or whatever helps him set himself back to normal! but also when tsuzurus like oh u left ur magazines here! i suddenly remembered. wait shit kazunari and tsuzuru arent even roommates. wonder how much they bother masumi lmaooo. anyways overall very good story! some more thoughts: itaru and citron were so cute in this event! just like. citron saying itaru winking makes his heart skip a beat and itaru quoting citrons wrong sayings (which. i am also guilty of today i told my brother "we'll jump that bridge when we cross it" so) also i love how yuki is like "thank god i wasnt partnered with that hack" but like. yuki. u could literally just not talk about him. like its so funny to me yuki is like wow i hate tenma but he wont shut up abt him haha (9/?)

i also was a lil taken aback at hearing itaru go "for the lulz" tbh... like it fits him. but im mad it fits him? anywaysss thats all i had for this one! im gonna watch autumn/winter and go say my thoughts on that soon. sorry the ask was so broken up, idk what happened!

I'm putting my answer under a read more because. Well. *waves hand* it got long.

The non-play events can be perhaps a little harder to get into because unlike the plays events that you start with a clear idea of at least the main plot (re: "they are preparing a play, i know the leads so i know who it will focus on"), non-plays events take a little longer to first set up what event they're participating in, how to prepare for it, and then bring up the conflict and which characters are going to have something to do with said conflict. So i can understand that they're a little harder to get into when we know the plays awaits.

On top of that, the first few events still were a bit tame because since it was early when the app released, i think they didn't go too heavy at once in case some people were still stuck on earlier chapters (esp since especially Winter is hard to unlock)

Totally agreeing with you about Kazunari, and very good point about Taichi as well! they aren't the Puppy Pair for nothing :'D (Yuki took one look at both of them together and just Knew. His suffering knows no end (lovingly)). But yeah i think they have a lot in common, they both are the really bright and friendly figure, both also started in overcompensating a bit because both wanted to be popular in some ways.

But we do have, on one hand, Kazunari who wanted that rather late in his life while Taichi always thrived for that, the fact Kazunari made friends easily and it's just that he was scared of getting to the next level, while Taichi always struggled with this quest for popularity. In a way too both of them were at least scared to share a part of them, Kazunari worrying to show his thoughts, and Taichi being a spy and all of that... which impacts them really differently considering the guilt it puts on Taichi. And then you add their age into the mix, especially the fact Kazu is the oldest of his troupe and Taichi the youngest of his, it makes them fairly similar all while being fairly different.

both are so interesting to me and i love them bothhh, so it's always nice to see them have focus.

It's true the fight isn't really similar to their actual fight, though i do love that they had "swapped" their personality for the act and ended up insulting each other for theirr swapped personality. Like, Kazunari insulted part of himself in Tsuzuru's character and Tsuzuru did the same?? and then the fight escalated and the way Kazunari broke character hurts bc it's really that Tsuzuru hit where it hurts. But yeah it still wasn't too relevent to their actual fight, though i think the thing is that their fight was as such mostly because they tend to clash often due to their personalities rather than just this singular reason why, so to have the play go more "it's their personalities the problem" kinda hurt lol. But yeah still agreed that it didn't reflect much on the plot itself

I was rereading the improv bit to answer correctly and man since we're going to talk about Tenma next, i just. Love that when Kazunari, breaking character, his eyes sad, tells Tsuzuru "you have no rights talking to me like that..." it then cuts on Tenma being upset. Bc like. Exactly like you say, he wants to look out for the people under him. and like. Kazunari is his friend. A friend he also snapped at once and insulted for being who he was, so he probably could have relived a bit of his fight with Kazunari seeing those two fights; Except that now Kazunari is one of his closest friend and he doesn't like that.

Also like. It was also because he could still hide under the plot of the improv but it's so rare, and it never happened before that point, that Kazunari stands for himself in a "the way you treat me is unfair"? Like again re: his fight with Tenma, when Tenma snapped at him, while Tenma was unfair with him, Kazunari took the blame, called himself annoying and all yaknow?

