I figured I'd like the new series just because I liked the old Trigun anime as a kid, but hoo boy, I wound up really liking it lol. Some chibis of them for now <3

so what if megatron had some shadow/smoke-manipulating powers aka i got carried away and ended up putting way more effort into this "doodle" than i would've liked. 💀 the idea came up a little while back when i was chronically omen-pilled (i still am), and has stuck ever since 😂 i am kinda tempted to see this with other megatrons too so maybe i'll add that to my agenda 🥲

Drew this quick concept art guide to Orange's design and how it changes as he grows up. It's chibi because that's how I fit them all on one page. If you can't see the ages below each one, they are as follows:

Top left: age 3-4

Top middle: age 5-7

Top right: age 8-9

Bottom left: age 10-11

Bottom middle: age 12-13

Bottom right: age 14+

He has different facial expressions in each drawing because each one represents a different stage of his life (for example, the blank look at age 8-9 is because that's when he moves to Sinnoh, which is the biggest change of his life and he's not sure how to cope). His hair changes with every drawing as well, with the most drastic change being the age 14+ drawing...yes it is partly inspired by Red's PokéSpe design but Orange sees Red as a big brother and looks up to him anyway, so it fits in my opinion, and by this point he's achieved his goal as a Trainer (not spoiling what that is because that fanfic hasn't been written yet) so he's grown up a lot (even though he's wearing a zip up sweatshirt instead of a pullover because he HATES pullovers for sensory reasons). Also, every drawing has him with a Poké Ball motif in some way, even when he's young, because his lifelong dream was to be a Pokémon Trainer despite what everyone says about someone like him being one...joke's on them, he followed his dream and became one...a great one at that 😁👍

Please try to ignore the erased bits and weird looking noodle arms and hands...that was hard to draw especially small like this 😅
