It’s a few seconds before he hears the sound of familiar steps, recognizing them immediately. Eddie’s home. Buck hears him coming, hears him stepping on that one squeaky floorboard two steps from the door – they’ve been meaning to fix that for ages – and finally the door opens, revealing a confused but pleased-looking Eddie. He’s in sweatpants and an old, stretched out t-shirt Buck’s pretty sure actually belongs to him, and his hair is all disheveled and flat on one side, like he’s been napping on the couch. He looks so perfect and so cute, and Buck wants to see him like this for the rest of his life.

I think I'm gonna call it "Write myself out of the history books" a line from All Time Low to match the rest of my 'Dropping Gojo into fandoms he didn't ask to be in' works 😂

His name is Soren and let's just pretend its Valyrian when in actuality it's just one of my favorite Fire Emblem characters (I feel like Gojo would appreciate that though, prolly a Soren stan himself lol)

His dragon hatches in his crib and idk I headcanon that Rhaenyra would wait to let him name it himself because she probably did the same with Syrax? But then 2 yr-old Gojo is like 'her name is Blue Eyes White Dragon' and Rheanyra is like 'wtf no' and also, this is why you shouldn't let kids name their own damn dragons. Rhaenyra refuses to let him name his dragon after what she doesn't realize is a Yu-gi-oh card, and in they settle for Sylvion, which she thinks is just some obscure Valyrian word/reference his 'Uncle' Daemon taught him, but is in fact a Pokemon that bears striking resemblance to his dragon. It's one of Dreamfyre's eggs, mostly bright white, with blue accents and some slight pink in the membranes, hence, Sylvion. Which is also Gojo's favorite pokemon, so he's two for two with references in this life.

He knows damn well that Daemon is not his Uncle, and they (Rhaenyra, Daemon, Laenor) all know he knows even if they collectively don't acknowledge it. He's Daemon and Rhaenyra's 'accidental brothel baby' that she had to get shotgun wedding'd to Laenor for, which is why he's much older than canon-Jace.

The age gaps are: Satoru/Soren (0), Aegon (+2), Helaena (-1), Aemond (-2), Jace (-3), Luke (-4) idk if Joff or Daeron will be in this.

Aegon is in love with him literally at first sight. He's going to PINE FOREVER. Like so much angst when he realizes he doesn't just adore his nephew in a purely platonic sense - which his mother/grandfather already dislike - but is in fact homosexually and audaciously in love with him lol. He definitely tries to fuck himself out of his own gayness, which absolutely does not work, esp when he starts ending up gravitating to regular female whores to male whores who all bear a striking resemblance to his nephew.

Does Gojo know? Hmm yes but not really. It doesn't even cross his mind even though he is also very gay, and also knows incest is casually a normal thing in the Valyrian family. But to him, Aegon is his uncle, and also a man in a 'don't say gay' world, so he kind of intentionally doesn't look too deeply into it. He does notice Egg is very attached to him, but he's not sure how much of that is familial and platonic and just Egg's very handsy personality versus romantic. They played a lot together as kids, slept in the same bed etc back when they were young enough it didn't mean anything, and obviously Gojo never felt that way about what he thought was a 'cute sticky dumpling of a kid who thinks he hung the moon' so it'll be a longgg and difficult shift for him to see Egg in any other way.

Aemond worships him in a strictly platonic sense that totally feeds his god complex. Gojo is literally the warrior reborn to him. He's a one man army and everyone knows it and he's so out of any mortal's league instead of being jealous about it Aemond just straight up adores him like a god. Daemon and Laena don't get together in this fic (RIP Baela and Rhaena) so Laena is still alive and has Vhagar, so idk maybe Aemond has Vermithor.