The fact Kazunari is starting to accept that he can take more place for himself is something the whole Summer Troupe have been trying to help him work on, but especially Tenma. Tenma is always there trying to push Kazunari to say what he means, to express his feelings, to stop hiding.

And for once, Kazunari does that in front of everyone... and it's because he's breaking because of his fight with Tsuzuru.

I think Tenma probably felt it was even more of a reason to get involved like, this is the thing he's been working on with Kazunari about, and now he's being all hurt about it, not on Tenma's watch!

And i totally agree with your take on Tenma! (and would LOVE to read the Tenma and Juza fic once you get to it :3c). I think, Tenma is really caring and is trying to take a place as a caretaker and all, but unlike Omi, he has absolutely no reference for it.

Omi is the eldest of multiple brothers and everything indicates his parents have always been lovely to him. Add to it how he ended up leader of a delinquent crew he was clearly looking after, Omi has a history of taking care of people, of nurturing them, and he knows what he's doing. Meanwhile Tenma grew up on TV sets, mostly surrounded by adults and not by people his age, mostly getting advice from being ordered around by directors i think. And his parents are distant, hyperfocused on their job, not really nursing with him. So Tenma meanwhile really didn't have a family emotional support and was in situation where he couldn't befriend other kids his age. His only reference was probably Igawa (his agent) and i think for a long time he didn't exactly see it, and Igawa remained mostly professional so there was probably the idea of it not being sincere? That Tenma had to grow out of.

So like, they're both extremely nurturing and caring, but my point is that Omi has experiences in it and is at ease with it, while Tenma has been so alone and in places were he had no support system that even if he wants to support others, he still struggles with how to do it because he has no set exemple. And that's his development in the main story arc, to learn from how Izumi shows she cares in order to care back at them all.

Like i mean the way Tenma yelled at them about their mistakes at first feel like he would have picked it up from some directors on TV set yaknow? Probably hearing them say that with no consequences on others actors, seeing it worked, didn't think "that's an abuse of power and the actors probably all think badly of their director for that" but "wow that works", tried it on his troupesmates and realized this is... not how that works. And it's spending time watching how Izumi encourages them that have him fix his way to approach it.

So yeah i got lost too into it but like. I feel you on Tenma i love him so much and i love his development so to see him get pissed and involved there? was really nice. even if he was aggressive about it. He's still learning.

ANYWAY back to Tsuzuru and Kazunari, totally agree with what you say next. They still care a lot about each other and yeah they're at a point where this consideration they have for each other make their anger more quiet than trying to attack one another (Banri could NEVER-). so yeah totally agree with you!

DLKFJDLKF i LOVE the reasoning on "recognizing that Kazunari was sick". Your writer's powers making you see through... *coughs* unlike Tsuzuru....

AND YEAH ALL YOU SAY ABOUT THE CG.. YEAH. Kinda crying thinking about it again now LDKJFLKDJF It's just. Everything about it is so soft and tender. The things Tsuzuru tells Kazunari are soo so sweet sobs. They're just adorable i love those kids. and also i feel you for Kazu he's just that great huh?

The whole set up about Kazu dropping by his room is so so cute! I love it! Like probably the very first time Tsuzuru braces himself because "oh no i'm not in the mood to stand mister hyperenergy himself" but Kazunari quickly adjust his energy so that Tsuzuru can just recharge without being overwhelmed. Yes it would drive Masumi completely nuts. Which i think is a plus for Tsuzuru like, hey, if Masumi gets annoyed once in a while it's a win. But yeah also i think that Tsuzuru and Kazunari should really have the Artistic Soldiarity of Students in Art school Probably Working Until Very Late To Complete Their Projects. Would love if at the end Tsuzuru gave it back yaknow?

