Lackadaisy shipping wise for me it's gotta be Mordecai x Rocky. Those two spending time together at breakfast in the side comics? You can't NOT look at it and tell me there's nothing going on. Do I want to give both Mordecai and Rocky the world? Yes. That's why I pledged to get both of the plushies so I could love on them huehehehe (and have them kiss /nsrs) Sorry, those two just genuinely make me happy and giggly. I love them so much!
And also this specific song lives rent free in my head regarding Hellerby for some reason it's dsfgdsfgdsfgv: this.

Ohhh, I'm glad you liked the Spider-Man one! It inspired me to write my own Spider-Man fic, too.
Anyway, for this list, it's a bit raunchy compared to the rest. I really can't choose one, so I'll name the authors so you can go through their works :)
@blushinggray/hokshi in ao3. She's literally my introduction to smut reader-inserts of Haikyuu, and all of her works are so well-written. She always writes for Free! which I absolutely refuse to watch (bc too much fanservice), but are just are well-written as her Haikyuu!! ones. I'm always excited to read her works because of the gratification (if ya know what i mean huehehehe)
@sabbywrites (same username in ao3) is also one of my introductions to Haikyuu smut reader-inserts. She's always having fun with her writing, especially set in different settings depending on the chapter. She wrote a Hinata fic (during the Time Skip) and I was a bit scandalized, because he'll always be a baby to me, but came around thanks to her writing. She has amazing one shots you can read, too!
@peachofwork/momothesweet/momothespicy in ao3. Depending on your taste, she can be sweet with her fics, that'll make your teeth rot. Or, she can be really spicy with her works that it'll sting pleasantly for days.
@melremade (same username in ao3). I think the first fic I read of hers was her Urahara x Reader? Her stories tend to be deep, bittersweet, but overall satisfying especially in the end. She also writes smut and it's at a level that you can just feel the love and raunchiness between it.
@lowcarbzeros (same username in ao3). Sadly, I think she's on indefinite hiatus, but she has a series titled 'we created a small thing' that's reader-insert with my OG Haikyuu husbando - Kuroo Tetsurou. There's always a shred of reality in her writing - given that the setting is university, talks on homosexuality and family drama, but has a twinge of love in the all. Other than that, you can also check her Akaashi fic, about two couples combatting the system on the idea of marriage and being together.
@brooklyn-boy for your MCU pleasure, go check out her works! I really cannot choose just one, because it feels like a disservice to the rest of her amazing works.
@tropicalcap , too, has some really amazing MCU x reader, especially for the star spangled man, because she's a major hoe for him (lololol). But, just like the previous author, they write so well that I'm always craving for more.
Here are some fics/series I'd recommend:
Foolish Game by tetsi. (Hana Yori Dango, Yuki Matsuoka x Soujiro Nishikado) I had a Hana Yori Dango phase, especially because I really adored Yuki x Soujiro, especially their Korean counterparts, and this was a wonderful find. The angst was so deep, as was the pain, and the exploration of the depth of the feelings these two had for each other but was just buried away because of their feelings of inadequacy and guilt.
Relationship Tutor by @samingtonwilson (Marvel, Bucky Barnes x Reader) This was such a fun read from start to finish! There's so much intricacies and inside jokes with the characters, not to mention the fun banter!, that'll make you feel that you're really a part of it, especially with the joys of being an idiot in love.
Pseudo Princes by @shreddedparchment (Marvel, Steve Rogers x Reader) THIS has angst written all over it. It's littered with tropes, there are lots of familiar MCU faces, but the angst just really *chef's kiss* I am yet to actually finish it, but I remembered the anguish I felt, the satisfaction that came after- just, it's so good you'll have to read to know exactly what I mean.
Back to Us by WordRunner (Fifty Shades of Grey, Christian Grey x Anastasia Steele) Please don't judge, I had a phase. Plus, it didn't help that I finished the trilogy in high school in three days. But anyway, this was a refreshing take on Ana's character, on marriage, and the damages that cheating can really do to a person.
Infernal Ice by Arendelle Frost. (Frozen x Rise of the Gaurdians, Elsa x Jack Frost) I had a phase, okay? And this was...ugh, my heart. It's riddled with lore and pure love between the two characters and their child. Of course, those things come at a price.
A Liar's Truth by internetpistol (Haikyuu!!, Sakusa Kiyoomi x Miya Atsumu) This fic really made me cry, because it tackles very important topics and the way it was handled felt like I was there. It's just so raw and pure, but a delight to read and experience.