On a related note, everyone worships him as a god (or a Valyrian devil, *ahem* Hightowers *ahem*) bc to them he may as well be one. He has all his OG powers, he's invincible and untouchable and literally unstoppable. He achieves infamy the world over during Stepstones Round 2 where he absolutely obliterates an entire army and a few islands besides. He straight up asks his 'grandfather' Corlys if he should just eradicate the whole island chain and permanently solve the problem. Of course, the story gets convoluted with the whole medieval 'he said she said' chain of communication so there are plenty of non-believers still. LOL jokes on them.

He adores Rhaenyra. Like he likes Laenor a lot, and is partial to his little brothers (yes Jace and Luke exist, idk if they're Laenor's or Daemon's yet tho. They would't be Harwins bc Rhaenyra took one look at Gojo and was like 'shit he's 100% Valyrian its gonna look weird as hell if his siblings dont look like him at all') and has a soft spot for his 'Uncle' Daemon, but the reason he even bothers to stick around and not just fuck off to Essos to raise his own empire is because of her. I headcanon Gojo to have zero relationship with his parents in JJK - which unfortunately is expected from 'the patriarch' aka his father, but deeply hurt him in regards to his mother, who also cared nothing for him. Yes total double standard, but that's patriarchy for you. Anyway Rhaenyra is the opposite - she cherishes him from day 1, and whether that's because she truly loved him at first sight or just loved the idea of a child of hers and Daemon's who knows. But she doted on him and took care of him in a way anomalous for mother's in Westeros, and Gojo always took note of that. He'd burn the world for her - or in this instance, cower it into submission so she can have her throne in peace.

He doesn't mind playing the 'radiant prince' for her, being the faultless and impossibly perfect heir to the throne, because he knows it strengthens her claim immeasurably when his achievements so obviously outshine her direct competitor (Egg, who in fact does not give a shite about the throne and just wants to run away on his dragon with Soren). He even quietly submits himself to the idea of taking a wife because he knows that's also expected of him, although he plans on copying Laenor and having some threesome magic going on. Will that have to come to pass though? Hmm idk yet

THERE WILL BE ZOMBIES. No Night King, but I absolutely believe that Gojo accidentally would become the Prince who was Promised. His birth once again upsets the balance of yet another world, and shifts events into motion that would have laid dormant otherwise. Does he bring magic back into world with his birth? That would be interesting. Idk yet tho.

I also believe in the Maester conspiracy, so that might be in this fic too

The reason why they're so full of hate is because they don't have nearly the creative force this side of the fandom has. If they had anything interesting to say about their faves and ships, they wouldn't bother with us so much. They can't admit it, but without us, this fandom would've died a looooong time ago, and they can't stand owing us that much. So, when you see them hate, just sigh, shake your head and give a little chuckle, because it is pretty funny when you see how much of their time and energy goes into hating something they could just as easily ignore (I know absolutely none of their names, but I somehow get to live rent free in so many of their heads because I don't like a fictional character 😂). What fandoms do you write for?

Mostly RWRB these days, but the majority of my back catalogue is Schitt’s Creek, with a few others sprinkled in for fun. The Pairing definitely made my brain whirr… we’ll see.

Have you ever co-written a fic before?

Heck yeah I have. I’ve done several anthology-type collaborations where we each wrote a chapter in a fic, and I’ve fully cowritten fics with @ships-to-sail several times. We have another collab coming up for @aroyallybigbangrwrb and I’m also cowriting The Big Secret AU with @indestructibleheart which is essentially us one-upping each other on emotionally devastating ideas until someone writes them down. Good system 😂

What's a wip you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

Look, the chances of kinktober 2021 being finished at this point are slim 😂

Schitt’s Creek kinkverse… I don’t know. I have little snippets written of future fics and they’re great but… idk. Maybe I’ll write one vignette-y wrap up fic one day.

What are your writing strengths?

Narrative POV, dialogue that feels like the characters, epistolary bullshit, smut apparently.

What are your writing weaknesses?

Coming up with actual plot lmao. Visual descriptors — I’m not even remotely a visual person so I really really struggle with writing the sorts of things people can visualise. Also like… the passage of time? A scam.