oh god yeah Itaru and Citron were SO cute in it too, i also love the comments Citron makes about Itaru's winks. Just there flirting in front of everyone like those two embarrassing friends huh. (probably with Muku being all starry eyes considering he greatly admires both Itaru and Citron and, well, Romance.). And yeah i love how Itaru ends up so much into Citron's rhythm (and this idiom you said? is glorious actually, 10 points for you)

DLKFJDLKF what a call out toward Yuki. "yes i hate Tenma,no i won't shut up about him, also if YOU say you hate Tenma i'm going to stab you with my needles, have a nice fucking day.". I love their dynamics so much aha

And yeah Itaru is there cursing us the whole time with the fact he's the greatest nerd ever and it fits him perfectly. It makes me laugh so hard.

HAHAHA I WAS TALKING TO MY IRL BEST FRIEND ABOUT THIS bc she watched Emily in Paris and then screamed to me about how there’s no way that as a broke stressed uni student she can afford that much Chanel. But it totally depends!

Every major has a niche; styling/PR are deffo the most expensively-dressed, most styling majors I know build off of their own igs so they’re always super up there. Design majors tend to stick to more thrifted/vintage/niche pieces, loads of them (and me lmao) are whores for archive pieces over the newest collections. The Chinese international students are always logo’d up HAHAHAHA AS USUAL or in all black rick/yohji it’s like one or the other. But as a whole I think we try to scavenge for unique pieces, bcos it’s easy to make designer look good, but it’s harder to style something cheap and thrifted to look expensive ya know? Always have a mix! That’s the formula hehe

If I’m given a super high budget, I’m assuming I can’t say a flat right lMAOOOOO, in terms of designer goods probably timeless pieces? Something I can get the most wear out of, or some obnoxious accessories/bag/clothing that I can’t justify the price of otherwise bc I’d probs wear it like once.

Everyone’s happy to splurge on different things, if you think you’re gonna get a lot of wear outta the Cartier Love bracelet, get it! It’s timeless and simple enough for everyday wear, so if that’s something you’re interested in dropping a bag on, go for it!

My view is that we’re all allowed our Thing we wanna splurge on, sometimes it’s a bag, sometimes it’s jewelry, if you’re able to save up for something like that that you’d really love to have then I don’t see why not. Just don’t go spending money you don’t have on loads of designer goods for the sake of it, but at the end of the day it’s your money! haha

Unpopular opinion (??? sorta) but I’m a whore for reworked anything. I know a looot of people say reworking a luxury item takes away it’s class and worth but imo it gives it a new life. You get new designs, new silhouettes, a whole new aesthetic from an old piece. Often times brands stick to the classics, they stick to what they know will stick around, but sometimes you want smth unique ya know?

I’m all for reworked luxury anything! I mean like the concept of reworking anything, it rly depends case by case whether I think the reworked product is worth it, but as a whole— in theory— I love it hehe

1. what was your first encounter with fanfiction? asjdfk god it was atl fic on livejournal and mibba in like 2010 maybe?? idek but it was all slash fic like had literally not heard of reader insert until i joined the sos fam properly in 2018. also don’t remember what my reaction to it was?? reading slash fic has been so normal for me for like 10 yrs i dont know how the fcuk it started 😂 this was before i got tumblr but i used to keep up to date with some of the bigger atl blogs like it was the morning news or sumat and like 90% of them wrote amazing fic so 🤷‍♀️

5. what are your sun, moon and rising signs, and do you think they make sense in relation to how you know yourself? aries sun, leo moon, cancer rising - i am an absolute disgrace of an aries LMAO i do not fit my sun sign in the slightest its the complete opposite of me, leo is kinda similar tbh i feel like its kinda close to aries? so yeah i dont fit those at all. ig i kind of am more cancer bc im emotional as all hell LOL but yeah i never put a lot of thought into my signs for a rly long time bc i always felt they were a completely wrong description of me

8. what is your all time favourite song(s)? brighter by paramore - first song i fell in love with by them and ive been hooked ever since. before i listened to them i only listened to chart music lmfao literally had never listened to anything else and then after listening to paramore i started listening to rock/pop punk music and discovered all the bands that i listen to now!

