Horses are judged on their speed, rhythm, pace, jumping ability, and how in sync the horse&rider pair are. Elimination after one refusal, can’t remember how many faults for a knock down 🤷‍♀️

Hiked 4km up this river (with no trail) with this big ol' rock in my backpack to bring it home. The fossil bivalves are Eumarcia (Atamarcia) Thomsoni and are 7.2-15 million years old! The fossilised wood (no, that isn't charcoal) is even older 😳

I wonder if people reacted the same way as people do with letting your cat outside when ferret hunting was banned in the US. Or, in places like New Zealand or Hawaii, made downright illegal to own

#ferrets were domesticated to hunt rabbit #they were banned from hunting/made illegal because of the worry of the ecological damage they do and fears of them escaping #i believe they have a feral ferret problem in nz. at least had one #in the US you can hunt with minks tho. which is interesting