Thoughts on dialogue in another language?

Love it. I’ll shoulder tap a fluent speaker if I need an actual sentence/anything Google isn’t super reliable for. Forever heartbroken that there are no fics in my second language in AO3 and no reason for me to be able to sprinkle it into my own writing (though one of the subscriber shindig prompts might be about to change that 👀)

i've been indescribably depressed and my adhd has been kicking my ass lately and i just wanted to drop in and say getting to read about daniel falling apart for the very same reasons has been a real comfort for me and knowing we're only 5 days into the series is so exciting. you write him so accurately and every little snippet has been so immersive thus far and i can't wait to see him fall apart further in the coming days <3

idk if other people think of ADHD this way but, I tend to think about how I have "ADHD ATTACKS"; I suppose it's a bit like burnout, but. It's just, idk! Having too many tabs open in my head until my whole life topples over!! It sucks! It happens several times a year lmfao. But it's actually why I dropped off writing these back in September when I was trying to post them every day. The last week or so I got so overwhelmed with other shit in my life I just Stopped. And tbh I haven't really been writing in a few months because my ADHD has been so fucking awful and I'm just a mess!!!!!! It's terrible!

The thing too is that like, I've been like this my whole life LOL but as a millennial it just was not fucking talked about (especially for girls) so I spent like my whole 20s just thinking something was wrong with me and it was so confusing and hard. And I've always put some of that into my VC fics, like I didn't know what it was but I just saw it as like, personality defects lol. I gave them to Armand in some of my old fics, too. 🥹 But it's nice to like be a little more educated about it now and be a little more intentional when I'm writing. I'm glad it resonated! <3 (But I'm also sorry that it resonated!)

why people not enjoying the dk scenes? I dont get it at all

I think dk fans are enjoying the scenes or at least the majority are 🤷🏻‍♀️ but i have seen a fair few fans who arent happy or more… are frustrated which I can understand to a degree.

Like, you’ve waited 4 seasons to see your ship actually get somewhere solid and it feels a tad bittersweet since most had likely hoped for an actual relationship by the end of the show which I can’t really fault people for. Like actually seeing dick and kory as a couple but we aren’t going to get that.

It sucks and if anyone has paid attention to my rambles over the years since Titans started, I dipped and dropped several times where I didn’t feel dk were treated as a priority which they should be; a large portion of the titans comics has dickkory at the centre. Obvs its not all it is but it is a pretty big ship within DC and at times it has felt like dk were being pushed aside. I do wish they would have brought this dk loveliness in s4 forward to s3 cos literally no one needed the briefest of rekindling between dick and b*bs like i vented so much when i found that out about s3. It felt so unnecessary and served not really any purpose. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Idk, I can’t speak for others but I do see why people aren’t 100% happy with dickkory but you can’t do anything about it. Me personally, ima take whatever dickkory content i can cos i just love them in any form, media, snippet but i also have zero expectations with Titans and dickkory which has been beneficial. I don’t get disappointed cos I’ve not gone into a season of Titans with any dk expectations since like the start of s2 😂 at this point im just gonna sit quietly in my lil corner and eat up any dickkory scenes and then be done since the show is ending.🤷🏻‍♀️

After that, i shall just go back to any dk content that floats thru the tag. Maybe we’ll get something again at some point. 😭

Today I was walking down memory lane on a friend server, back to when I was writing Contempt, and...I remember how hard of a time I had with it, but really seeing how much I'd fretted over it...wow! Makes me feel all the more accomplished, that I overcame all of the stress and insecurity and various other upsets. I'll share a few snippets I found!

Maybe I'd've been less stressed had I started at a decent time...(never did finish that Daddy wip LOL.)

I also really thought people were going to hate it.