9. what do you look for in a person you wanna keep in your life, be it a friend or a romantic partner or anything in between? hm ig recently ive realised its gotta be someone who has the same kinds views and values as me (i mean not down to a t but like generally the same kinda views and like respect for others u know) uhh someone i feel comfortable around to act my true chaotic self 😌✌️and also comfortable to know we can both talk about anything with no judgement no matter what it is. but also someone that respects like having seperate lives from each other? like not needing to be in each others pockets and knowing even if it’s been a lil while u can still message and it’s like no time has passed

10. this is a bit of a difficult one, but have you ever had a moment of clarity, a conversation with someone that made you go “oh!”, or anything along those lines? ooh i mean in 2018 i was working an office job in engineering and had a moment of like wow ive always wanted to work in events and especially live music and ive wanted to since i was like 13 and here i am 10 years later still considering that as a potential career path so ig it means something pretty significant and i decided to leave my perm job last year and go temp but then. yeah. this year happened so 🥴🤷‍♀️

hello hello hello !!!! im so excited to talk to you and get to know you hehe.i’ll start this off by saying my favorite color is green~ because you’re about to find out just how whipped and ... simpy i can get for mr. choi san.

tl;dr — i think san is neat in every single way & i would give this man the whole world if he wanted it

he’s been my bias since kq fellaz, so he’s always just been my dude since day 1. he’s actually my number one ult bias too :D !!! what caught my eye first about san was honestly.. just how cute and gentle he is. like one of the first things he did was make his plushie say hi to the camera like 😭!! after that, i was just so... enamored by him. like in kq fellaz, he was just always so upbeat and he was carrying around his plushie everywhere. “where i have been, shiber has been also” LIKE HELLOOOO THAT’S SO CUTE!!! and then that seen of him drinking water on a whole ass roller coaster??? like yes, king. stay hydrated! and then he talked about his grandparents and i just .. </3 because i can relate and i just AH !! and then he debuted and i was just able to see more of how caring he is, especially to the staff members. and he’s so humble. like in that dingo prank on ateez, he got asked if he was a singer & he just said he liked music like BRO!!! and just seeing how carefree he gets around the members, and how even when he’s being really really bratty, he is still dotting on the other members. he’s always on the ready to comfort the members if they need it and he’s always so so so so supportive of them.

AND HE’S SO HARDWORKING TOO!! god, i still think about how he talked about how he struggled to learn blood,sweat, and tears during trainee days and ended up performing it RIGHT IN FRONT OF BTS AT MAMA like oh my GOD!!!! he’s so talented and hardworking. and his absolute duality on/off stage.. UNMATCHED! i dont rly like pushing the “san demon” agenda but he is just.. SOMETHING ELSE when he hits that stage. ateez’s songs and aesthetics are perfect for him. not to mention his vocals?? UGH. i’ve seen a lot of amazing performers in kpop over the years, but no one can match san. and i mean that in a completely unbiased way. im not trying to say that he’s better than some of the obviously amazing performers, but he’s so amazing and the way he performs makes him different from everyone else. like it makes me go </3 </3 when i found out that him & ateez know about all those people saying he over-performs and stuff. like hello, he’s been praised by a wide variety of respected choreographers & his facials are off the charts! he makes each performance different and absolutely amazing & interesting.

oooh oh oooh, going back on him being humble. i rly appreciate how open ateez are with us. like, theyre not obligated to do that AT ALL. like, we as fans honestly have no right to knowing their insecurities and worries but they still tell us and like.. i dunno. when i found out how san worries himself sometimes, i just really resonated with him & it really made me want to hug him and just tell him just how appreciated he is. like omg i got his “Always happy” tattooed on me, bUT IT’S MAINLY JUST A REMINDER TO ME that i should always try to remain happy in life the way san does. like i wont rly consider it a kpop tattoo tbh.. just a tattoo semi-designed by someone special in kpop </3

