Hello Tilly, do you have any advice on dealing with narcissists in the workplace?? Like people taking too much Space, Always talking about themselves and their "accomplishments", and Always being rude to way but in a way that doesnt sound officially rude so they Can get away with it, and shitting on everybody behind their backs etc etc
Don’t deal, don’t engage. Be very professional and polite so you are beyond reproach - especially if they’re in a position of authority - and never share anything truly personal with them. Any emotional connection with a narcissist, even the smallest, will be used against you down the line.
If it’s someone you work with directly, don’t communicate only orally, especially for decision making. You have a meeting with them ? Write and send the minutes by email. They ask you to do something ? Send an email to confirm. They tell you they will do something ? Same.
Narcissists will gaslight you any chance they get. That’s why you will need everything in writing. Never confront them directly or argue with them : they will make you look crazy. Stick to writing and stick to facts.
With a narcissist you must understand that you’re always playing chess, they always have a motive, and it’s always for their own benefit, not yours. So you have to anticipate and constantly look at their game, which is exhausting and why you must keep your interactions to the bare minimum.

When I first formed I didn’t know what a bird was. Like I knew they were flying animals but I’d never seen or heard one. And what was the first bird I ever saw irl? A kookaburra.
Those mfs laugh like they just watched you fall on your face and it caught me so off guard I low key freaked out. Then the host told me there’s a nest of them in the tree outside and we hear them all the time (yay Australia) and I just????
We have to wake up to THAT??? Birds are weird.

"Body Language" is the ninth studio album by Kylie Minogue. It was released on 10 November 2003 by Parlophone. Following the commercial success of her eighth studio album "Fever" (2001), Kylie enlisted a diverse group of writers and producers to aid in creating a new album, including Cathy Dennis, Dan Carey, Emiliana Torrini, Johnny Douglas, and Kurtis Mantronik among others. Influenced by the musical works of the 1980s and artists like Prince and Scritti Politti. "Body Language" musically differs from Kylie's previous albums, which mainly featured Disco-oriented dance-pop tracks, and instead explores genres like synth-pop, electroclash, R&B, and hip-hop.
Following its release, "Body Language" received generally favourable reviews from music crtics, many of whom complimented Kylie for experimenting with new genres and the overall production of the album.
Three singles were released from "Body Language", "Slow" was released as the lead single in November 2003 and was a commercial success, peaking at number one on the single charts of Australia, Denmark, Spain and the United Kingdom. "Red Blooded Woman" was released as the second single and reached the top five in Australia and the United Kingdom. "Chocolate" was released as the final single and peaked inside the top 10 in the United Kingdom.
The Australian singer performed at a one-off concert-show titled : "Money Can't Buy", on 15 November 2003 to mark the release of the album. "Body Language" became notable for displaying another change in Kylie's persona and is cited as an example of her numerous "reinventions". The album sold 1.5 million copies worldwide.