The hell you mean, we don't talk about Yoonmin. I don't talk about Vmin. Vmin have me sweating sometimes. I'm not gonna lie. Tae be staring at JM like he's ready to eat him. Just watch the Dynamite dance practice during JM's solo. Tae for real gasped when he looked at JM and could not take his eyes off him. I don't blame him. JM in those loose jeans and that loose grey shirt, with his fluffy blond hair and licking his lips too. Damn, I don't blame Tae. I mean he did describe JM's eyes as temptation. Then I'm like naw, they're just best friends, then Tae drops a song about bring in love with his best friend. And then I'm like no way, he means another best friend or its just for the show. Then he goes on record saying it was a personal song and Jimin is his ONE AND ONLY best friend. Then I suddenly find it hard to swallow & my collar getting tighter. LOL. Then I'm nah, its all good, Jikook real. Then I see JM post he's watching The Notebook for like the 7th time during his recovery and a few days later on Valentines Tae requests JM's favorite song, Nothing by Bruno Major where the song talks about watching the Notebook for the 17th time. And then I'm like ain't no way, like hello, JM gave JK a hickey, FOCUS. Oh and JM calling Tae My Love and not long ago Tae played a snippet of a song in his car & posted it on his IG story & the song says My Love & mentions 4 am (which is Vmin time cause of Tae's 4 o'clock) also mentions stars, driving, etc and Vmin did say they go on long drives together & watch the stars together. So yeah, I don't talk about vmin. They scare me. LOL I have just come to the conclusion all of BTS members are in love with JM at one point or another. LOL

I'm kidding honestly, I am confident in Jikook, but Tae acts sus as hell toward Jimin and you all know I'm right. Even with how much he's been talking about JK, hell no, not even comparable to how Tae acts toward JM. They all wanna eat Jimin.

But first let me clarify why we don't talk about Yoonmin. Suga is probably super gay or bi/pan. But there is more proof of him being interested in men than women. But then he also says his tongue can drive both sexes mad so there's that. Anyway, Suga has been caught in 4k eyeing all his members. JK is not threatened by Vmin. He's reacted to all members doing skinship with Jimin, yes including V. But its not that often. And definitely not as strongly as with Minimoni and Yoonmin. JK alot of the times will chuckle at their antics or ignore them all together. Cant say the same for Yoonmin though.

The other thing u mention. Jimin calling V my love or baby. That's not... anon that's not idk...I wouldn't put too much weight on this one. Even international fans do this with their bestfriends. And he did the baby one to comfort V and Jimin comforts all members. They go to him for comfort coz he is good at being there for them. Plus he's always babied Taekook from jump. (JK being less receptive of the two since he dont like Jimin to treat him like the maknae he is)

Maybe in the beginning Vmin were super close and shit Anon, but damn. They done drifted apart over the years. More especially recently. I do not see the same Vmin from before I'm sorry. I have a higher chance of believing Jihope is real before I ever buy into Vmin.

My bottom line is, all those things you're talking about can be copy pasted to every. single. member. When it comes to V he does this shit with all of them. Yeah, he called Jimin his favourite but is that even the case anymore? Idk anon. I do not and have never found Vmin to be the least bit suspicious. A member won't be sus to me if they do the same thing with everyone else. And I like to pay attention to JK when it comes to these things. He's the one you look for to know if someone is sus or not. And JK just isn't bothered by Vmin.

I'm always weak for the thought of dad Erron being scared of fatherhood at first and suddenly realizing how much he loves his baby. Holding Lizzie for the first time must have been such a strong revelation for him. Makes me wonder if he was the one who brought up the thought of a second child? 👀 Like, Lizzie was pretty much unplanned from what I understand but Lana ? 🧐 I think Skarlet would be torn between being overjoyed at the prospect of having a second child and being surprised that it was Erron who brought up the idea ! 💖

Honestly I'd love to learn more about their family dynamic, especially Lizzie because I find it sooo funny how she'd be like- the only "normal" person in this family of murderous adrenaline junkies. 😂 Her parents being weird in front of her friends would probably embarrass her as well !