Oh man, im influenced by a bunch of art and comics but i couldnt pin down specific inspirations for those haha

as for the more broad sense, i also have a bunch of things! significantly, physics and space. it might not look like it but i think a lot about the logistics of things and whatever rules would exist in my universes etc. it does suck sometimes bc it prevents me from doing things just for the hell of it, but i love applying knowledge to things. and space has always been something really close to me, my dad’s an astrophysicist so ive been exposed to all sorts of cool knowledge about it since i was a wee bab

i also really really love metaphors and symbolism, but rather than take inspiration from things i just use my own personal symbolism x) i put a lot of myself in what i do. which.. i guess could be said for many artists too so its not too special haha

and also as with many other artists, i AM fueled by spite significantly. specifically 1. for the people who once thought or who still think id never be good to do art, or that id never get better at what i do. 2. for people who draw wings wrong (especially professional people? what’s wrong with you. im begging you to look at a bird) 3. for people and companies that make terrible designs with terrible decisions (they fuel me to do better than them) 4. for people who believe that the only way to be good at art and design is to make overly complex and visually charged, detailed designs with many colors/hues (all my ocs are fairly simple and have the most limited colors kffhk)

im sure there’s a lot more but ive spent a lot of time writing this out already and i cant really think of anything else so i hope this is a good enough answer!!

god i do NOT have enough knowledge for this but what the fuck was up with the volturi lol. like fuckin, vampire goth club over there did nothing to change over hundreds of years, all of them still stuck in their medieval ways. i remember a plot point that was touched upon was that they had a specific person lure in a bunch of lost tourists through the sewer entrance so that the volturi could drink them and like ?? bro. how is this not investigated at any point, ever. like a shit ton of tourists just disappear ??? all the time?? and no one gives a fuck?? no investigation?? what do they do with the bodies?????

also, they were willing to blast the carlisle family into fucking orbit over Turning A Child (tm) into a vampire, but they had absolutely no qualms about vampire wars/soldiers where a lot of people were irresponsibly turned into neophytes for their strength (like jasper) or people who turned others just for the fuck of it or bc theyd have sickass powers (like benjamin. that was the sole reason for benjamin being turned. bc the dude could feel that benj would have cool powers and he absolutely did... he was a fucking avatar. controller of the elements. and he did absolutely jack shit in the books. im still so mad)

but yeah anyway the volturi are big hypocrites. got nothing to say about their lifestyle and aesthetic tho bc italians just be like that

his horns and the spikes on his forearms and tail are rly solid and rly pointy so theyre about as dangerous as a solid, pointy big thing can be

the spikes on his neck and back are a lot softer though. theyre flat scales and are probably bendy, but still sturdy. they don’t have edges or anything so you wont be sliced up if you touch them but touching them is probably not too comfortable

alex would probably be a crocodile tbh! it’s one of the things i based his dragon form off of for the latest iteration, and i just think it fits him a lot (also its funny that crocodiles are water creatures but alex has a Big Dislike of water)

also i literally cannot see adri as anything other than a snake sklhfsdk. its what he is!! this is like asking someone’s favorite color but not letting them choose their actual favorite. do you want me to lie? do you want me to say something not true??

Honestly i always loved deer but refused to acknowledge it, especially to myself, and much less thought about having one as a sona bc “prey animals are lame” was rly prevalent in my circles for the longest time. everyone was a dragon or a wolf etc bc they wanted to be cool and so did i but i never vibed with it it took me a rly long time to just accept that i rly liked deer haha and i think what made me decide on it in the end was ‘well i can make a deer more monstery if i wanted to, i have that power’ and so i did then later i tied the whole ‘wrong deer’ aesthetic to my own personal symbolism of always being picked on by many until i got sick of it and learned to stand up for myself. my sona is something that’s not for people to prey on anymore, and so am i c:
