Stupid

Harry is sat in the kitchen with Ron discussing Merlin knows what when a barely awake Draco trudges in.

Making his way to prepare himself some tea, Draco stopped to take Harry’s face in his hands, kissing him hard on the mouth. Without missing a beat, he continued his journey to the kettle.

Harry cleared his throat. “Erm, right. So,” he cleared his throat again. “What was I saying?”

Ron choked out a laugh. “Mate, did Draco just kiss you stupid?” Draco chuckled at this and without turning around he replied, “All I did was kiss him. He was already stupid.”

Ron threw his head back in laughter as Draco turned his head slightly to see Harry who was jaw dropped and flicking him off. Draco winked at him before turning back to his tea.

The full description of Stan that I took that piece from was something I really liked. It was basically "He's got a lot of sadness inside, sure, but on the day-to-day he's not necessarily mean or cruel or cynical per se, but rather the uncle who loves to hear himself make dumb jokes." It came from Alex talking about how he had to nudge the season 1 writers away from making stan too grumpy lol

TOH SPOILERS AHEAD

I want to share something regarding my feelings about the Collector that I shared on one of the Discord servers I'm apart of. It's about his ending:

So I was spoiled beforehand about the Collector leaving and I was so so mad about it at first.

I wanted him to stay so badly. To have a family and not be alone again.

But... learning the context of why he's leaving, I'm really proud of him.

I was so worried about him being alone again but I realised something as I watched the ending: This is different from all the other times he's been left alone and abandoned.

This time, He's got people to go back to now. People who really care about him now who love him. Real friends and a real family.

He is not being exiled. He is leaving on his own accord. To learn and grow and to paraphrase his own words "got some growing up/maturing to do". He's no longer restricted and trapped in a mirror with his only company being that manipulative bastard Belos. He's free! And best part:

He's got people in his corner now. Luz, Eda, King. He's got people to go back to. People who really care about them, people who love him and understand him. They're his family now.

He's going out there to learn and understand, and that's so freaking admirable. And I'm so proud of him for it <33.

He won't stay away forever. He's gonna come back and visit once in a while, said so himself. And King (and this is a big thing that had me squealing) wants him to come back eventually and THAT is a guarantee Collector will make sure to visit.

What's happening right now is exactly the opposite of what happened before. He's free to explore and learn about the worlds, he's got people who genuinely care about him.

He's never going back to his siblings, I can't imagine him WILLINGLY going back. It makes no sense for him to go back after he literally expressed his hatred for what they did to his Titan friends. I think he's just going to travel and see what the universe has to offer. See what else there is to learn. And I bet he's going to have a blast.

This may not have been the ending we Collector fans have imagined for him. But I do believe this is a good one. He's free and despite the fact he is indeed heading out into the galaxy on his own, can we really say he's alone? When he's got people like Luz, Eda and King he'll go back for?

In the end, Collector got exactly what he and what we wished for him. Freedom and a real family. Its just not in a form we expected. And I, for one, am extremely happy for him.

Thank you Dana and the rest of the TOH crew for this awesome finale and a spectacular show in general.

And Collector, enjoy your journey lil' bean <3

Transformers Ships Trying to get their partner's attention.

Optimus Prime x Ratchet

Optimus and Ratchet are both fairly independent Mechs. Although they seek attention and affirmation from each other in private, this is quite enough for them most times.

Optimus usually comes to Ratchet first. Ratchet is usually to cooped up or doesn't register the time of day enough to pull away.

Ratchet loves his work and Optimus hasn't always been successful in getting Ratchet to see him.

The approach is all about how he's feeling. If he's feeling particularly flirty he'll come from behind and squeeze Ratchet's hip plates and press Their upper frames together. A quick kiss on the helm, followed by another and probably a sly remark to get Ratchet's attention, then their off.

Other times Optimus will wait till everyone is out and casually watch Ratchet work. He'll eventually come up and rest against Ratchet's subpack and watch him type until the medic acknowledges him.

When Ratchet wants attention it is usually more subtle. Ratchet is strong and provoking even to his Prime. He can't be forced into anything, so it'll be easy to miss of you're not paying attention.

He will stand at the edge of Optimus' bed while he's reading a datapad until the Prime gives him full right to hop in and cuddle up.

Other times he'll sit next to Optimus and lean into his larger body. Either as a small reminder that their close or as a nudge for something more, all depends on the mood.

When Ratchet is flirty or just down right out for the Prime's di-

It'll show.

Ratchet will watch him from far away, lingering obscenely long on Optimus' more intimate features. Usually when Optimus notices he'll excuse himself from whatever he is doing and will retire to his room, followed by Ratchet not long after.

Wheeljack X Ultra Magnus

It's a well known fact that Wheeljack doesn't see anything wrong with fully expressing himself in public. He is willing to just shout out "somebody give me attention!" And probably wouldn't feel any certain way about it. So when he wants Ultra Magnus' attention, he's going to get it.

Being a super serious lieutenant, Wheeljack finds it's most affective to get his attention in two ways. Being loud and annoying, or just a general brat.

When he's loud or annoying he'll do things like sneak up on the taller mech and catch his hip joints in just the right place to where UM can't move until Wheeljack removes his fingers from the sensitive mesh. That gets Ultra Magnus upset.

Wheeljack learned early on that it's not the kind of attention he is looking for from the big boy.