Also I'm curious about how Skarlet would develop as a person in your story because I remember you saying you weren't really up for a redemption arc for her canonically. I've never actually thought about it, when they decided to have a 2nd kid. Like I honestly never thought about it, or if she was planned or another accident, but I LOVE the idea that Erron suggested having another! Lizzie is 7 years older than Lana, so that's quite some years between kids. I suppose that after her, they figured she'd be an only child, but then years later they caught the Baby Fever and just wanted another one.

I think he was shook holding Lizzie for the first time. He probably cried a bit, but he would never admit to it. (Skarlet knows. He denies it, but she saw it.) Not only realizing that he loves his child but also feeling the weight of his own familial trauma... all at once. Maybe that's why she let him be the one to name her? 🥺

I think Elizabeth is a bit of a Sad Girl™. (I have "Ow (Intro)" by Pom Pom Squad and "Human" by Christina Perri on her Pinterest board section for my original story, so I must've been cooking a bit for her.) Which makes sense; one of the children is bound to get Skarlet's and Erron's melancholy, and it ain't Lana! 🤷🏽‍♀️ (Sidenote: I remembered that they're both low-key named after Lana Del Rey because her real name is Elizabeth! 😭 I mean, she is my Skarron queen! 🫶🏽)

As for Skarlet: That's my CONTRARIAN ASS because I love Skarlet as a villain, but I also love the idea of her and Erron just living a domestic life together. *sighs* So in The Bubblegum Project (the story I mentioned because I have another one that I'm supposed to be writing rn), Lana's mother is a vampire, her father is a 185-year-old witch, and they settle down in Texas, acting normal. (He uses witchcraft to secure a job as a history professor, and she has a job as a showgirl at a fancy burlesque club.) However, he's a hitman on the side, and she's still killing people for blood even though there is a medication to fill the need for blood. (I reblogged this gif-set to my writing/story inspo blog for them, and I just love the idea of Erron & Skarlet having that kind of dynamic, due to the way Erron still shows signs of his humanity. *chef's kiss* TOP-TIER ship dynamic for me! 🤌🏽)

I think they got to that point because she got pregnant, WOOPSIES, and they wanted to give their child the best life they could. Idk exactly where my OCs were living, but they knew their lifestyles (which would've been similar to Skarron's) weren't good for a child to grow up in. And Skarlet and Erron would know that Outworld is not a good place for a child to grow up in. Skarlet knows that firsthand. And it's most definitely not safe because they've both likely made enemies there.

And unfortunately, no, I have anything written or published yet. I have 2 old Marvel fanfics, and I started writing a Scream fanfic over 2 years ago, but my attention span is garbage, along with the fact that I hate my own writing. 😩 And I have bits and pieces of original stories written, just the beginning of a chapter here and there, but nothing really yet. I'm curious about Could I? and Sadist Sylvie/Mobius.

IDK really is a whole mood isn’t it lmao! I actually have two docs like that, an IDK (this one) and an idk. 😂

Anyway, that one is this random Sylki tree-smut idea, operating on the premise that Loki is kind of… comatose-ish and his consciousness is trapped within the branches, that I had in the middle of the night and thought I could write quickly but kinda ran out of steam and now it’s trudging along 😭 I’m not feeling great about it at the moment and I’m pretty mad about that because I’m already 1200 words in. Anyway here’s a snippet:

Her want for him bleeds through. It flows along the branches that connect them, that surround him, and now he feels it, too.

Immediately, Sylvie wants to sever the enchantment, wants to run away and wait another hundred years for things to blow over. He can't reciprocate; Loki can hardly blink, let alone touch her the way that she desperately wishes, and therefore, why would he want to entertain the idea? Why should she?

Loki’s consciousness reacts before she can.

And it's… unexpected.

Loki does reciprocate.

It floods her awareness, pools and fills and overflows her senses; his combined desire alongside hers, sparking, almost, as they meet, the way she thinks, maybe, it did back when things were whatever semblance of normal you could call the event of their meeting and everything that happened shortly after.