Like if his route was the same except instead of mc loving him back, she was just his best friend and she chooses saeran over him? If that makes sense snfndnfbeb. omg asdjfalslkf no problem! i have always loved the idea of mc falling for a different character when seven kept pushing her away so this is gold. also instead of using gender neutral pronouns like i usually do, i used the pronouns she/her since those are the ones used in the ask!
Saeyoung should have seen this coming. He should have seen the signs of her slowly becoming discouraged every time he pushed her away, and yet he hadn’t. Every day was torture when he logged into the chatroom and saw his brother, Saeran, flirting with MC. The same MC who was supposed to be his, from the very beginning…
“You and MC seem to be getting along pretty well, even though you tried to blow her up, haha,” Saeyoung joked one day. Peering over the shoulder of his brother, he non-conspicuously watched the easy-going messages flow between the two. His face turned sour. That used to be him, before he revealed his real self.
“Yeah, and?” Saeran glared at Saeyoung, unimpressed with his lack of subtlety. “We’re talking,” was the simple sentence that seemed to bring a hint of a smile onto the otherwise stoic man.
Saeyoung whistled a bit as he grabbed a chair and pulled it in front of Saeran, plopping himself down in order to stare directly at him. A weak grin appeared on his face.
“Talkingggg, or just talking?”
Saeran’s frown at the man deepened and he yanked away from his brother. “Leave me the hell alone.” The moment he walked away, Saeyoung’s face dropped and he glared at the wall, kicking at the ground. He knew it was pitiful to throw a tantrum like a little kid who didn’t get his way, but he couldn’t help it. The one thing that brought joy into his life, besides Saeran, was being taken away. Ha, one light in his life was taking away the other, haha! Saeyoung couldn’t help the giggles that crawled out of his throat. Wasn’t life so funny?
The laughs quickly turned into tears and he silently sobbed. Screaming, he threw the chair across the room and watched as it skittered to a stop. His glasses somehow also made their way on the ground, lenses cracked and sides snapped. Saeran ran into the room, a look of anger on his face, before it subsided into quiet confusion.
“Saeyoung…? What’s wrong?” He dared to venture closer, taking each step slowly so as to not startle his brother any further.
“You are what’s wrong!” He screamed, ignoring the hurt look he received. “You and fucking MC! Was this some kind of sick joke? Was this your plan all along? To get me to fall for MC only to take her away?”
Saeyoung couldn’t stop the rant that poured from his lips, and he didn’t even when Saeran fervently shook his shoulders.
“Stop being ridiculous! You pushed her away! I can’t take away something that was never yours to begin with.”
The words came from Saeran before he could even stop them. But the damage had been done. The tear-filled eyes of his brother held a small dejected light, as though he knew what Saeran said had been the truth. Because it was the truth. MC was never Saeyoung’s because he never let her be; he continuously fought against her, the person who tried so hard to be in his life.
“Do you love her?” It was a simple sentence, yet it hung dangerously in the air. The tension was so thick, Saeyoung struggled to breathe, and yet his brother stood still, too still and too quiet.
Finally, he spoke.
“Yes.”
Saeyoung had known the answer before Saeran confessed. But somehow, he didn’t even notice when his knees gave out beneath him and his tears pooled around his head. He blocked out everything around him, and let his self-pity and self-hatred swallow him.

Summary - Jungkook felt nothing but regret after lashing out at you and saying things he never would mean. He spends his night trying to apologize to you.
Part 1
You had locked yourself in the bedroom since an hour and Jungkook was trying to get you to open the door.
‘Chagiya.. You know I didn’t mean it.. Please, Y/N. Open up.’ You heard him beg again. You were hurt. And you used to think he was such a man who would never be capable of hurting you that way. But he had, and it could be childish, you thought, for locking yourself away from him and not settling things out.
But you were mad at him, and you were hurt.
He knocked on the door at least twenty times before it stopped. You heard a grazing sound, as he leaned against the door, sliding onto to the floor.
You didn’t hear anything after a while, and figured he must have left. Either gone out or in the living room, you didn’t want to think about it.
Trying to ignore the situation at hand, you attempted to sleep. And it was only until two in the morning that you were finally able to sleep.
Meanwhile, Jungkook was right in front of the door, his head lulling to a side as he struggled to stay awake.
'Y/N..’ He groaned before his eyes shut close.
You woke up, the time 9 A.M blinking on the bedside clock. As you hadn’t had any dinner last night, you were famished.
You had forgotten about Jungkook and the fight you had, only remembering it when you opened the door and saw Jungkook curled up on the floor outside the door. A seed of guilt planted itself in your gut, as it grew little by little. Not wanting him to catch a cold, but not wanting to wake him up either because then you’d have to face him which you weren’t ready for, you grabbed the quilt from the bed and dragged it over on top of his body, tucking him.
You made your way to the kitchen and searched for something to eat. Jungkook was right - there was nothing at home.
You grabbed your wallet and decided to do some quick shopping for a make up breakfast for yourself and Jungkook.
You almost stumbled over Jungkook’s leg as you made your way to the door and out of the house. You knew you would take a while and thought of leaving him a note, but decided against it since you were almost sure he would still be sleeping by the time you would be back.
Jungkook woke up, and he felt the fluffy comforter over him, which made him snap his eyes open.
'Y/N!’ He called out, as he got up, tripping over the quilt multiple times before actually standing up, looking around the living room haphazardly, not finding you.
He went into the kitchen and called out your name again. You weren’t there either. The room being the only option left, he prayed internally that you hadn’t left him.
When he didn’t find you in the bedroom or in the attached bathroom, he felt the fear overtake him as he yelled your name again, in hopes of finding you somewhere. He checked the cupboard to see if your belongings were there and they were.
Just as he closed it, he heard the front door creak open. He rushed out of the room immediately.
You were stopped in your tracks in a tip toed pose as Jungkook saw you with two packets hanging from your hands, as he stood at the foot of your bedroom.
'Y/N?’ He looked at you before running up to you. He wrapped his arms around your waist, making you drop the groceries on the floor, 'Jungkook!’
He picked you up, and spun your round before placing you back on the floor. He cupped your cheeks and kissed you all over your face, placing pecks on your forehead to the tip of your nose, to the apples of cheeks, and your chin, before giving you a long kiss on your lips.
'What- Jungkook..’ You stared at him as he stared at you with crescent eyes, watering silently as he smiled at you.
'Baby, you scared me. I thought you left!’ He said before hugging you tight, nuzzling his nose into the curve of your neck.
'No, love,’ You giggled as he tickled you slightly, 'I had gone to get the groceries to make us some breakfast,’ You said, making him look at you.
'Ah.. I’m so sorry about yesterday. I just-’
You cut him off, placing a small kiss on his lips before cupping his cheek, 'Don’t worry about it, Jungkookie. I know you were stressed. I don’t mind.’ You smiled, leaning your forehead against his.
You saw him smile, as he kissed the tip of your nose, 'What did I ever do to deserve such a lovely wife as you?’