So he's set out to making annoying noises when he's in a silly and playful mood. If Ultra Magnus isn't feeling grumpy and they are fairly alone, sometimes hell reprimand the wrecker as he gives him kisses. (This only encourages the little demon)

While he's blunt and straightforward, Wheeljack does have manners. If their on a mission some lighthearted flirting to encourage UM's performance rate is tolerable, but it's subtle enough only Ultra Magnus himself picks up on it.

When Wheeljack is flirty there is hell to pay for anyone in the room. Hips? He goes for those. Back struts? He goes for those. Anywhere tactile he can get his hands on he is touching. If Ultra Magnus is talking with Optimus he usually will wait, but if it's someone like Arcee or Bulkhead he has no problems just walking by as his servo makes contact with the lieutenant's plating, followed by a snide comment.

Playing brat works best. Denying orders, poking at the boundaries of the rules, waving all his angles in the lieutenant's face in a "want it come catch it" way. And Ultra Magnus is nothing if not dominant. He wishes Wheeljack would follow the rules more and is glad to put the wrecker in his place. Usually a good frag will get the mech off his back for a couple days.

Ultra Magnus is not an attention seeker. He's not shy, but he has stuff he can occupy himself with and will rely on Wheeljack for the go ahead.

But when Wheeljack is acting bratty he has no problem chewing out the wrecker with his words in a very suggestive way. "When we are alone you are going to strongly reconsider your word choice," "If you do not want this to get out of hand I suggest you stand down," etc.

But when their alone sometimes Ultra Magnus will walk up and discreetly brush his hand over Wheeljack's until the wrecker takes hold of it.

Megatron x Soundwave

Automatically Megatron makes all the moves.

Soundwave is compliant and usually won't make any moves for attention unless he is above 80% sure Megatron will positively reciprocate.

Megatron is all about praise. Anything Soundwave does is followed by a walking marching band of praise. This praise is sometimes a way of Megatron subtly saying that he acknowledges Soundwave and requests it in return. Or he'll simply command attention from his third in command.

Megatron enjoys it when others can witness the affection he receives. He has no problems sitting in a meeting with Knockout or the Vehicons while Soundwave sits on his lap and strokes his abdominal plating.

After a long day he'll come up behind Soundwave and whisper softly into his audial. He'll get Soundwave to detach his data cables and will pick Soundwave up off his feet. Then carry him to their room.

Megatron really has no problems getting Soundwave's attention considering above all else Megatron is Soundwave's top priority so anything he wants Soundwave has no problems giving.

When Soundwave wants attention, sometimes he'll comm Megatron privately to alert him of his growing need for physical or emotional attention. To which Megatron will give almost immediately. Peace treaty with Optimus? He'll get up and leave if Soundwave calls. It's not that he doesn't care for his tasks, but Soundwave is as important and as high a priority for Megatron as in reverse.

Only occasionally will Soundwave surprise Megatron by sitting down in his lap without asking or laying flat across him in the berth with his helm right where the datapad he had previously in his hands was. But Megatron never pushes him away. A small reprimand Is the worst Soundwave's recieved.

And if Megatron or Soundwave want time in the berth, a simple comm and the other is at beck and call.

Soundwave x Shockwave

Let's be honest if just sort of happens. One way or another they both end up in the same scenarios.

As Shockwave is empurata his ability to properly make a move is seriously limited. A science joke or something about the periodic table and that's about it.

Despite not having his emotions figured out he is the more jealous of the two. If a mech is talking to Soundwave a littler longer than Shockwave things they should, then he will allow himself to make his presence know. Not in a romantic way, but he, like his boyfriend, has mastered the art of looming. He'll watch and stare until he can feel the unassuming Cybertronian's plating crawl.

Whenever they do interact, it's usually when Soundwave is dropping off Energon rations and crates for Shockwave's experiments. He'll ask to stay for a drink and Shockwave will oblige 9 times out of 10.

Soundwave will usually come in and after casual conversation, he will casually tell Shockwave he's feeling horny or just wants to spend the day in the berth with him no matter where it leads.

They are both very casual about the amount of attention they receive from the other. Both seeing things as they are, they love attention but can go a while without it before it's unbearable.

However, there are some days where Soundwave will come over unannounced and simply lay his head on the desk, watching Shockwave work with his tools like a child. Once Shockwave has a moment, he'll reach out his much larger hand and ruffle Soundwave's helm fins gently with a casual greeting. Soundwave will hum in reply and usually just watch until Shockwave sees it fit to take a break and care for Soundwave.

Oooh, a mysterious asteroid! I wonder what it could be?

It's very blue, and has eleven strange space creatures attached to it. I'm sure this will cause no problems at all.

Ah, so they're electric space eels. Neat. Next time someone can take the thrumbos when they're hunting these things.

Rogan the rottweiler did his best but unfortunately seems to have lost his left eye in the mess. I'll see about getting Fafo to make him a bionic eye because he's a very good boy, and he did his very best to protect Hazrov and Baz during their scuffle with the arcturan sky eels.

Hazrov is fine, by the way. Doctor Brennan dealt with the heart attack swiftly, and then Irwin used his 'preach health' ability just for an extra boost. Baz is also fine. He only had a scratched eye and a bruised arm and is already back to mining the sky steel.
