you know. it leaves a very bad taste in my mouth when people bring up the allegations against drake bell when talking about his abuse. it feels like “yeah this very bad thing happened to you, but you did this” ????

it’s like. you see this man disassociate at the thought of what happened to him. it being so horrible he can’t even say it. 11 charges against brian peck for what he did to drake ALONE, including but not limited to sodomy, forcible penetration with a foreign object, using anesthesia, and even filming it…like knowing all if this you still go “he also perpetrated abuse”

idk. i just feel like you can say that you feel horrible for what he went through and talk about that without bringing up his allegations. like imagine he’s sitting in front of you recounting the horrific shit he went through, and then you say back “yes that’s awful, but you did this”

idk how to explain it but it just feels wrong

what if we get a dream sequence where ed is longing for what could have happened, what should have happened. like, we see the same few beats of him on the dock, calling out for stede and looking increasingly concerned. but then the brush behind him rustles, and stede actually stumbles out into view.

and ed’s face breaks out into the most relieved, beautiful smile, and there’s this very dreamy sequence of them breathing each other’s names and running to each other. they of course hug each other tightly, maybe even kiss, before ed murmurs something like, “was worried for a second. thought i’d lost you.”

only for stede to go “oh, no. you’ll never ever lose me.”

...and then ed wakes up in the gutted darkness of the captain’s quarters. alone.

My TSC prediction is Kevin being the guy both Jeremy and Jean think the other is crushing on and thus also being the guy they both end up jealous of.

Jean knows Kevin has carried a torch for Jeremy for years. Jean was Kevin's best friend in the Nest, he was subjected to all of Kevin's rants about Jeremy's game. So it's not a surprise when he realizes Jeremy is equally obsessed with Kevin.

Meanwhile, Jeremy knows that Jean and Kevin were "close" in the Nest. He also knows that Jean risked everything to get Kevin out when Riko destroyed his hand. He knows the two share a complicated and special relationship, a relationship which he might never fully understand.