It's more than she can process.

“I'll be back soon,” she promises, hurrying to let go of the strands and pull out her TemPad.

Could I is currently just a blank doc I made after that episode where Brad says “You could kill me with that!” And Loki says that very calm and calculated. I’m not even fully certain where I wanted to take it but I knew I wanted to do something with that moment. I think Loki was genuinely enjoying himself in that moment, even though it was mostly an act, and I wanted to explore ways that ~energy~ could be channeled into some Lokius kink, including Mobius’s murder kitten kink 😅

Sadist Sylvie/Mobius- thank you so much for asking about this one actually! I hadn’t thought about it in a long time and going back to peek at it reminded me how much I want to write this. Right now it’s just some notes. Basically the focus on Sylvie learning to trust herself by indulging her darker impulses with fragile little Mobius 🥺 Like, she’s only ever done this with people who were going to die anyway and kinda didn’t care what happened to them (wrote about this before and and that was fun to explore!), or with Loki, who can take whatever she dishes out because they’re evenly matched. But now basically Mobius suggests it knowing that she’s nervous about it, and they all do the thing together and it’s really cathartic or something. I guess it’s similar in this regard to my Lokius knifeplay fic! Anyway here’s a bit of my notes:

Loki stays and Sylvie thinks it's to protect Mobius but he's moral support for Sylvie telling her she's okay, she can do this

Maybe a few close calls when Mobius has to tell her it's too much, she loses it a little but they bring her back to it

Honestly tho my favorite part about this version of Eddie is that softness. He's manipulative, and yeah, sometimes he is strict and that can even come across as cruel, but he's not just straight up cruel. Like if Eddie was just like openly abusive, Buck would notice but it's so subtle and plays specifically to Buck's insecurities, so he has no clue it's happening.

Well, actually he does question things sometimes but I think that's where the dumbification comes in a bit lol cuz like anytime Buck questions why they do something or if the things Eddie says really make sense, Eddie legit just gaslights him. So Buck is left feeling like he was stupid for even asking, stupid for not getting it

Like idk Eddie has definitely set things up in a very specific way cuz he wants very specific things and he's decided he's going to get them, so now it's just a matter of convincing Buck he wants them too

He wants Buck to be a sweet little baby with no thoughts in his head except for the ones his daddy put there, and for the most part he's gonna get that

Also for the most part, Buck actually does want that just wasn't gonna let himself have it, so Eddie does kinda know best, better than Buck at least lol

Honestly, even in canon Buck wants to be wifed up so bad lol, always in the kitchen or offering to help with Chris, trying to show off all of his amazing housewife skills. It's just in his nature, he wants to be the mom, the wife... he just clearly never realized how much he also wants to be a little boy 😂🤣

I was just curious, since we don't really know much about Tasha Stark 3490's universe, what do you think her character is like compared to all the other Tonys? I'd guess she'd be most like AA, since they're both in love with Steve. But idk, I feel like she has a bit of MCU in her too. I'd love to hear what you think! :)

Thank you! 💕 Tasha is a bit nebulous to me. In my mind, Earth-3490 is a really close reality-neighbor to Earth-616, so Tasha would be a lot like 616 Tony. But I don't know a ton about 616 Tony. So… 😂😅 I wouldn't feel right getting too into a thoughtful Character Analysis™.

For the sake of these silly meetings though, she tends to be somewhat more chill (relatively for a T. Stark that is) than some of the others at her table. Basically as a joke? I'm just always thinking about this little snippet from her singular on-panel appearance:

So yeah, in the boiled-down "everyone has One Joke" essence of this AU, her and 3490 Steve's joke is, "I just got laid so nothing can bother me today 😎"

That's also why I skew more casual with her clothes; to visually reinforce that she's in a more playful and laid-back place. So maybe she is more like AA Tony, idk. Hmm.
