08.02.19 Studycation Day 27/78: Sorry for not posting for three days! Things have been a bit crazy, but good. My partner got a new job! She will be working in the renewables industry as a data scientist and I’m so proud of her. I’m almost done with the Konmari tidy of our apartment. We’ve got three large boxes to donate, and were selling several items. It’s so refreshing and has taught me a lot about what sparks joy. Anyway, this morning I woke up early and worked out (cardio) and did some Konmari before breakfast. My partner taught me how to make gluten free hottokeki (Japanese style pancakes) for breakfast (pictured). We are making an effort to cook together more, it’s really sweet! I studied R for a bit and continued to Konmari until I was too tired. The in-laws are coming over Sunday, and we are going out to dinner with friends from out of town, so I’m aiming for the apartment to be finished by Sunday. Wish me luck!
